Terrible experience. Bad customer service and will not accept returns or exchange of unopened merchandise even before leaving the store.i will never return there to support their business

The most unfriendly place we have experienced in Eastern Canada. The midaged cash lady seems to hate children and anyone who asks her questions.

The woman working the cash register was embarrassingly rude and inappropriate. I’m offended by the service, she continued to yell at me when I asked why she was charging me for something I didn’t intent to buy (apparently a lollipop broke when I reached for a different lollipop - it fell - I checked and it didn’t look damaged to me at all). Then as I was trying to pay, she continues to scold me/yell and wouldn’t just finish the transaction. I’ve never seen such embarrassingly rude behavior. I am mad that I spent so much money there, but by that point, I didn’t have any other option but to just finish up ASAP.

A fabulous lolly and sweet treat shop at Mont-Tremblant Village. A little pricey but wide array of everything sweet!
