I am very disappointed in the experience I had last night after coming to eat at the rail numerous times in the past. Due to the restaurant being busy, I choose to sit at the bar for the first time and I had such terrible experience. The service was extremely slow, it took 15 minutes before I got a menu. I ordered a rail mai tai and the drink was extremely sour. The young lady working made an error on my food order, in which I had to wait another 10 minutes to have corrected. I had to wait for utensils as I wasn’t given any at the beginning. I will definitely not going back to eat at the bar at the rail again. This has changed my
mind on coming to eat here in general as I usually get good service when I sit at a table. Extremely disappointed.

Changing from 5 stars to 4 stars only because of the noise of those EGDs near poker tables. It is really hard to focus with all those noises.

Changing back to 5, went back there and apparently they fixed the noise of those machines!

I've been to alot of places to play poker across Canada and nothing compares to playground. The staff are exceptional. Almost every single dealer is very customer service oriented, polite, fast-paced and manage the tables well. Supervisors are also very accommodating and well mannered. And this is coming from someone who is there 5-6 days a week. Overall a great experience

Friendly atmosphere, takes a while to get your drink, so you end up stuck at a machine longer than you would like. Very clean

Professional dealers and very fast dealing. Free food and drinks. The food were also very tasty and really well made. Rakes on the high side vs US and other countries. Overall, still definitely worth a visit.

I will say that a nice place, drinks are good, staff are gentle and nice.

10-5-2023 Première fois pour moi et ma femme. Un bel endroit pour s’amuser, jeux très variés. Avons eux bien du plaisir.
Ne pas oublier pour jouer, il faut se faire faire une carte de membre et qui est gratuit. 10$ en cadeau et si vous faites j’aime sur Facebook un autre 10$, plus un 5$ car c’était ma fête il y y’a quelques jours. Bon amusement.

Mardi 7/11/2023 15: 40 Essaie du restaurant Rail, pizza, frites, pâtes fettuccine Alfredo. Bonne portion, très bon, bon prix et le tout sans taxes.

L'un des meilleurs casinos que j'ai essayé de ma vie. Les personnes qui y travaillent sont formidables et tous plus gentilles les unes que les autres.

Best place to play poker in Montreal. Lots of tables and different games. Very well organized.

Très achalandé. Beaucoup de choix de jeux, la serveuse de section Patricia, m'a très bien servi, personnel très sympathique et parle tous français, le seul bémol pour 5 étoiles, est le stationnement non pavé, avec plein de trou.

J'ai détesté le fait d'être obligé d'être membre de la carte fidélité pour pouvoir jouer. Pour devenir membre obligatoire vous devez fournir votre permit de conduite et une adresse e-mail en plus de vous faire prendre en photo. J'ai pourtant fréquenté plusieurs casinos au Québec, dans les maritimes, en Ontario, sur des réserves autochtones et aux États-Unis. Playground est le seul à adopter cette façon de faire que je trouve intrusive à la vie privée des joueurs en plus d'utiliser votre adresse e-mail pour vous spammer. J'irai jouer ailleurs, c'est pas les casinos qui manquent

The Casino drinks were a little long, but there weren’t too many waitresses.

1st time and it was great! Free drinks, service was great, waitresses were smiling, all employees were polite and nice. No complaints at all. Of course, my wife and I went home as winners so that helps:) Slot machines are way better than Montreal casino. Drinks were free! Will definitely be back.our new home.

Update.after 2 yrs, the drink service has gone down. I was playing slots for 2 1/2hrs tonight and never once got served a drink, not even water. It's the 3rd time in the past few months that it's happened. Quite disappointing. There's not even a bar to get a drink unless you go to the restaurant section and they'll charge you for drinks. They should have at least a self serve drink station of water and coffee if they can't find waitresses.

Always fun. Super staff. Gorgeous facility! It’s better then the Montreal casino! Bring your luck. As you always win at Playground…
