Les pneus d'hiver sont posés je suis très satisfait du choix qui m ont proposé quel différence de conduite wow, toujours un service impeccable, je prends min rendez-vous et le délai est respecté, merci pour le bon service automobile et à la clientèle

Had an urgent problem with my car leaking engine oil, they provided swift and communicative service, called before performing work etc. They quickly offered me a loaner vehicle for the time the car would take but I declined.

Sympa à l’accueil mais côté mécanique on m’a proposé de remplacer des éléments qui n’était pas problématiques. (Du coup 31$ d’inspection) j’ai décidé de ne pas faire les travaux chez eux.

A driver for this company with the company logo on the truck ran a red light and nearly smashed into many oncoming cars in an intersection. Any company that hires such reckless and dangerous drivers does not deserve business from the public.

Je n'y suis allé que pour faire changer 2 pneus de jantes. Cela a nécessité 2hr afin de m'informer que les jantes que j'avais ne fonctionnaient pas. De plus, j'avais des bouchons de valves en métal. Qui ne me sont pas revenue. Un en plastic et l'autre sans bouchon en guise de remplacement.
Je les ai informé de la situation par courriel et ils ne m'ont jamais répondu. Ce n'est qu'un détail certes, mais cela démontre un non respect du client de leur réputation.
Ce n'est qu'à la suite d'un deuxième courriel qui se sont réavisés.

Je déteste les garages qui me traitent en petite madame ignorante. Ce NE FUT PAS le cas: au contraire. De l'efficacité, du respect, un prix raisonnable. Je recommande sans réserves!

I'm actually updating my review service is really slow it took one and half hour to change tires. Really disappointed it should take an hour max and 3 mechanics working on my car to change tires.what's going on here.

Habituellement je n'aime pas l'ambiance et l'attitude des gens dans les garages. Ici, pendant que j'étais dans la salle d'attente, j'ai été témoin d'un travail d'équipe qui se fait dans la positivité et le respect. L'ambiance est calme, le personnel est avenant avec la clientèle, peu importe l'âge et le genre. Excellent service!

Basic mechanics, wheel balancing was off and could definitely use some training in how to keep customer’s car clean. Placing a plastic cover on the driver’s seat would be a great beginning. When asked why they don’t place a plastic cover, the response was “their mechanic is super clean”! Wonder what he thinks about the pandemic as he sits at his service desk with NO mask on?

Bought 4 brand new GT winter tires there in November $560 installed. Had a flat 3 days ago, Trudeau said they couldn't fix it and they wouldn't replace it as there is no guarantee on these tires. The salesperson later told me she had only been there two weeks. When I talked with someone else, he said it wasn't their fault, he wouldn't replace the tire and frankly, he didn't care. No offer of anything except we will sell you another tire. They don't stand by their products. Customer service - 0

Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent, la ponctualité est au rendez-vous et l'équipe de techniciens est très professionnelle. On vous donnera l'heure juste concernant l'entretien et la réparation de votre voiture.

On Saturday the 17th I showed up without an appointment, was told there was no room and that I definitely needed an appointment. Made the appointment for today October 24th (the next Saturday) at 11 am. I was told they close at 12pm. It is currently 11: 55am as I'm writing this and my car has yet to even be looked at. What's the point of having an appointment if you're not going to respect it. I took a day off of work to get this dealt with, and this is what I get. I will never recommend Point S on Victoria ever. After arriving at home I noticed that the tires were too stiff. Upon further inspection. My front tires were set correctly at 30psi but my back tires were set to 45psi. I had to go back there to get the issue resolved. When I arrived there the mechanic apologized (which I forgave him as stuff like that does happen occasionally) but the person in charge that day, said nothing and let he mechanic take the blame, that along with making up excuses.

Paid for mounting and balancing my tires along with replacing the valve stems.

None of my valve stems were changed and I was charged for it. PATHETIC.

Went there and they suggested 2K repairs and some to the bearing axis and brakes. Did the repairs and one month later same bearing and brakes disks had the same issues, they are either crooks or incapable. Will never go back, did the repairs somewhere else for cheaper also.

Je suis allé chez Point S à propos d'un bruit étrange provenant du moteur de mon véhicule. Ces gens-là non seulement ne m'ont pas aidé à résoudre mon problème, mais j'ai aussi perdu mon temps à me déplacer. Je me suis fait dire par un des méchaniciens que le bruit, qui provient du moteur, c'est quelque chose normal et que lui aussi avant le même marque de véhicule et elle fait la même chose. De plus, un des méchaniciens m'a dit qu'ils ne touchent pas au moteur, alors que ce n'est pas vrai du tout, donc ils m'ont mentis. Je ne mettrai plus jamais les pieds chez Point S et je ne recommanderai pas cette place à personne, car je ne suis absolument pas satisfait de leur service.

Brought my car in on a Monday morning, gave the details of my car AND the EXACT tire size i needed. Daniel assured me that a DIFFERENT size would fit my car and the price was very good so naturally I said yes and purchased them. AFTER 4 DAYS of delays and problems trying to install my tires, i get told the tires dont fit and they need to order the original size I GAVE THEM and the price was DOUBLE. Instead of trying to resolve THEIR MISTAKE, they told me that i had to pay the new price or go to a different garage. I ended up getting a refund BECAUSE I HAD TO ASK FOR ONE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANY POINT S AGAIN. This was the most ridiculous experience I have ever had in my whole life. DO NOT GO HERE FOR TIRES, HUGE WASTE OF TIME.

