Having moved to the west island I called around and looked for a plumber who could help me rectify the issues needed after purchasing my home. Staff was courteous, conscientious about my concerns associated to cost and professional all the way through the multiple jobs that I needed to do. From replacing gas water tanks with electric, back up valves in the garage and basement, to gas work associated with my kitchen they provided timely solutions and recommended products that met our family's needs and budget.

Richard installed new sink faucet and undersink shut off valves. As well he was able to unblock bathroom bathtub drain.and got to source of problem. Although they are expensive, they are professional.

They are the most reliable plumbers I have ever worked with. My grandmother swore by them, my mother swore by them and so do I. They treat their customers with respect as and dignity. Whenever I’m asked for a plumber, I only recommend Levine.

We hired Levine Plumber to install a dishwasher. The plumber sent was well experienced and had the dishwasher up and running within an hour. I have been a Levine client for over 40 years and have nothing but laurels for them.

After 3 visits the drain problems persisted so I then decided to have another plumber to fix it for good. They did. Not happy with levine.

I used the service once and it was good. The second time was terrible. The person who came was nice and provided good options, however did not write properly what was required to be done (only 1 option out of 2). They asked to move my appointment to another day which I was flexible on, but on the new day they never showed up and I had to call multiple times to get any answer on when they would make it. They then said it would go to the following week. They used as an excuse that it could rain but the job was to be done inside. Very poor planning on their end and not acceptable to keep moving appointments as they please since we had an inspection planned. After I told the office that I would not be paying for a service that was not rendered they were VERY rude on the phone. If the guy on the phone had not been as rude as he was, I would've probably been a little more understanding.

All details of work to do and on-going were always explained with photos and phonecalls. Service personnel are so polite and helpful too.

They came to fix a toilet, spend most of the time (at 100$/h) in this truck, did mot fix the problem, left me with a broken toilet, a hole in my bedroom wall and a hefty charge on my credit card. Crooks.

Showed an hour and half late on the appointment day (a normal week day) without telling me why until I called. So they were late due to an emergency call. They had no policy on this kind of situation, no discount, no nothing. So apprently one hour of their time is $165 while my time of being late on a WORK day is worth nothing. Okay fine, then when the plumber arrived, he went uptairs first to check the pipe, went back to get the tool box, then after repairing, he went to put his toolbox back just to grab a single piece of paper of invoice, as if the toolbox was sooo heavy that he had to use all his force to carry. This up down took 20 minutes (guess what the plumber wasn't the only one who was timing), and they will gladly charge you $105/half hour when they are just using that time to do cardio essentially. The only nice thing I could say is that the stuff are friendly and responses are fast.

Our exterior hose faucet was a mess - both the faucet itself and the way it was originally installed (by someone else). They came exactly at the time promised and sorted out all the issues. Good company to do business with.

Plumber arrived one hour after I called even for a non-urgent job. He was very courteous and diligent. Did a great job of changing an old and very difficult to remove faucet.

I have used them several times already and I have the same opinion everytime: Professional and reliable. Going to use them again and again.

They made a major repairs and did work that I considered sloppy to the extent that subsequent plaster work was impossible. I needed to engage a different plumber to fix their serious mistakes. I was truly shocked by the disappointing results.

Their service was EXCELLENT!

They call you when the plumber is on the way so you know when to expect them, as opposed to waiting for a few hours like some of the other plumbing companies.
The plumber was on time and very professional.
He answered all of my questions and took the time to explain what he fixed and why it needed fixing.

Mike, the plumber, expertly explained what he was going to do and why. Did the job efficiently, cleanly and quickly. Lefty me with a simple clip to remove the Strap easily if need in the future

Not sure what rating to give here.

Had a sump pump installation booked, which I assume is fairly routine. They came promptly, great service etc, but the pump broke and shut off after a day or two.

They came back and replaced it - free of charge, again very nice about it and wanted to get it sorted.

2nd pump broke again, same story.

They suggested it was perhaps a fault with electrics - surges or some such. Called an electrician and had a new line installed (+$$).

They came back and installed a third pump (+$$). It subsequently stopped after a couple of days.

So - good service. But ultimately, didn't get the job done (or appropriately respond to whatever was causing the issue) and I had to pay for two ultimately useless pump installs and an electrical installation which wasn't the issue (and then again with Systemes Sous Sol, who managed to get it to work). So I'm a lot out of pocket for what feels like a routine job.

That said, they tried their best and were nice about it. I'd still probably use them again.

The Customer Service of both the Manager and the person who came were professional, courteous and friendly. They asked questions to understand and determine how best to service me. I sent many pictures as they do not come for estimates on small jobs like I needed done. However, the person who came didn’t have the proper material and had to go back to the office which took time, and, miscalculated the height of where the tap could be installed. It’s a few inches but it could have been higher for me to manoeuvre. I would recommend them but it could have gone better for me.

We renovated our powder room and the tile was installed prior to the toilet, which is apparently not the proper order of installations. Eric took one look at it and put our minds at ease. He was polite, informative, and completed the work without any hesitation. Would highly recommend contacting the Levine Bros. Incredible service!

Très bon service, mais cher. J'avais un évier qui coulait. Le plombier est venu réparer dans la journée. La fuite avait déjà été trouvée donc il restait à changer la pièce, ajuster et vérifier que tout était bon. Cela a pris 20 min max mais la factue a été pas mal salée: presque $300.
Je recommande donc la compagnie, mais juste en cas d'extrême urgence, ou bien si vous n'avez pas trop de problème de finance!

Je faisais affaire avec Plomberie Lachine maintenant affilié avec eux. Aucune déception. Levine Bros.est venu 4 fois depuis pour différents problèmes, et chaque fois j'ai été épaté par le professionnalisme des techniciens, de la propreté du travail, la rapidité et l'efficacité.
