Mike Collins came and closed my pool this year and everything is amazing! Will definitely ask for him next year also! 100% recommend.

I did not use their service but their professionalism was something to note here. I was struggling with several issues in closing my pool where other companies wanted to charge just to come and identify the issue. Shawn guided me with a few options over the phone with regards to my liner lifting after the rainfall and how to remove the water behind.all of this over a 5 min phone call. Shows that they care for their clients. Will definitely use their service in the future for upcoming changes. Thank you

Stephanie and Mike came today to close our pool. Very polite, efficient, and helpful, answering our questions about the closure and other offerings from POOLS'R'US. This experience is the complete opposite from that which we had with Trevi, who installed the pool. I'll be writing that review in the near future.

They came to open our pool. On tome, Superfast, very professional and extremely clean. Highly recommend them. Eric and his colleague did the job and were very nice, polite and knowledgeable in what they did.

After the fiasco with Club Piscine with the closing and opening, I called Pools R Us. They charged me the same as Club Piscine (understandable) but what a service. They just came back to close the pool again what amazing work. They even put all the parts in the Cabana unlike club Piscine where I found parts all over my yard plus they lost all the screws. I am more than satisfied with Pools R Us and will keep them for the maintenance of my pool

Located in Kirkland, we've been using Pools 'R' Us for the last 3 years and have gotten excellent service. They are professional, punctual and have the right expertise for any questions you have as a first time pool owner or when any issues arise which is definitely not the case with other companies. They take the time to get to know each of their clients. Eric and Chad just fixed an issue for us quickly and smoothly. Best pool company to go with for no headache service!

This is the third year that PoolsRUs opened my pool. They are extremely professional and efficient. Andrew and Dominic provided excellent customer service!

The company over charged for a deep clean and my husband had to help and guide them or they were going to leave black streaks along the pool liner. It was far from a deep clean, the technician seemed lost and in a rush to get to the next client, and broke an expensive filter piece, accused my husband of breaking it and refused to refund us or at the very least replace the broken expensive piece. Also they claim it’s swim ready when done, will use our chemicals but swim ready for them in the end after paying $500, does not mean first balancing of chemicals. Very very disappointed and have also reported them to better business Center (BBB). Buyers beware!

I’ve used Pools R Us for opening and closing my inground pool. Very professional, they show up on the day as expected. I also had them replace my liner 2 years ago. They did a great job.

Sean and an associate came by my house because I had called about water loss. However in the time between the call and the visit my issue seemed to be much better if not resolved on its own. They could have done services, that they told me honestly I didn’t need, but they instead were really kind and even gave me advice without even charging me for their travel time seeing as how there was no issue…that is professionalism and kindness on a high level. I highly recommend them based on my great experience dealing with them!

Pools R Us provides great service by engaged employees and all work is done on time! We use them for open, closing, painting, replacement of equipment and recommendations.
