Été voir Australian Pin Flyod. L'entrée s'est bien faite. Beaucoup de monde. Pas evident de se trouver un parking bon marché. Obligé de me stationner a la place bell. 16$

Saw the NY state of mind tour with Nas ans the Wu-Tang Clan and the show was lit! Line up to enter was a little long so we eneded missing most of DeLa Soul, but otherwise it was an amazing experience and the acoustics are awesome!

They make you throw out your water bottle if it's plastic but let you keep it if it's metal. Smacks of classism, frankly

La salle est tout simplement parfaite. C'est facile à partir du parterre d'aller à la salle de bain, acheter de l'alcool et retourner vers son spot. J'ai vu plusieurs spectacles comme Tyler The Creator, The Offspring avec Sum 41, Beck, Alt-J, Deftones et Billy Talent et je n'ai jamais été déçu. Je recommande fortement cette salle et j'ai bien hâte à mes prochains spectacles à cet endroit!

Rlly nice atmosphere. Rocket games are a blast! This was my second time going and I cnt wait to return.

J'étais super content d'y aller, je me suis acheter des billets avec mes amis parce que les Canadiens sont vraiment en déroute et je ne voulais pas payer des milliers de dollars pour finir ma soirée déprimé d'une défaite 0-6 contre San José. Donc je me suis acheté des billets a 22$, deux bières a 8$, 2 hots dogs a 4$, insulter quelque peu le gardien adverse. Bref tout était enligné pour une belle soirée entre chums. Mais là. Les Rockets on trouvé le moyen d'imiter le Canadien et de perdre 6-2.en plus du petit gros en avant de moi qui a postillonné sur mes hot dogs en célébrant un des deux buts. C'est pour cette raison que je met 2 étoiles.

La patinoire pour les matchs des juniors de Montréal, une grande capacité aussi, propre et agréable, bien moins cher que le centre bell et des matchs tout aussi intéressant. Place qui fait aussi salle de concert, n'hésitez pas à venir voir un match ou un concert dans cette place

Generally comfortable but it was COLD. Wow! Surprising. And the food. All confessions were the same: hot dogs, beer, popcorn, nachos. Pizza was in a cardboard box and small portion. Smoked meat sandwich was not as seem on the posters. For $8, you get two or three slices of smoked meat. No hamburgers, no tea. Given the frigid Emmitt in the arena, I'm surprised they still any beer at all and curious as to why they have no tea available. There is some disconnect between concessions and customers.

The teams played an amazing game! The entertainment is a bit over the top but it's all good.

Overusing, it was a fun time and I will go back but the arena needs to bring the venue into the 2020s. Not sure we ask like the 1970s municipal arena amenities for AHL caliber hockey

Les stationnement sont très mal conçus! Le au la, personne que as pensé à la structure n'est pas bien réfléchi

La pizza etait mal cuite et tres tres mince pourtant je nest pas commander de croute mince. Sinon tout etait super belle ambiance

Not well designed as it takes forever to be able to leave or to use the restrooms. Tickets for the rocket games are reasonably priced.

We went as a group, the whole company was invited to place Bell to attend the game between the rockets and the stars from Texas. The company rented the whole upper level for the employees including all good concessions. It was great! Was able to meet in person some colleagues as well as new employees. The food was great; my wife and daughter took a poke bowl while my son and i took the hotdogs
We also took some nacho bowls with salsa and cheese. Everything was fresh and good. The staff was very nice and kind. Really enjoyed the evening and thank you too Absolunet for having this event for all of us and our families.

Beautiful arena! Typical food and beverage options. Credit/Debit payment only at the moment due to COVID. On site parking, additional parking at the Metro station. Traffic at the end of an event is messy but when is traffic around Montreal not messy?

Dificil de trouver une place pour stationner la voiture à l'extérieur que à l'intérieur, le trafic est intense, quand le show ou le hockey commence le monde m'arrête pas de traverser devant vous et il faut se lever pour les laisser passer plusieurs fois.le service casse croûte est terriblement lente, parcontre si ce ne vous dérangez pas tout le reste est bon, le son est de bonne qualité, et la illumination à l'intérieur est correct, prenez votre temps pour vous déplacer a l'arrivée!

Bon spectacle avec une équipe competitive! J’aime beaucoup, par contre le gestion des gens dans les estrades à se promener un peu à n’importe quel moment durant le match serait un +

L’acoustique de l’amphithéatre laisse à désirer lors d’un match d’hockey, mais pour le reste c’est excellent!

Went to a Rockets game yesterday first game amid covid, entry with security check was good. Food overpriced, cold and slow service. TRUE hockey fans would not get up in the middle of play to distrub those around them to get a drink etc. You wait till a whistle and plays stops plus showing manners would be appreciated, like excuse me, sorry, thank you.

Great arena, food service is far to slow, shuttle bus service available, but not well publized

Très bonne expérience pour le match d'ouverture des Rocket.
L'entrée a été très rapide avec les contrôles sanitaires.

