Have had 6 PVC windows installed on the second floor of my home (last year) and David’s (the owner) crew just left after installing 5 new PVC basement windows. The service from David is prompt and honest. He cares about his clients and provides excellent guidance. The price vs quality aspect is as good as it gets. Furthermore, his lead installer (Liu) is equally caring and knowledgeable.

Yesterday, all the windows were installed in half a day. The professionalism and contractual spirit of Mr. Wada from Sitong Company gave me a very pleasant window replacement experience, from looking for a door and window company online, to negotiating the contract, to their team entering the site for construction, Mr. Tian showed meticulous, thoughtful, calm and professional spirit, which made us feel very relieved. A very good team. From the removal of the site, the installation of the frame, to the modification of details, and the final cleaning of the site, they are all very good. I feel that this Chinese company feels a little sorry if I don't say a few words. I sincerely hope that Mr. Tian and Stone Company It can get better and better, and it can get stronger and stronger!

Cette compagnie ne fait que commettre des fraudes! On a
installé de nouveaux panneaux de fenêtres récemment et
ils brisèrent même pas de mois après leur installation. Ces
escroques ne veulent même pas les remplacer malgré la
garantie de 25 ans qui leur est appliqué. Ne payez pour
aucun de leurs services. Le patron un menteur sans
scrupule et ne fait que faire de fausses promesses. La
qualité de service est terrible. Le panneau avait été installé
à l'envers et le moulage utilisé était d'extrême mauvaise
qualité.

Service absolument terrible. Après l'installation de la
fenêtre, il y avait des pièces manquantes. On m'a promis
les autres pièces dans une semaine, mais on ne me l'a
jamais donné. Ils m'ont volé de l'argent et mont juste
fraudé. A éviter.

Amazing team at Mystro. Windows (thermos-energy star rated 2023) installed as per spec, installers were knowledgeable, efficient and productive. Workers cleaned all debris in and out. Installation went super well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great service and product in windows.
