Bien que l’attente ai été longue, le médecin a été très compréhensif et professionnel. J’ai eu la chance de pouvoir faire des prises de sang sur place suite à mon rendez vous et l’infirmière qui me les a faite était incroyablement délicate et gentille.

By far the most bizarre doctor's appointment that I've had in a while. Went in for a few things that combined have me worried. I was told repeatedly that my appointment was only for one thing & couldn't get them to understand that I'm worried it's all related. Mentioned that I've been feeling more symptoms of depression lately & right away the doctor upped my medication. I've had to stop playing sports due to some of my symptoms & that is definitely contributing to my depression but wouldn't even get into that conversation with me. The most belittled I've felt in a long time.

Un gros merci a toute l'équipe, autant la réception, l'infirmière, le médecin. Mon épouse a été vu sans rendez-vous suite à une morsure de chat et n'a pas eu attendre plus de 15 minutes. Nous sommes encore ébahi par l'efficacité de cette clinique, d'autre devrait suivre l'exemple.

I've never been treated so badly by a medical professional. The doctor seemed actively angry that I was there, I felt afraid.

Parking is poorly laid out, but in every other regard it is an immense upgrade in facilities.

Pas facile avoir un rendez-vous, mais les médecins sont exceptionnels. C'est de loin la meilleure clinique quand tu arrives à avoir un rendez-vous.

Used the Radimed clinic. While that was quick and easy.parking was not. Lot was completely full so I had to park on the street.

We got in on a Sunday, and that was great. But the doctor did not file his report, nor did he fax over the prescription to the drugstore as he said they would. We called but it's automated and only during the week so we had to go back, but he had already left, so my nephew wasn't able to get his antibiotics and has to go back tomorrow. What a waste of time and energy for him and his mother, who is being treated for stage 4 cancer. They were well aware of her condition and should know how difficult it is for someone in her situation to get the energy to go do these errands.

The miscommunication between this place and the drugstore and also the inaccessibility to actually talk to someone over the phone is ridiculous. As if this doctor doesn't have a cell phone that the office could reach him on to clear this up, it would have taken 5 minutes of his time to get this right!
