Plomberie Robert

I have to hand it to Plomberie Robert for succeeding where other plumbers and engineers have failed at sorting out our master bath shower that went cold and unusable. Manon went to bat for us with a supplier that changed ownership for parts under warranty (no easy feat!) ; the supplier first sent the wrong cartridge, then another, with missing hardware. Manon eventually scored the hardware. The second replacement cartridge didn't seem to fit right and didn't look exactly congruent to the original; it bottomed-out. They sent Martin, who was incredible: friendly, patient, deliberate and detail-oriented. With a little grease and the midas touch, the cartridge is installed and we have hot water again for the first time in about a year. No more showering in the basement! He had to chisel some tile to get both nuts in, when the initial installer only bothered with one. Anyway, all that to say, it wasn't quick (due to supply challenges), but their persistence and superlative service delighted my wife and I. Thanks, Plomberie Robert. Chapeau. Well done! Much appreciated.

Super great service. They handled our home appliances and their after service is good. We had an issue and they had no problem fixing it. It was quick and efficient.
