Pneus TB Laval (Pneus neufs et pneus usagés et changement d'huile et mécanique)

My boyfriend went to bring his car to have his tires changed for the summer. He booked an appointment 10 days before the day of his servicing. We asked the customer service rep to confirm the date and also book a second appointment. When my boyfriend arrived for his appointment he was told that his appointment was never booked. As well my appointment was not booked neither. Then he was told that the appointments were at a different time and date. This is very poor service from the reps and as well irresponsible. They need to listen more and try to come with a system to confirm. Like email or text. I guess we will be taking our business else where. Which we did and got email confirmation. Good luck to everyone else and hopefully your experiences will be better than ours.

I missed a day of work to go to an appointment which I booked over the phone about 2 weeks ago. On the day of my booking, I confirmed twice with the employee over the phone for the day and time to make sure everything is set. The rep confirmed date of appointment and time. So I noted it in my calender. I arrived on that day and time only to be told that I have no appointment. I asked to check again and was told no.then at 2pm then on May 8th. I was obviously upset. The employee shrugged his shoulders and smiled and said mistakes happen. Perfect. You lost another 2 clients which will never do business again with Pneus TB. Canceled all my future appointments. For those who wish to go here, I would highly recommend to quadruple check your appointments with the reps and request an email of confirmation. That way you can be worry free.

Je vais à ce garage depuis longtemps et j'ai toujours eu un bon service. Dernièrement je m'y suis rendu à 16: 15, le garage ferme à 17: 00 et l'homme à l'acceuil m'a dit de revenir le lendemain. Il n'y avait personne à la réception. Pas sûr que d'y retourner.

Excellent customer service, Tony in the front desk is super friendly. It’s the second time I show up without an appointment to change a tire and they squeeze me in. Job is done in no time.

Super garage, j’y suis aller pour mes changement de pneus et service impeccable les mécanos super polis et gentils la réception super gentil aussi, ce matin j’ai eu un problème avec mon démarreur et ma clé d’auto en peu de temps ils ont trouvé et ils m’ont expliqué qu’il fallait que je change ma batterie de la manette de l’auto et quoi faire si le trouble reviens, autant la réceptionniste que le mécanicien sont venu m’expliquer le tout et m’ont donné le bon conseil, merci pour votre gentillesse et votre professionnalisme.

Tout ce qu'ils on fait sur mon auto a été mal fait.

Ca fait 4 ans que j'y vais pour mes pneus et deja ils cassaient les rods parce qu'ils vissaient trop fort avec leur impact et après me charge les rods brisés.

La dernière fois, jai fait changer un starter et mes freins arrière chez eux en même temps que mes pneus pour sauver du temps et 3 mois plus tard le starter commence a mal fonctionner et 1 fois sur 2 le vehicule ne démarre pas. On décide de l'amener dans un autre garage et en se rendant labas le starter a prit feu, les 2 mecaniciens on du éteindre l'incendie en panique dans mon hood et sauver mon auto. Pour finir il on changer le starter et mon dit que celui qui avait été posé chez TB avait été très mal installé et que les freins arrière faisait un drôle de bruit pour des freins neufs.

Alors il ne toucheront plus jamais a mes voitures.

J’achète et switch mes pneus chez eux depuis 10ans, excellent service, personnel courtois et professionnel. Je recommande vivement.
