Plaza Côte-des-Neiges

Once the renovations are over, especially on the lower level near the parking lot entrance, it will be a very nice shopping mall.

It is covenient in my place where i live. What i need are all there in Plaza Côte-de-Nieges. I often shop on there. We dine also in Kam Shing Restaurant.

This mall keeps on expanding and embellishing. There’s multiple stores for different needs and for all kinds of budgets. I recommend it as a very feasible and pleasant mall.

Really low budget mall. Unless you live in the area and are desperate for something, then it's fine but it really is a depressing place

J'adore et je reste vivre à côté juste à cause du plazza puisqu'on y trouve tout ceux dont on a besoin, restaurant, magasin chinois avec tout les produits africaine, dollarama, salle de gym, tigre géant, canadien tiers, Walmart, des compagnies téléphoniques, renaissance, cinéma des des jeux, etc.

Centre commercial décrépi, en ruine, toujours en rénovations qui n’en finissent plus. Le bon côté: stationnement étagé, intérieur et extérieur.

Renovated, not all the stores opened, but Walmart, animal stores Dollarama Canadian tire, and many others are.

I feel like this place has just never finished renovations. Used to hang around here when I was a kid and sad that it looks like a dump now.

Just wanted to tell everyone, that Plaza Cote des Neiges mall is under renovations, but the mall is open. The front entrance is open. Once all the renovations are done it will look very beautiful. New stores: Urban Planet, Electrocell, plus there will be more new stores coming soon to our mall:

Ardene: December 2021
Giant Tiger: 2022
Uncle Tetsu (Japense Cheese cake) : 2022

Full of necessaries stores like walmart, dolarama, winners and fido, cell-phone accessories and repairing stores. There are not many restaurants, just some coffe shops.

Walmart, Marche Fu Tai, Dollarama, Renessance and many more restaurant and shopping store inside.

Cosy but busy mall. Overall clean and has some good stores. They completly renovated the outside which is what i said years ago on my previous review. They are also renovating the interior currently. I hope it looks like a modern mall by the end of it because it used to look really ugly and smell damp.

Plaza Côte-des-Neiges located at 6700 Chemin de la Côte-des-Neiges, is the most attractive commercial shopping center, Representative of Montreal's Cultural diversity this older shopping center.
I found many thing I was looking for it in very good price even it is not that much organized but it is the ideal place for all of your shopping needs; it houses over 100 indoor stores: Major Grocery stores Marché Fu-Tai offering food grown & produced in Quebec as well as Asian and multicultural; including fresh exotic fruits and vegetables and plus, major stores like Wal-Mart and Canadian Tire,

Not bad, could of been better if one of the guy wouldn't make so many mistakes to correct a price at the scanner.

Been going to.thus mall since I was a kid with my mother and grandmother. I love the ethnic vibe in this place. Fu Thai is a great place to shop for fresh produce including some exotic stuff.

Like this shopping center.has Walmart.the Chinese grocery store.and the Dollarama.
Some clothing stores as well. Very clean.newly renovated.

Aesthetically, the mall isn't pretty as it is old and it's still in renovation, but some stores are worthy for going in like Marché Fu Tai & Walmart. The meals at the restaurants in the dining room are actually competitive and there's some independent clothing stores along with a gym and a cinema.

Mall is under renovation and it does look nicer but most of the restaurants are mediocre and there aren't many places worth shopping.

Plaza is under major renovation so it's not yet rate able but from what is done, it looks like it's going to turn out nice, we'll have to wait and see.

I am going at this place every week for grocery shopping. Quite and loving place. I prefer people to go there for not only shopping but if you want to spend your time even.

Best place almost everything with, canadian tire walmart and many stores as well cinema hall, clothing stores, grocery stores, all telecom companies, and restaurant, hospitals, as well restaurants with very big parking place uper and underground

Ever since we moved to Montreal, this plaza has been standing proud and tall. I am glad to find out that they are renovating it. I hope the improvement will bring in more vendors who sells a much better quality items.