Hockey team entertaining, parking flexible, food prices high
Fans Need to learn manners, please await a whistle before you disturb the spectators beside for the sixth time to do another food/ beverage run. Manners are easy, please, thank you, excuse me would be appreciated.
Maybe management should put that up in the big board for people to understand. These same spectators would not be welcomed in many other sports, show some class

Je vais au patin libre avec mes enfants. Il faut réserver 1 semaine d'avance pendant la pandémie, mais ça en vaut le coup. Stationnement intérieur remboursé pour le patin, 25 personnes max sur une trés belle surface de glace.

Went for a Laval Rocket game and I really enjoyed the experience. The seats are comfortable with good legroom, the atmosphere was great, and the game was exciting. Tickets aren't expensive at all and the arena is easy to get to with the metro.

Great venue for Rocket hockey, concerts, and other events. Regarding parking, do your online homework in advance so you know traffic in the area is bad, where the parking lots are and most importantly that there is a free shuttle service from Laval city hall parking lot which is also free to park and is only 5 minutes away and is run efficiently to and from Place Bell by the drivers and supervisors from STL. Bravo STL, Ville de Laval, and Place Bell for coming up with this solution to the only negative comment you read about Place Bell.

Went to go see Panic at the Disco, which was a great show, the venue however is terribly organized the show was at 7, there were 2 opening bands, I showed up close to place bell around 6: 30 and all 4 intersections surrounding it had lights that stayed red for a good 3 minutes and then turned green for about 10 seconds, traffic was backed up everywhere and nobody was moving, we eventually got to in front of place bell around 7: 30, no visible parking and no indication of where the parking was supposed to be until we got to the end of the street, turns out you have to go all around the building, and there's only 1 way to get there, we eventually make our way to the other side of the building after dealing with more traffic, we finally get to the entrance only to be told it was filled at capacity, we are then pointed towards the parking of a mall next door as well as many other people, by the time we parked and got in at 8 there were still people swarming to get in, because they had to go to through the same ordeal, we missed the first opening band completely and got about 3 songs of the second opening band.while I loved the show, I can honestly say I would not recommend this venue to anyone.

I went to the venue for a concert. The actual seating and staff directing you to your seats were really good and the concert was very enjoyable at this location.

The major problem was really only with the parking experience. For this concert there were several hired police officers and parking directors yet somehow no one is actually directing traffic. There is several parking lots set up throughout the box stores around the area but no one directing to them. Instead of the officers sending people to these lots, they sit at the corner and seemingly direct everyone in a large circle aimlessly around the building for an hour. We ended up leaving the line and driving into the box stores around the block on our own (at this point it was an hour AFTER the start of the show) and we found that one of the parking lots meant for the venue was completely empty as no signs were posted and not a single parking official had been thinking to direct people to this location. I get that it is cold outside but what are you being paid for when you are supposed to keep traffic moving for an event with thousands of people and no one is being pointed to the actual parking lots and even the parking officials we spoke to seemed to not be clear on where the aimless line around the building was ending up.

Despite missing both of the opening acts, we somehow found an empty parking lot on our own (only 10$ and meant for that specific venue) that was a 3 minute walk from the building while there was still a large pointless line leading nowhere of people also missing the show. Absolutely terrible management of traffic

I went to Place Bell for the first time through the Concordia University Alumni Association to see the Laval Rockets play the Lehigh Valley Phantoms.

Prior to the game we were treated to a speech from Mark Weightman, Vice-president of development & operation at the Groupe CH-Laval Rockets & Place Bell. He spoke about Place Bell, and about what it has to offer. A 10,000 seat cultural and sports complex and venue that offers many different shows along with the Laval Rockets hockey games in the NHL standard rink. The complex is just hundreds of meters from Montmorency metro station. It also has plenty of parking spots either directly at Place Bell or within a few minutes walk. I was certainly impressed.

The hockey game was great. It was action packed! Except that we lost.

The seats were comfortable with plenty of leg room, and the views of the game were excellent.

We ate before we went to the game, but they had a good selection of food at pretty reasonable prices so next time we will just eat there

Place Bell itself was large and clean. Even the bathrooms were clean during the 3rd period!

If it was not for the alumni association function I may not have ever realized how great Place Bell is, and how much fun a Rockets game is.

The game prices are more than reasonable. I will definitely be back.

