I called for keypad repairs. Danny showed up promptly the next morning. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! He changed my keypad as well as inspected the overall condition of my door to ensure smooth operation. I have dealt with many other companies in the past and been unimpressed. I will be calling this company for any future repairs. They get it done and are super reliable and friendly!

I called Danny first thing this morning after my garage door opener stopped working. I was expecting to have to replace as it is a very old model. Danny came the same day and fixed so it is working like new. He also replaced all the bearings on my old garage door so it glides super smoothly now. Really nice guy and fabulous service.

Ok, so I might have backed up into my garage door “lightly” when it wasn’t fully open, causing a roller (among other things) to come off the track. I called Danny who was SUPER helpful and walked me through how to manually close it (while keeping me on the phone) until he can swing by in the morning. Even though it was 8pm and he was at his son’s bday party, he ensured that I was able to close it for the night. Excellent customer service, - I highly recommend! Thanks again Danny!

Fantastic service - the team saved me when I accidentally backed into my garage door one early February morning and it wouldn't close anymore. Four years later I am STILL grateful they answered my panicked call at 8am on a Saturday (!), and had our door fixed within a couple of hours.

Super fast to respond. I emailed Ben at 5pm on a Holiday Monday and he responded in 5 minutes. He was able to come at 8am the next morning and my garage was fixed within 30 minutes. Super friendly and a good price. Highly recommend!

My Garage door was jammed not working properly I called the guy he answered quickly and came to fix my door in an hour to my surprise the job was finished in around 30 mins with my door rolling smoothly without any noise, excellent service great work.

Everytime you call for an appointment there is a different more incredible story of emergencies, your job is too small, you are next in line, we will call you etc.
They have several phone numbers with the same story line. They recommended that the door opener be bought at Canadaian tire. The unit was bought elsewhere. Nothing wrong with being busy -just don't lie!

Danny provided great service and repair to our garage door over the summer at an excellent price. When I was experiencing issues again this fall, he came for a visit and was honest and friendly, verified all was functioning properly and didn’t try to sell anything I didn’t need. Problem happen to resolve itself without his intervention so didn’t charge a service fee. Highly recommend supporting this business.

Unprofessional from the start. I do not recommend this place at all. The person who answered the phone did not listen, was extremely unprofessional and rude. He put us on speaker and then on hold without warning. We then hung up after several minutes and received a call from them again, he was basically yelling at us. Did not let us talk, did not answer any of our questions about our garage door and hung up without any information provided. We will not be doing business with them as they were very arrogant and rude to us.

Ok guys here is the deal. I am that typical chick that knows nothing about garage doors. I got a quote from another company and they were going to take advantage of this fact and charge me an arm and a leg for work that really did not need to be done. When Dan from VAUDREUIL DOORS came to take a look at what I need they laughed and helped me make the right choices. They gave me a rough quote from just pictures I had sent and he showed up first thing in the morning to fix my problem. Dan was honest fast and efficient. He also saved me over $900 dollars and charged me less than what he had originally quoted me. WOW talk about honesty. Absolutely the best garage door repair company around. Amazing service! Had a little accident with my garage door, i had left a longer piece of wood near the side and of course it jammed one side of my door and made a mess of tge cables.
I reaches out to Dan who was super proffesional and assured me it was not a problem for them to handle. Had a team at my place in no time. They also did a full inspection of all other parts and also noticed a broken spring which he had in stock and changed on the spot. After changing i realized the doors were opening faster. Now it runs like new! Changed a cable and recalibrated the door opener and as good as new.

Was very disappointed by the way they treated me when I called back to report a problem with the door just hours after they left.
I think they are a master rip off company and their warranty is a sham.also beware of the positive comments.some look very much like they were manufactured inhouse

I just moved into my new home and noticed that the garage door was not working. I place a call early am hoping to get an appointment for someone to come and fix it before all the moving truck comes in. I thought it would be impossible in this Covid time. By 3pm the door was fixed. The great sense of humor of the technician that came and his prompt attention to another technical issue that may have add additional problems in the future made my day. It truly recommend this company for their 5 stars service.

