J'ai reçu un contrat différent de celui pris en ligne lors de la réception de mon téléphone. Le forfait coûtait plus de 20$ par mois que celui sélectionné. "Ils m'ont dit que le rabais n'était pas dans le contrat, mais que ce n'était pas grave, car il serait quand même appliqué".

Si c'est pas dans le contrat, c'est pas fiable!

Depuis, j'essai d'annuler le service, mais pas moyen de les appeler, la ligne est toujours occupée ou ne répond pas et Rogers ne peut pas faire grand chose étant donné que le contrat n'est pas avec Rogers.

J’ai reçu un excellent service avec Stephanos lors du retour de mon appareil. Il s’est assuré que j’avais tout en main pour retourner l’appareil. Il a fait des suivies pour m’expliquer le fonctionnement de mon forfait. Je suis content avec le service

Got 3 phone upgrades with Stephanos and it was such a great experience! The team at Planete Mobile really care about you and they always try to get you the best deals possible. The front store workers are also extremely friendly. I will surely be going back when my next upgrade is due! Wonderful service.

Service médiocre, pas moyen de parler de vive voix avec la responsable de notre compte et se lance la balle avec le service à la clientèle Rogers car ça ne veux pas faire sa job, juste ramasser leurs commissions

Ils ne répondent JAMAIS au téléphone. Service inexistant. J'ai été obligé de me déplacer en boutique 2 fois pour de simples questions.

I work at the MUHC, so Vangy Capsis is our Rogers rep for employee corporate phone plans. I needed a phone upgrade, so I filled out the request online. The very next day Vangy called me to say that she had received my application, and made sure I understood all of the details and that I had chosen the best plan to fit my needs. Two days later she called again: she had received my phone, organized for pickup, and got me a nice deal too! She was a life saver to me because I had misunderstood part of the online form, and would have ended up paying a lot more than I expected had she not gone over everything with me on the phone. Vangy is knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and professional. If she is your rep, give her a call, you will not regret it! Highly recommend!

This is my second time ordering my phone & employee plan from Planète Mobile, and I must say that Vangy Capsis and her team are quite fantastic.

The employee plan website has transformed over the last little white and is super easy to use. The service is quick and efficient. It is always a pleasure to deal with the team at this location and they always make sure to find savings and with all of the bells and whistles that a phone plan brings.

Hi a couple of weeks back, I went to Rogers
ST -Laurent for my phone upgrade. I was served by Julia Sadowski, there’s was a problem with my account. Julia took care of it like a pro. She was patient, calm and courteous with Rogers head office. I was impressed with her professionalism. I will definitely go back there. You should too. A shout out to her college Shrin, she was helpful also with my phone transfer.

Not the best at returning calls however the in store service was very good. Sherine and Ann Merino were very helpful in getting what I had asked for.

Don't expect any kind of customer support from them, cause you won't get any. Would give 0 stars if I could.

It is literally impossible to reach this company, Rogers just directs you to them constantly but they never answer, mailbox is always full….
