J'y suis allé uniquement pour le service de pharmacie (à l'étage) avec mon ordonnance et je n'ai rien à redire: un bon accueil de l'équipe et des conseils avisés.

The lady pharmacist doesn’t give a courteous service. As well as her staff, they are rude, unhelpful and they lack knowledge. Overall bad customer service.

I have been a regular client for the past 3-4 years at this pharmacy, never had any issue until today, 20th of October 2020 (6: 30pm). THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED by this young man called Maxim, Assistant Gerant. He was extremely rude, arrogant and disrespectful! I wanted to return some perfumes (brand new/ untouched and unopened) that i had bought the week before. He told me that he couldn't take them because they were final sale! It is nowhere indicated Final Sale! The Jean Coutu return policy- Return or exchange within 30 days. Maxim's response was "If I don't give you a refund, would you take the money out of my cash register? " In another word, he treated me like a thief. Very unprofessional, poor and disappointing customer service.

Belle pharmacie! Service acceuillant et beaucoup plus efficace que d’autres pharmacies dans le centre-ville.

Been here multiple times with lots of issues at the pharmacy, too many and too detailed to write here, tonight I went with a severe asthma attack asking if I had any refills on my ventalin, and they told me that I had some for my Bricanyl but not ventalin, but they can see my ventalin in the file. For those who don't know, bricanyl and ventalin treat the same issue, sometimes however my bricanyl stops working (doesn't fix my breathing) and I have to go to the hospital and they give me a ventalin mask (Approx 3-4 times per year). I asked if I could buy a ventalin just to avoid having to wait in the ER ALL NIGHT just to be given a 15 minute treatment of a medication they have behind the counter AND can see that I regularly take. On top of that, going to the hospital means missing work in the morning and at the moment I can't afford to miss a day. Pharmacists refused. All of us are aware that pharmacists regularly give out prescriptions to people in emergencies without one, and that wasnt even the issue here since they can see I have ventalin and bricanyl prescriptions dating back several years. I could have easily had my doctor phone it-in during the next day, but at this moment, my only two options were the pharmacy or 12-24 hours at the ER. She said something about it being illegal for me to leave with medication, I offered to GO HOME and get my aerochamber, come back, buy the ventalin and pay full price, use it infront of the pharmacist, and let them keep it, leave, and the next day I'd have my doctor phone in a new prescription and id come back to buy the new one again, so I'd essentially be buying the first ventalin just to take a few puffs out of it to prevent me from losing money at work and sitting in the ER all night, in addition to my very APPARENT wheezing that made me sound like Darth Vader with a megaphone. Still denied.

Dreadful service and both pharmacists should be ashamed of themselves.

I'll never spend another dollar at any Jean Coutu.

A few months ago I was also denied an Ativan prescription because they said they couldn't read the doctors writing for the dosage but understood what the medication was. I told them it was for my anxiety, and I showed them a previous prescription in my file and verified the dosage since I know my own medication, but because I'm covered in tattoos I guess I'm a junkie and was asked to go get the prescription rewritten. When I asked if they could call the doctor, they told me they would get around to it maybe in 2-3 days. When I explained it's to prevent me from having an anxiety attack or something and I couldn't wait that long, they told me to go to the hospital if I was so concerned. Hello? You said you don't know the dosage, and I told you the dosage. And it's already in my file? After speaking to the manager on the phone after leaving, and going back in person, they finally decided to call the doctor and confirmed the prescription.

Absolutely disgraceful behavior on all parts.

*update* I'm back from the ER, since I had no other choice. The doctors were both surprised and upset to learn that the pharmacy wouldn't give me a ventalin. My breathing was so severely bad that I was actually seen in under an hour and the nurse asked me which jean coutu it was. Hopefully they'll call them and tell them to treat people better, or at the very least, like human beings. They also gave me a ventalin to take home.

I still find it crazy that the ER thought I needed IMMEDIATE attention, and BOTH pharmacists (tall blonde lady / small asian lady), thought I was fine to continue my day.

Soulless people.

I even tried going to the pharmacy first because I didn't want to waste the time of the doctors since I know how to treat my own asthma.

J'ai mis du make up chez la cosmétienne layla chehab et il était époustouflant et réussit aussi, elle m' a conseyé des produits pour le make up leurs couleurs est parfaite sur mon teint.

Edit: By multiple experience, this pharmacy is just horrible.

Today, I had to stop by this pharmacy for some questions regarding my medication. Although it seemed to be quite busy, the pharmacist took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me thorough explanations. I truly appreciated her professional services and patience!

Hell of a design for pharmacy.you need to buy pills you go upstairs. You on a wrelchair, you are dead

Ça fait 9 ans que je fréquente cette pharmacie. Toujours impeccable. Les pharmaciens toujours souriants. Le personnel chaleureux.

À cette pharmacie nous retrouvons une équipe de professionnels sympathiques et à l’écoute de vos besoins. Le service est impeccable et toujours rapide et efficace!

J'ai fini par quitter cette pharmacie puisque le service n'était pas vraiment à la hauteur selon moi (côté pharmaciens). J'y vais par contre régulièrement pour l'espace commerce (dépanneur etc.) dans lequel le personnel est très sympa. Très bon service aussi à l'espace cosmétiques. C'est un petit Jean Coutu par contre, le choix est limité.

PJC replied back to me with the comment below to send them an email, which I did, and they never replied back! Avoid this and jean coutu as much as you can! Garbage service.

Clean place, but the people who work at the pharmacy are rude and don’t have any empathy towards people with disabilities.

Super efficient, quick and curteous service. A lot of pharmacies should take them as an example. Always a pleasure!

One of the female pharmacist is extremely rude and simply wants to give the fastest service disregarding whether there are people in line or not. And once she missed key information about the medication that I was prescribed. The only reason I go to this pharmacy is that it’s close. But finally I have decided to never purchase any medication from this location especially that there are plenty of other pharmacies in the neighborhood.

Trés mauvaise service à la pharmacie, aucune sense de laisser une femme enceinte de faire le fil 3 fois car la personne au guichet consultation n’écoute pas la patient, finalement partie après 40 minutes d’attente sans rencontrer le pharmacien.

Chez Jean Coutu ils n ont pas de toilettes même pour une petite fille de 9 ans.
C’est extrêmement rare au Canada.
Je suis très déçue de ce service à la clientèle.
Je ne retournerez plus chez Jean Coutu.
Les associés en vente et les produits sont pourtant bons.
Dommage!

Les pharmaciens et techniciens en pharmacie de cette pharmacie sont excellents en tout point, simplement dit. Ils sont rapides, compétents, efficaces et veulent le bien du patient en l'aidant toujours au meilleur de leur compétence et de leur capacité. Ils n'hésitent pas à faire ce petit extra pour vous sortir d'une difficulté causé par un système de santé brisé administrativement. Cette pharmacie, qu'est la mienne, au niveau médicament et pharmacie, est la meilleure que je connaisse. Le personnel de cette pharmacie est assez exceptionnel également.
