C'est un réel plaisir de partager mon expérience incroyable avec Factory Direct portes et fenêtres Montreal. J'ai entièrement refait les ouvertures de ma maison, des fenêtres à battant dans la cuisine, jusqu'aux portes patio pour ma terrasse arrière, et la belle porte d'entrée que j'ai personnalisée.

I got quotes for the replacement of all the windows in my house from various companies. I met Sasha and the way he behaved built trust and in the end that was the deciding factor. I opted for triple glazed windows and I am very satisfied with the advice, clarifications and adjustments made to the estimate to take into account the modifications required by me. The end result is a house with beautiful windows that is getting comments from my neighbors. They have a nice showroom which helped me decide on the details. I want to thank Sasha, Sveta and Max for the exceptional work. I have since referred two friends.

We love our new front door from Factory Direct Doors & Windows! The quality of the door and equally as important, the installation, are both amazing. The fit and finish all the way down to the perfect caulking around the door is top quality. Very easy to deal with the company and highly recommended!

Not the best experience if I'm being totally honest. The company did work on my mothers home and left it with quite a few things that need to be done. For starters, we were informed of a date for the installation and was told an email will follow-up confirming what needs to be done in preparation for the work. No email was sent and the crew arrived morning of disappointed the space to work wasn't prepared to their liking (we did the best we can not knowing what to do at all). After having completed the work and upon closer inspection we found a number of unpolished and, frankly, broken parts of the job. They installed moldings on top of curtain hooks making it impossible to removed the hook without breaking the molding itself. They used small wooden planks to fill in spaces that weren't covered by the moldings, and by install i mean just leaned them into place. You can pull them right off without any force. Our front door does not close easily and needs to be slammed shut with force. Moldings around the windows are now popping out of place. And finally, we had the house siding replaced and the slats are now beginning slide out of place creating gaps between the siding and the roof. We contacted factory direct on multiple occasions hoping to find a resolution (our work was done over a year ago and nothing has come of it) hence why i feel the need to share my experience. We sent multiple requests for repair and sent images of the damage to be fixed at their request and was met with no response. After reaching out multiple times we were then graced by the lovely message of an automatic response with the excuse of covid/vacation time getting in the way. A representative never tried to contact or consult us. We even had to hire our own carpenter to fix the molding on our back door that completely fell off. I'm hoping this message will reach someone willing to do something to rectify this situation. 1.5 years, and over 20,000$ later im hoping this could fix itself without me having to hire someone else and spend more money.

We worked with Sveta and Sasha to upgrade some of our windows and our patio door. They offered fantastic support and advice throughout the process and the quality of the installed windows and door are great! We will be using them again as we upgrade more of our windows in the coming years.

Bought our house first week of November and started shopping to change our windows with a door. We found Factory Direct, the good reviews convinced us to send them a message, their sales rep Tony called the next day and was very helpful. Despite our busy schedule, he came all the way to the showroom and open the doors at 7pm for us, took his time to show, explain and help us choose the right product, pricing was very decent. We were told the windows would arrived around February-March. Got a call mid-December saying the windows and door are received, ready to be installed. Had them installed the very next day, 3 very capable professionals working in synergy completed the job in a single day. Six windows and a door perfectly installed. Their English and French weren't the best, but they were very nice and helpful. Overall, pleasant experience, would recommend.

Supply chains are all messed up in every industry, so we do not fault them at all for unpredictable lead/delivery times.

However, they do employ sales agents like [EDIT]~Jorgia~ *Thomas*[EDIT] who applied soo much time pressure to us when we tried to give them a 2nd contract that we felt the double standard and one-sided respect was intolerable.

They won't treat you well after they get your money. Try somewhere else first, use only if no other options.

And their response to my review is all fabricated. Anyone who wants to see screenshots etc I have them available.none of their response is true whatsoever. So whatever level you caution you had before reading this edit, increase it by 10X because now they are liars in addition to everything else.

Factory direct was recommended to me and I recommended them to a friend too. Very satisfied with their windows, door and patio door. Sasha is very dedicated and highly knowledgeable of his products. Max and his team made fast (AND CLEAN!) work installing 17 windows, 1 front door and 1 patio door. The team was also extremely responsive to come back and correct minor defects after installation.

I was looking into having windows installed in some interior wall spaces. Although I’m not going ahead with it for now, Sasha and Sveta were very helpful and thorough in providing a quote and I will certainly return to them if I plan to move forward with the project.

3 months late and no responses to emails, calls or texts!

Terrible caulking job! Window depth too small and didn’t clean my brick!

