Popeye's Suppléments Ville Saint-Laurent

Ive been buying my supplements there for sometime now. Employes are really helpful and know their stuff. Also price are good and you get a 4% return on all your purchase. U can also get tshirt and other stuff when u buy more than 125$. Im at my 10+ t-shirt now!

As a first time buyer i was expecting to get a free bottle to mix the protein, i have heard the seller offering that bottle to the client before me, but never offered me, disappointed

I was very pleased by the service given at this location. I was served by Adam, who took the time to answer all my questions in depth. He asked me relavant questions and provided me with multiple suggestions, explaining why for each one. He showed genuine interest in helping me, and these days, it's becoming harder and harder to come by. As a former retail manager, it is very refreshing to see.

Good store. So many different products.
The downsides are the attitude in regards samples.
You have to ask for it every time! And when you do so, the attitude of “SOME” stuff is as if they are annoyed by the request.

Then it really sucks when you get 1 sample then you see that other people are getting many many samples. Sometimes for a lower $$ order.
The samples are made to discover new products, try more, then buy more, or different.

I tried Jean talon store, and i rated it 5 stars. The experience is all the time different.

I hope the customer experience in this regards improves!
Btw, this is not a one time bad experience. It’s recurrent and not associated to one specific stuff member.
