They took my money all right, but NO follow-up now that it’s past the time the order should have been installed, which was confirmed by salesman as 30 days after the order was received. We’re approaching 3 months since the down payments (2 orders}. The morning they confirmed the installation, they cancelled the installation at 10: 00 am, morning of the installation. Nobody has called or emailed since. What kind of business would do that to an individual which spent near $10,000? Called 3 times this week with no one answering or doing a follow up on my emails, or calls. Would I recommend…. NO

It was a refreshing change to have courteous, organized, and hardworking people work on my home renovations. From start to finish, the process was straightforward and professional. Mr. Soussana was honest in suggesting what windows to replace. The assistants at the office were also great. When the installation crew noticed a fault in the manufacturing of one window they called the office to have them come fix it the following week. Thank you! I will reach out for the next window replacement!

Windows delivered on time on the promised date. Installation went fast, clean and nicely finished. Installation’s crew was very nice, friendly, professional and patient with all our questions. They installed the nine windows in one day and they installed them same as they do for their own home. Highly recommend to deal with Royalty, administration team in the back office were helpful as well.

I am very happy and satisfied with choosing Royalty for installing my new windows and doors.
Installation was done on January 26th, 2023, it was quick and professional.
It took some time to come and fix small non-critical issues after a 2’nd call for service but finally was properly done.
I highly recommend Royalty Group for your projects for doors and windows installation!

Very unhappy with the service so far, still waiting for an installation date despite promises that it should have been installed a month ago.

Edit: someone from Royalty is in touch and is trying to fix the situation.

Thank you Groupe Royalty. I have used this company many times for our windows and doors. They are the best as far as service, professionalism and pricing. The installers were efficient and respectful and made sure my property was cleaned up before they left. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Groupe Royalty replaced two bedroom windows in my house and overall I was very happy with the price quoted, customer service and the installation offered by their team. The turnaround time was approximately six months between initial order and installation which was communicated to me in advance at the time of the order, so no major surprises. The installation was quick and the installers did an excellent job! I would consider them for any future projects in my home.

Their Customer service was very unkind to me.
Only responsive until they got their payment.

Very pleased from beginning to end. Sales approach was respectful, installation of all windows in our home was done on time and completed in same day. Cleanup excellent. Minor adjustments on 3 window hardware was required and done in timely manner.

-Barrières linguistiques avec les installateurs et les réceptionnistes.
-La porte a été mal installée et coule déjà après 2 mois. J’ai du rappeler 4 fois et laisser un courriel pour qu’ils envoient quelqu’un.
-Réparer sans minutie, parce que c’est pas de leur faute si ça coule