Technicians pushy and almost didn’t tell me my wood frame was rotten before putting a new window! The technician purposely put their tools on the most rotten part of wood and tried telling me it was going to dry by pointing to another section! The nerve! On top of that they promised to keep my moulding inside and they didn’t even try! Sales said they were going to add flashing so I would be able to put back my beautiful wood mouldings! Yea right! I had to putty and redo my mouldings! What a waste! And! The windows weren’t opening properly and the technician was so frustrated because I asked him to add lubricant! Really nice service! What a disappointment.

It is my second time working with this company and as my expectations were high from the first time, they even exceeded my expectations the second time around. Sasha and Sveta were great to deal on the quote and ordering front and the manager who came for measurements was amazing, the 2 guys who did the installation took the time to make sure the insulation and everything is covered well. They also cleaned up after they had finished installation. All in the quality of the product is top notch but the customer service also matches the product quality. We love our new windows & door. They did a great job from demolition, installing our new windows and door, to taking care of the garbage after. Genn was very helpful from start to finish. Took the time to show us the windows in the showroom & gave us great advice on what kind of windows we should install in the different areas of the house.

I am very dissatisfied with the results of windows installation and post-sale service. The work was done in July 2021. I have reported several issues (bended window frames, moldings misalignments). It has been more than 4 months already that I am trying to make this company fix all the mess. Nothing works. They just keep on promising.
I could not put back my rolling blinds, therefore, was exposed to direct sun (remember this Summer hit?). I had to buy curtains to have at least some privacy ($400 extra). I don't know what else to expect given winter is coming. Now, I've been looking for ways to file an official complaint to protect my investments.

My experience with Factory Direct was very positive from start to finish. Sasha offered his expert knowledge on the quality of the windows and the impact on energy savings, Sveta offered her design advice, maintained regular contact, and answered all questions throughout the experience, and Oleg and his team carried out the work carefully and without any hesitation in spite of challenging heat! Replaced all of my windows a year ago. They came on time, installed everything fast and efficiently. There was a miscommunication about the size of my patio door but they worked with me to resolve it. My electricity bill has gone down considerably in the past year. Overall extremely happy with the product and the service.

I try this company five years ago for Windows, front door and garage door. A happy customer becomes a return customer, I ordered a patio door and two other windows from them again in mid April. They took the measurements and came for installation after eight weeks. Well done, smooth and highly recommended.

My sales guy is Genn and he is great. I ended up signing 4 invoices with him. He is very informative.unlike other company, they just come and tell us the estimate and we need to know what we want. Genn explained to us the types of glass, window designs, which style is better for my house.at first I wanted casement but thankfully I listened to him and do awning.the window is in 1 piece instead of 2.it is just beautiful.the first time of installation went great.those guys did the job slowly and carefully, beautiful job.but the second time was different.they just did ok.they did fast but not as good as the first time.on my third installation, I hope that I will get a better team than the 2nd team.

Mai 2021-Premièrement, le service à la clientèle est excellent! Monsieur Tony m'a servi par téléphone et on a échangé par courriel par la suite. Puisque je ne connaissais pas la compagnie et j'hésitais la qualité de leur fenêtre. Monsieur Tony m'a donné un rendez-vous en personne à leur salle de montre et j'ai pu comparé que leur fenêtre était de qualité. Monsieur Tony a répondu à toutes mes inquiétudes et j'ai commandé mes 10 fenêtres. Comparé à d'autres compagnies de fenêtres, il ne m'ont jamais facturé pour la livraison (maison à Lachute). Dans le contrat, il m'ont écrit que l'installation se ferait en fin juillet. Surprise! J'ai eu l'appel que l'installation se ferait en début juillet avant la date prévu, quel joie!

Juillet 2021-Oleg et ses 2 collègues ont fait un travail impeccable. Ils ont été courtois et très gentil. Ponctuel, tel que prévu lors de l'appel de confirmation de l'installation. Ils ont ramassés TOUS les débris et fenêtres.

Je n'hésiterez pas une seule seconde à les recommander et recontacter Factory Direct pour l'installation de mes portes dans le futur.

Once we agreed to the purchase we had no issues with scheduling and final installation. Factory Direct met our expectations and offered excellent pricing. The installation went very smoothly from start to finish. The installer arrived as scheduled and carried out the work from making sure surfaces were covered for debris and cleaned up as nothing ever happened. His installation was very well done. We have no hesitations in recommending Factory Direct. As a matter of fact we recommended them to family and they had their windows and doors done by them.
