Tout le monde qui y travaille avait l'air de ne pas vouloir être là. Impolis et désagréable. La qualité de la nourriture est médiocre.

We hosted a 250 person event at the venue, and signed with the place because Erin. Found out she left the company by hunting her down on linked in, not from spamming the venue by email and phone. That was the beginning of our nightmare

Tl;dr: will never recommend someone to host an event there if Steve and Lina are still sround. Erin and Ricky are great and deserve better.

Erin showed us the three room Regency a-b-c. When we asked about ours, turns out they squeezed us down to half that space. And when we asked multiple times if they will be adjacent events, Steve says "you have to understand I'm a business man, I need to make money. If I can rent out the space, I will". And after many times asking if there's an event next door, Steve and Lina kept refusing to give a clear answer. And sure enough, the place was triple booked. The adjacent room left empty but prepared for a corporate event, and another where all 50+ ppl inevitably wander into ours confused. Chairs were squeezed right up on the wall, ppl couldn't see the screen and the dance floor was tiny.

The kitchen prepared food with latex gloves, which is already illegal per food service rules. Yet when we told them someone was allergic, Lina sends angry all caps email saying they can't guarantee their safety and the owners + management would rather the person not even come.

We went buffet style and asked for the ingredient list of each plate just for ppl with dietary restrictions. Again, an angry email saying it's chef's choice, they can't do that, as if they were hidding the kraby patty secret reciepe or something

We paid $15/ person extra for sweet and savoury midnight snacks but ended up with cold old pizza and tarts

Last minute they made us get security. At least they referred nice guys but it was exc We're a small lgroup that knows everyone, attendees were weirded out by the bulletproof vests

All the floor staff were Latinx. Steve says nobody else wants to work whie unemployment is at all time low. Says something about the wage and working conditions they put them through

Lina definitely was thrown into her job last minute from Erin leaving, and is lost on all the details of her job. Steve knows all and works hard but cannot nor should not be talking to customers. Ricky was there setting up while Lina and Steve sipped coffee and ate the deseerts. Overall Steve and Lina softened up on set up but the way they treated us like children leading up to the event, confusing and generalizing us with other groups; could not recommend them less.
