Plaza Volare

We had our wedding at Plaza Volare in September and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The food was phenomenal, the hall looked beautiful, and our guests had an amazing time. Everyone told us that it was normal for things to go wrong during the wedding, but quite frankly the entire night went off without a hitch and it was as close to stress-free as a wedding could be.

I would be remiss if I didn't mention the EXCEPTIONAL job Karina did. It felt like she was our personal wedding planner - she made sure that everything ran smoothly and was with us through every step of the process. She provided some valuable advice without ever trying to upsell us.

We recommend Plaza Volare to everyone we know that's getting married, especially if Karina is there to guide them. A+!

They seemed behind schedule and the continental snacks seemed like nothing special. The fruit was good. I must say in and out of the parking seems ghetto. A 'must improve' in my eyes

We cannot thank Karina and the staff at Plaza Volare enough! They made our planning process SO EASY! They have so many items in house that meant that we didn’t need to rent decor items above and beyond what they had. Their menu is so comprehensive and delicious, we got soooo many compliments on our meal. We weren’t missing a thing! The maître D (Danny) and our bartender (nico) were beyond amazing. Danny’s attention to detail was superior and our guests were freaking out that Nico was able to remember their drink and have it ready for them before they even asked!

This was no small feat for a wedding of almost 350 people, but the staff at Plaza Volare makes it look easy. They are pros!

And to the wonderful Karina, thank you for coordinating every aspect of our wedding, coordinating our vendors/deliveries, making sure that every little detail was thought of and treating us like royalty on the day-of! We love you!

We were lucky enough to have our wedding reception at Plaza Volare and we can’t even begin to describe just how happy we are with our decision!

Peggy & Karina were kind, honest, genuine and incredibly easy to work with. They were making sure everything was running smoothly from the planning process to the day of. We had no problems whatsoever and would highly recommend working with either one of them.

Choices are easy to make & everything went according to plan. We received so many compliments for the food! Many delicious options to choose from, so you can’t go wrong. Our vegetarians were raving about the grilled cauliflower, the meat was tender and the gnocchi entré was mouthwatering. Make sure to order the Nutella gnocchis as well. Home-made & so fresh!

Special shout-out to Danny, the maître D, who took such good care of us that weekend and was on top of everything! Staff was super friendly as well. With a wedding as big as ours, we’re so happy with the way things turned out, and it’s all thanks to the wonderful team at Plaza Volare. Thank you for making our special day an even more unforgettable one!

We recently attended a wedding at Plaza Volare and were blown away! The food was excellent and there was nothing missing from the menu. The outdoor tent as a lovely space for the cocktail hour and to enjoy the nice weather. The staff was super helpful and respectful to all guests. We would definitely consider this venue for our next event.

We got married on June 4,2022 at Plaza Volare and we absolutely loved everything! The staff was so incredibly patient, thoughtful and efficient. The service throughout the planning and the evening itself was truly amazing. We worked with Karina who was absolutely incredible! She made the day run so smoothly and made me feel so at ease with all the planning and details. Our guests still rave about the international buffet and the gnocchi! I absolutely recommend Plaza Volare for a beautiful, classy and flawless wedding.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Plaza Volare on July 30,2022! It’s was perfect, exactly what we had envisioned. Our wedding coordinator Karina was absolutely amazing! She made sure that everything we wanted and asked for was done. She made us feel like the only ones that mattered that night and that was what truly made the difference from the beginning to the end. Great venue! Exceptional service, staff and food. Not to mention, amazing management. Karina especially was of great help and made sure everything was perfect and according to plan. Shout out to all her hard work!

I do NOT recommend this place for any event. The management is very disorganized, and it will not be a pleasant experience.

Not ideal for a wedding venue at all. The food menu seems mediocre and the service Is terrible. The staff is very unprofessional and rude.

The associates working here are so rude and disrespectful. They have absolutely no sense of professionalism it’s ridiculous…

I don't recommend trusting some of these positive reviews, especially the ones that conveniently appeared immediately after my friend posted her negative review. It seems like staff and their friends may have written fake positive reviews. I personally wouldn't recommend this venue due to it being poorly managed. In my opinion, it would be very stressful to host a wedding or any event here. You would be better off finding a venue with good staff, that can really make your event stress free and fun!