My 30 years old garage door was opening and closing fairly easily but I felt it could be made to work better. I called Dan at Vaudreuil Doors. He made himself available and was at my place within 45 minutes. Immediately he identified what could be improved with my door and my door opener. He went to work right away, changed some parts, and adjusted components that needed it. Half an hour later he had finished and my door was opening and closing more smoothly. Dan is a very pleasant person, and I am very satisfied with his work.

This is a professional team. Quick response and service was provided within few hours (it's not urgent for my case). The installation is perfect. I have a much better opener compared to my previous one. The new liftmaster opener can be linked to my mobile and my car. I love this new machine and like the service provided by the Portes De Garage. High recommendation.

This is greatest guy ever. The garage door to our condo in Hudson was defective and he was at my door 45 minutes after my call. Great service and very competitive pricing. He’s first on my list for repairs.

Today at 9am I did the unthinkable and backed out of my garage and severely damaged my door in the process. I just had Vaudreuil doors come in for an emergency service call and they were prompt and courteous with their service. Not only did they go out of their way to ensure my door tracks were properly installed, they insisted on checking both garage doors to ensure nothing would go wrong with the door they did not service. I've been shopping around for new doors since they're way overdue and they provided me with a competitive price that I couldn't refuse. If their service was that good for an emergency call, then I'll definitely use them for my replacements. I highly recommend them.

The work done was good. I am giving 2 stars because the owner/ person who answers phone calls was really rude and unprofessional. This speaks a lot to his company because after all it's a service and the person of contact represents the company and the type of service you get relies on them heavily. This person never returned my calls despite saying he would when we called him back after a job had been done and weren't satisfied with the work done. I had to chase him down despite being busy at work and every time he did answer my calls, he would be talking to someone else who was in front of him or he would be on another call on another cell phone and I would just be waiting hearing the whole thing. It was just really unprofessional and completely inconsiderate of my time as I was working and had to wait for him and listen to his other calls. I asked him to call me back, which he never did and I constantly had to call him back and urge him to come and see what the issue was (after work had been done by his employee). The service initially was fine, however the after service was beyond Terrible. He did end up coming to see the issue i was talking about. As new home owners we don't have much experience in this department and rely on the advice of professionals however he was just not professional. He ended up telling us that there was a problem with the initial installation of the garage door and made us feel like we absolutely needed to fix this ASAP. I just didn't have a good experience with this person and wouldn't recommend him or use his services again.

My review is based on your customer service. It was dreadful to try and get a hold of you after the work was completed. You did not return any of my calls and it felt like I had to chase you down just to get some after sales service. When you finally did come to the phone, you were taking other calls on another phone and interrupting our conversation by speaking with other people which was just completely unprofessional and not respectful of me or of my time. Yes finally you did end up coming back to check on our concerns, (as though this was a favor) but this took countless phone calls and the experience was very unpleasant. I was not there at the time of the appointment because I had to work, but my husband was home to receive you so your claim to us wasting your time is untrue. So is your claim to us putting your health at risk untrue, since the job takes place by the garage door which is outside and there is ample room in the driveway and entrance of the garage to maintain physical distancing. It is also up to you to have the preventative measures in place that make doing your job feel safe, and we woikd gladly comply although I do not know how much safer we can be since your job is outside with only one other person there at a distance from you. After sales service is part of the job and the fact that you do not see it as important is basically what my review is about. The reason we chose not to maintain our garage door with you is simply because the experience dealing with you was so unpleasant, not for the reasons you so rudely mentioned (financial etc). My review is true and based on my experience and I really do not appreciate you trying to discredit my words. I am not shocked by your demeanor in your responses, further justifying my 2 star review on your lack of professionalism.

Response: You are dodging my main complaint which is your rudeness and lack of customer service support which is awful. We didn't want to continue to do business because we didn't like the way you responded after the initial service. It was dreadful and this is what I'm complaining about. You have called my phone over ten times and left me messages since the complaint so much I've had to block your number. It's borderline harassment. I wonder where this dedication to returning calls was at the time when I was trying to reach you after the initial job done.

The service seemed to be good when they came. They were responsive, fast and efficient. However, there was a probem after their intervention and I had a completely different experience! The contact person became rude, unresponsive and disrespectful. They never came back to see the problem. Once they cashed the payment they disappeared.

I think you are mixing unsatisfied clients. I have never asked for a service at 7 pm and my experience had nothing to do with the pandemic restrictions.but they way you answer says everything about your style.