I come here all the time to do some of my grocery shopping! The products seem to be very well priced and usually fresh! ~

It's under construction and there are to many people hanging out
There is not alot of stores to shop at its pretty empty for a selection to buy

Good luck to get in and get out. Parking is not friendly and you will have to walk to reach the store you coming for.

Un bon centre d'achat interculturel pour faire des achats quotidiens. Vieux et non rénové dans le genre guetto

Venus ici avec un collègue faire quelque achat ces assez vieux comme centre commercial et il y a des espaces vacant mais nous étions ici pour aller chez Wal-Mart qui est ici un très gentil monsieur nous a salué a notre arrivée et nous a dirigé vers les bonnes range pour nous éviter de chercher trop longtemps et nous sommes allé a la caisse self service qui a fonctionné très bien alors super visite

even Canadian tires branch there has terrible layout
there is a lot of shops
and enough places to park

Ok. There's not much choices for clothing store, but there's walmart, canadian tire and chinese grocery store for regular necessity goods.

A lot of stores closed (some of them very good quality and prices) and also rhe food store also most of them closed

Low budget mall. Low prices and good deals. Dirty looking, not for family outings. Great for a bargain.

If you want to be in Montreal but feel like you're lost in a chaotic third world market, visit this Plaza.

I like this place a lot. Although the bottom floor is a bit.creepy the first floor is great. My two favorite places are Fu Tai (chinese supermarket) and the movie theatre

The bath are clean fresh. Wow I'm happy to bring my daughter there when it's time to eat I know everything gonna be

This mall is served by STM (Société de Transport de Montréal) bus and métro service. Buses 165 (North and South). "Côtes des Neiges" is the closest tube (métro) station, on the Blue (Saint Michel to Snowdon, East-West) line.
Canadian Tire and Walmart are the two main anchor stores. There's a huge Chinese supermarket. All three are on the ground floor.
Three stars from me; because there's a lack of benches to sit on after one's done shopping.
Also because the Food Court located in the basement and accessible by escalators; has very few culinary options! The neighbourhood's multicultural population needs more than just Caribbean and Indian cuisine! I think they are doing their best to diversify; but for those of us who are lucky enough to own a vehicle; the options to visit this mall; compared to other malls on the Western side of Montreal Island; are quite many! Je trouve que c'est désolant de voir certaines places de ce centre d'achat. Par contre j'aime aller chez Walmart.

Stores here are very gloomy including Canadian Tire, Walmart is so so. Asian grocery store is better. I don't like going here unless I'm bringing all the kids for movie on a budget. Definitely don't buy and eat anything from the food court, I got sick twice badly.

The place is 99% immigrants coming from asia, indo-asia, middle east, africa. Most of them simple poor people that needs help and a peaceful place to live in.
OK. There is a small shop "Herbes de Chine", I bought a box of Panax Ginseng Extractum, 8500mg, I was charged more than $25 with tax. A few days later I go to the big food chinese store Fu-Tai and see the exactly same thing for $12, I bought one, it was the same thing down to Lot No serial, exactly the same product. I went to the owner of this Herbes de Chine and told him. He argued with me about the quality ;-) This man is not HONEST. At least he could nicely argue something else, like his store is a boutique and he has higher prices than the big stores. He tried to outsmart me with a lie and dishonesty, YES, like I was a new stupid refugee immigrant to Canada ready to be scammed. Shame to him. He has no place in plazza CDN.

Plus le temps passe, et moins il y a de magasins, l endroit laisse un souvenir insalubre, le stationement qui est un des points positif etait en partie en renovation, les gens se stationnent n importe comment car ya des parties les lignes y en a plus. Des gros magasins presents survivent. Le cinema est toujours en train de renover qlwch. Il fut un temps cette plaza etait une place ou on pouvait passer des moments memorables.maintenant cela peut vite devenir un cauchemare.

I came down here to visit my dad and I have decided to take a stroll over to the mall this mall wasn't really the biggest Mall. There were a few nice stores in there and I went over the holiday season so it was pretty packed on a normal day I think it would be okay