Super belle salle! Je suis aller voir un spectacle de musique et l'équipement qui est disponible pour les artistes est vraiment incroyable. Le stage est propre et neuf, les lumières sont aux dernier cris et surtout pas trop éblouissant pour les spectateurs. Les sièges dans les estrades sont bien fait puisqu'il nous permette de circuler librement losrqu'il sont vide, mais aussi d'être confortable lorsqu'on y est assis. Que dire de la qualité du son! Il est juste parfait, vraiment surprenant pour salle de cette taille (surtout quand on y compare au centre bell ou le son est trop aigu, strident et l'echo est trop facheuse.) Le personnel est efficace et contribu a la circulation des spectateurs, tant pour entré dans la salle qu'y sortir. Pour la nourriture et les boisson, bien c'est du pareil au même qu'au centre bell. Bref une belle salle pour Laval. (Point négatif serait le stationnement qui n'est pas ce qui est de plus disponible pour une salle en banlieu. Malgré le stationne incitatif du metro Montmorency, il est malheureusement toujours plein.)

Belle place, mais cheap en crissss côté stationnement! Tickets assurés si l'on tente de trouver de la place et croyez-moi, les donneurs de contraventions sont avides de prises dans leurs nombreux pièges faits à cet effet!

Le spectacle était formidable mais pour moi qui n était pas aller au centre ville depuis plusieurs annees je fus vraiment choquer de voir tant de policiers et de contrôle sur les gens que je me demandais bien ou j étais rendu je me serais cru dans un état policier

We went for a rock concert.

The good: Easy access, cheap indoor parking ($12), comfortable seats, good size auditorium. No lines at the food counter.

The bad: the pizza slice was half crust and overcooked. Sloooow exit, both from the auditorium and the parking but that's kinda expected given the type of event.

Got locked in the underground parking for hours because the ticket gate would not work. This was for a Paw Patrol show, so there were many kids. Took forever for the firemen to arrive and tell them to let everyone out without paying at the gate.

C'est une salle de spectacle du type le Centre Mois on mai plus petit. Nous avons vu Lyndsey Stirling qui a été extraordinaire et le son était. Le seul point négatif fut la difficulté à se rendre au stationnement. On nous a fait fIre un méchant détour mais sans aucune indication. Par chance, nous avons rien manqué du spectacle.

The arena is nice and new with good seating and good view and have a good amount of toilets. The concessions are really bad though. There was like 5 or 6 people in line in front of me and it took me something like 45 minutes to order a beer, actually I ordered enough for the whole game so I didn’t have to comeback. It’s the cashiers that go make your food and they do only one thing at a time. You have to have someone else to bring the food it just doesn’t work otherwise. Also my cashier had a really bad attitude, never saw a glimpse of a small once and everything you asked her looked to be a burden for her. Also I don’t understand why there’s only one entrance but for 10000 persons it surprisingly worked out.

Ça sent le neuf. L'expérience client est formidable et se compare à celle du Centre Bell. La boutique est bien pensée, les coins restaurants en nombre suffisant. Lors du match d'ouverture, il y avait un beau spectacle d'avant match. Guy Lafleur était présent et fidèle à son habitude, à été généreux envers les partisans. L'équipe a donné un bon spectacle, le niveau de jeu est vraiment intéressant. Outre le Rocket, j'ai beaucoup apprécié les Harlem Globe trotters. La place Bell a vraiment des spectacles de qualité à découvrir.

Un amphithéâtre moderne bien pensé. Les sièges sont spacieux. Le son est excellent. La bouffe est bonne et pas si chère. Stationnement souterrain payant. Belle expérience même si l'équipe était pourrie!

Loved it! I went there for the first time ever for a basketball game.the size of the place is great, the food concession have affordable prices, it's really clean, and so easy to get to by subway!
I really want to go see a concert there now?

Belle sale de spectacle, rien à dire vraiment, le spectacle de slayer était superbe. Comparable au Centre Bell mais il est plus facile de sortir de la Place Bell que du centre Bell. Facile d’accès pour les Villeroy/Ahuntsic (ligne orange).

The facility itself is great.comfortable seating, lots of legroom, plenty of toilets. We found 2 large problems that make me never want to return. First is parking.traffic was backed up and it took 45 minutes from the time we left the main road until we were inside the Place Bell. I'm driving up from the U. S, so I don't know what public transportation there is.if you're lucky enough to live locally then take a train or bus or whatever is available! (I will say that once we found parking it was only $7, which isn't bad for city prices). The second major problem was food.those lines move slower than anything I've ever experienced! There were only about 10 people in front of me and it took 30 minutes to get to the front. That is far too slow. In summary, while this new venue is nice, they haven't yet figured out parking or food. Arrive early and buy drinks & food when there is no one in line. Be prepared to sit in your car both arriving and departing.

Awesome hockey game. Really more affordable for a family than the Montreal Canadians. Much more action because they still have to fight for there position. These young men are so full of talent and desipline. Will be going often.

Autant que pour une paetie de hockey que un show, l'ambiance est bien. Le son est excellent lors de concert. Mais les stationnements sont assez limités et vaut mieux y aller en transport en commun si on ne veut pas tourner en rond pendant 1h pour trouver du parking.

Loved every second of it.

The Place Bell is super accessible, right next to the Montmorency Metro. Parking in the place, or next door at the Metro.
