Demandant d'installer la radio devant la maison puisque je ne trouvais pas le garage au début, à profité de ça pour être payé en cash et depuis aucune production de facture. Et donc aucune garantie. Le monsieur a été payé 260$ pour une Radio sheep et qui ne fonctionne pas correctement. Qd je me présente au garage on nous dis appeler le monsieur qui vous a installé c'est lui le responsable. Mais aucune réponse à nos appels depuis plusieurs mois. Et qd on se présente encore au garage aucun effort pour réparer ou régler le problème comme si on était des intrus. Je trouve ces pratiques pas honnête et garage pas respectable à éviter complètement! A faire attention et s'ils demandent d'être payé en cash refuser svp n'accepter pas c'est des gens malhonnêtes.

Did not meet my expectations, difficult to communicate after I got my service done with defects.

Seemed like a professional place from reviews however the place didn’t give me the best experience. The tint cuts were uneven (visible from the outside not straight lines), bubbling on more than half of the windows (constant bubbles that were there after 3 weeks), the tint they gave me did not seem to be what I asked for. I have tried to resolve this, however after 2 weeks of calling and no one really helping me out I decided to go to a different shop to fix all the mistakes. I would not recommend this place, and I will never be coming back. Yes it is cheaper, but the work they do is cheap too.

J'étais venu ici à l'origine pour l'installation et le démarrage de mon autoradio. J'ai dû revenir pour retester la radio et allumer le démarreur car il fonctionnait mal.
Je leur ai donné une dernière chance et demandé de faire mes teintes sur les 4 fenêtres, ils ont dit de ne pas baisser les fenêtres pendant 48 heures. Au lieu de cela, j'ai attendu une semaine. Devine quoi? La teinte côté conducteur commence à s'écailler dès la première fois que j'ai baissé la vitre. Ils parlent d'une garantie à vie, car le service et la fabrication sont nuls. Ils me font perdre mon temps à revenir faire les teintes. Promettez une heure et prolongez-la d'une heure par rapport à ce qui était prévu. Ils ne respectent pas mon temps après avoir mentionné à quel point je suis occupé. Ils vous donnent le bénéfice du doute qu'il s'agit d'une entreprise connue et respectée depuis des décennies, mais lorsque vous aurez enfin fait ce que vous voulez, vous vous verrez revenir pour tout réparer à nouveau. Une tactique de marketing très courante pour ramener des clients et leur faire dépenser plus d'argent. Montre à quel point le temps des clients est peu respecté.
JE NE REVIENS PLUS JAMAIS ICI. J'ESPERE QU'ILS LISENT CECI ET APPRENNENT QUELQUE CHOSE

I had came here originally for my car radio installation and starter. I had to come back to retest the radio, and switch the starter because it malfunctioned.
I gave them one last chance and asked to do my tints on all 4 windows, they said not to put down the windows for 48 hours. Instead i waited a week. Guess what? Driver's side tint begins peeling from the first time I put down the window. They speak about a life time warranty, because there service and workmanship is trash. They waste my time to come back to get the tints done. Promise a time and extend it another hour than scheduled. They do not respect my time after mentioning how busy i am. They give you the benefit of doubt that it's a known respected business for decades but when you finally get the things you want done, you will see yourself coming back to fix everything again. A very common marketing tactic to bring back clients and have them spend more money. Shows how little the respect the clients time.
I AM NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN. HOPE THEY READ THIS AND LEARN SOMETHING
