This manager is extremely rude.

According to him it’s not one point zero and all the locations online or in person don’t have same return exchange policies. He said the customer services have other important things to do. The coworker that I spoke to named Aguette was sweet and she told me after inspecting the jacket that this should be returned ASAP but the manager is just beyond disrespectful. Not sure how this huge company has terrible terrible customer service.

It’s been 20 days today when I’m trying to exchange a damaged/dirty/old jacket that I received and nobody in point zero is taking responsibility. I’ve been patient with you guys as I’m directed to customer service and then from them to store and then the store asks me to write an email and I get no response. If i could share my dial history, you’ll see how many times I’ve called the customer service line.

I’m not going to shop at point zero and will tell me family and friends to do the same. Because for the last 10 years in Canada, point zero is what we wear. Not anymore!

A very bad experience because of a guy who works at the store. The behaviour of the guy is very rude and unacceptable. I want to return my jacket for which I should get back my money. I asked him some questions related to that and he started behaving in a very rude manner and what ever I ask him he continuously tells me that its not his job to answer my question. I did not expected this behaviour from a staff of such a big brand.

PointZero should take immediate action on this guy. Since one of my friend also experienced the same behaviour from this guy.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I had to come back to purchase my coat because it was very inconvenient for me to carry bags at the moment but the salesperson wrote on a piece of paper the model and the size I tried. I went back two days later and did the purchase.and got a discount.

Disgusting AI generated fake imagery in screen billboard. Fake images not representative of real clothes they are selling. Didnt even bother to do the minimum and photograph real people wearing their clothes. Point zero for design or artistic quality.

A very bad customer service! A guy works all the time is very rude. I went to exchange my jacket size because when I bought that jacket there were two tags on it and there were different size on it. I bought it by seeing only one tag and it was not actual size of the jacket. Because they mix up the stickers. And I told the situation, a guy was so rude while exchanging, at first he didn’t allowed us to exchange then I requested and he exchanged. But I don’t like his attitude and the response.
Never gonna visit again for sure because of this guy

Just west of money.
They never give you returns or exchange.
