Extremely unproffesional behaviour from the leasing agent Allan Mariyathas. I had a virtual tour at 1pm this monday, I have waited 15 minutes in the meeting link, nobody showed up. It was only when I called him that he said he was busy and that he could not do it and that he wanted me to push the hour to 2pm instead. At 2pm I entered the link again, only to wait for another 15 minutes and he still did not show up. He did not pick up my calls and then he had the audacity to return to my message by saying only "SORRY" before ignoring my attemps to reschedule. Well, GLW has lost a customer. Good luck!

Stay far away if you care about your health. Moldy basement that hasn't been fixed. No management cares and lied. They renovated to cover the mold. I am witness to this. Also, told me they blocked access to mold exposure in basement as it is a health hazard.they didn't. Residents are walking through it!

We had a good experience with our agent Allan Mariyathas. He helped us find a unit that corresponds to our needs and that is fully renovated with new appliances.

I just want to say that Allan Mariythas is a stud! He was very helpful, and answering are questions with no delay. Amazing service!

After I ask for some picture of a studio, she stopped replying me. Then, the officer canceled my application of a studio because I haven't go there to check room.

Building staffs (Jeff the superintendent, who's very prompt and helpful, Sabrina the coordinator) are quite good (Jeff is super good and prompt) but they do not make up for the fact that the administrators (mostly the leasing agent - Melissa and someone else) are indeed, as another comment said, apathetic. I am in the process of moving out, and after sending Melissa 2 emails, she did not reply, had to call her, then email her again to remind her to send me the form for moving out, then have to email her about instruction to fill out the form correctly. I know that I am moving out so they're not interested in keeping me, but I am still a tenant until the date I leave. On top of that, I caught cockroaches in my apartment twice. Granted, they sent an exterminator, but he told me that my apt is above the basement where trash is so can't be helped (!). All in all, with the amount of money they charge (and the plethora of apartment buildings in the neighborhood), shop around before you commit.

Si vous avez envie de vivre dans ce qui se fait de pire à Montréal en termes d'équipements, de service clients et pour un prix bien élevé par rapport à ce que ça mérite, alors bienvenue à Place Concorde. #NeverAgain
Ils vous inonderont votre cuisine en essayant de réparer un vieux lave-vaisselle délabré, vous attendrez 2 mois qu'on vous remplace un lave-vaisselle défectueux en vous accusant de mentir puis ils s'attendront à une gratitude éternelle, vous ne recevrez jamais des étagères pour votre réfrigérateur (même après des mois d'attente), et puis ils considéreront qu'un bruit inquiétant dans la tuyauterie vétuste qui donne l'impression que ça va exploser à n'importe quel moment n'est pas une urgence, et attendront qu'il y ait un dégât des eaux pour se mobiliser.
Jamais vu ce niveau d'incompétence! Fuyez, ce ne sont pas de meilleurs appartements qui manquent à Montréal.

Had a meeting with a VERTICA representative to visit studios. Not only the guy was late, but he did not know which apartments were available. We spent like half an hour walking from building to building, as he did not know the location of apartments. Finally, he decided to show me a studio that was already rented arguing that "the other studios available look the same". Anyways, the guy asked me to call back later as we would have the accurate information about studios that are about to be freed - which I did couple days later - but the guy only said that everything was rented out already.
In summary: this guy from VERTICA did nothing but waste my time.
