These guys give excellent customer service. I've been ordering parts from them for many years now for my personal car, and the quality and price are great every time.

Excellent service. I was served by Nick on a Saturday morning. Ordered some brake disc kits front and back. Everything was in stock and at a competitive price. Prior to going there I went to 2 other places and stock was limited and prices were high. I will be coming to Plaza 2000 for all my auto parts in the future.

Worst customer service. You call no greetings, no manners, you have to repeat yourself 3 times for them to understand and next thing you know you're speaking to a different person without knowing you got tramsfered.spend your money elsewhere.

I always buy my auto parts from Plaza 2000. They offer the best prices in the city, they are knowledgeable and are eager to help.

Dealt with these guys for many years. Rebuilt a few cars with their parts. Always friendly. If they don't have it in stock they will get it in an hour or so. Great experience.

Good products as far as I know. But theyre a bit on the pricier side compared to guys like Jarry Auto parts and Promechanix (where you can only order through a garage but they give you a 2 year warranty on things like calipers).

The staff is lazy. I called to get the price for a part and was told I have to come to the store to get the price. There are lot of other stores around and they tell you the price by phone right away with no problem.