Le mecanicien à fait une erreur sur le kilométrage de mon prochain changement d’huile. Mon gestionnaire de flotte et ma voiture me dise que c’est le temps mais pas mon collant dans le pare-brise. Je me présente ce matin pour me faire confirmer que c’est l’erreur du mecanicien. Par contre le commis au comptoir ne fait rien pour corriger leur erreur et me faire le changement d’huile sur le champs. Au lieu il essaie de me donner un rendez vous à sa convenance.
C’est la deuxième fois que le mécanicien à ce garage fait un erreur et que le Commis ne fait rien à ce propos

I have been going to this company for tire changes for the past six years. I preferred them as they located near my home and I like having long term business relations.
Last year, during the winter/summer tire change, one wheel was not fixed properly. I B. C.was very lucky not to have had an accident as I noticed it quite early. As it was the weekend, and they are closed, I went to another garage to fix the problem. I was told that my family and I were very lucky not to have had an accident.
When I mentioned the situation the following Monday, the person speaking merely apologized and did not even offer any kind of supplementary service as compensation. They just told me that they title change the tires for free during my next visit.
Strangely enough, this service was forgotten when tie winter tire changing period arrived! Not only did they not remember, they insist in selling me new tires (which I would have bought as my family’s safety always comes first)
I am very disappointed in the service and the arrogant approach from the people in charge there. The level of unprofessionalism and rudeness is unacceptable.

Service ultra sympathique et hors pair. Daniel et Steve sont accueillants, professionnels et toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos questions. Les mécanos travaillent proprement. Les rendez-vous sont rapides à obtenir et ils sont à l'heure). C'est un garage qui est propre avec des gens qui sont très fiables et toujours souriants.

Services courtois et professionel. Grandes sélections de pneus pour toutes les saisons. J'ai comparé avec des compétiteurs dans la région et Trudeau avait le meilleur prix. Je suis client depuis ma première voiture, aro 2013.

Mauvais service à plusieurs reprises. Endroit malhonnête, les "problèmes" soulevés lors des visites sont souvent illégitimes (confirmé après avoir été consulté ailleurs pour un 2e avis). Ils utilisent des techniques pour faire peur aux gens afin de les convaincre de faire les "réparations" et ce, à des prix déraisonnables. J'ai souvent eu des nouveaux problèmes immédiatement après une visite chez eux.

Meilleur prix que la compétition, j'avais quatre valves de pneus à changer. Tout réglé en 45 min, comme on m'avait dit. Rapide et efficace. Ils ont aussi remplacer mon pneu de secours pour la roue dans mon coffre et gonflé tous mes pneus sans qu'on ait à demander. Très sympathiques en plus!

I was sent by tire manufacture for an inspection due the sidewall bubbles I discovered on both of my front tires. I was at the Trudeau Tire in the morning without making an appointment. I was taking my chance to see if someone was able to check my tires. Daniel who worked a front desk had already the case number and brief description ready on his desk and he verified the tire and took pictures. On the same day I got a call from him saying the tire with be replaced under warranty. It did not just save me 400$, It was also his working efficiency and the friendly services. I am going to have the new tire put on tomorrow. Hope I won't get any side wall bubbles this time.

Great service, Steve is very friendly and upfront with the work required on your car. Work is well done but they don’t go the extra mile to check nothing else is wrong with your vehicle.

After getting an oil service, I noticed that the new oil filter was damaged. They obviously didn’t have the proper tooling and just screwed it in with a monkey wrench. That was ok for a while, until on a road trip, 500kms from home, we start losing oil from a crack in the filter housing.
Don’t take your car there.

I witnessed the situation when they refused to give a booster to boost a car with dead battery that was standing 30 meters across the parking lot. While it was -5 C outside. Just a reminder: unwritten rule in Canada is we help each other especially when the weather is harsh and especially if you are the garage. Would never use their service.

These guys are perfect for ripping people out. They ripped me $170 out just to tell me what is my car's problem and provided me a cost estimation. Also, they charged me $150 for renewing the oil and replace the winter tires (which were already on the wheel)!
Fortunately, I didn't trust them let them repair my car then I visited another mechanic. Not only they inspected wrongly, but also the cost estimation was almost twice! I would never recommend them even for a visit.

À ÉVITER! Très mauvais service. Je suis allé pour un changement d'huile quand je suis venu récuperer ma voiture il m'ont dit que je devait réparer mon power steering que c'étais urgent, il voulait me charger 400 plus taxes alors que mon auto roulait parfaitement,
2h plutard mon power steering c 'est mis a coullé le volant devenait dur et ca fesait du bruit. Je l'avait vérifier en sortant du point s et il étais plein donc le trou avait été fait a se moment. DECEVANT. Je lai donc reparer pour 50$, alors qu'il m'en chargent 400! PLUS JAMAIS.je vous le recommande pas non plus!
