Good place to go if you're looking for an all you can eat with a nice ambiance. They serve brunch on Sundays, which is hard to find in a all you can eat, so that's a plus. Expensive if you don't eat your entry price in food, but apart from that, it's clean and not much waiting in line

Everything about Restaurant Portovino in Laval was excellent, l would recommend this place to everyone that loves a great atmosphere, put this place for your next occasion to have a great time.

Le serveur était particulièrement très sérieux aucun sourire (limite bête) et vraisemblablement très pressé de finir de nous servir. Il est arrivé à la table avec la machine Interac nous n'avions même pas fini de manger le dessert irrespectueux selon moi.
Déçu du service mais la bouffe est excellente.

Excellent restaurant avec plusieurs choix. Nous y retournons souvent car la nourriture y est bonne. Leur cannolis sont à essayer!

Server is friendly and all other food was good except my Rib steak from the table hôte menu tasted burned and bitter I would not recommend and others who ordered experienced the same problem! Not sure if it’s a good idea to dip the steak in coffee before grilling!

We came for the gourmet brunch and loved it. Then we did my son communion supper and all our guests enjoyed the food. Costa & Laura are great hosts and our waiter, Peter, was the best waiter I've had in a long time. He took care of us and my family and made we had everything we needed.

Delicious food with excellent portions. Atmosphere is classy and cool. Excellent service. Free parking.

C'est la première fois qu'on y allait pour le brunch, WOW belle expérience, beaucoup de variétés et que dire du service, tous le personnel était sympathique, merci. Ce ne sera pas notre dernière visite. Vous pouvez aussi apportez votre vin!

Attentive and quick service. Delicious food, with nice portion sizes. The tables are nicely spaced out even when they are at capacity. Bring your own wine. Free parking.

Food was decent & large menu with something for all. Appreciate the fact that you don’t need to overpay for restaurant wine since you can bring your own. We were a groupe of 7 on a Sunday evening and it was busy. Pizza and pasta are good.

Comically atrocious. The kids Rosé sauce tasted like chef boyarde. Crazy. And $23 Marguerita pizza that tastes like the crust was pre frozen is an experience to cherish. It boggles the mind how crowded this place is and that people WAIT to be seated. Says something. Avoid.

Un peu cher et décevant comme restaurant. Les portions et la qualité sont ordinaires. Mon invité a pris une maigre salade à 9$ en entrée qui avait une tomate cerise coupée en deux à part d’un peu de laitue. Son plat de pâtes au champignons et poulet semblait ordinaire. J’ai pris la table d’hôte avec la soupe minestrone en entrée. Un petit bol à moitié rempli de soupe tiède. Ensuite le poisson qui avait plus de peau et d’os que de chair servi avec des rapini trop cuits. Nous y allons pour la commodité de l’emplacement mais certainement pas pour le rapport qualité/prix

The food is not fresh and bland. It was my first time going there and last time that's for sure. It costs about $50 per person for the buffet, but it's really not worth it.

As for the service, we were very disappointed. I was told by our server that our stroller was an inconvenience. He was very entitled and had an attitude. Very displeasing.

Excellent service and delicious food. The Veal Parmagiana was very good with a subtle but flavorful sauce and perfect amount of cheese. Perfectly cooked pasta. All around a great meal.

Nous avons été impressionnés autant par la nourriture que par la qualité du service. Il y a beaucoup d'espace entre les tables ce qui facilite les discussions et tout est impeccable au niveau de la propreté. Restaurant très abordable qui nous a agréablement surpris. Nous sommes de la région de Granby et nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Good service from staff. Risotto was way over cooked but was at least flavorful (still disappointing). Fish of the day (large mouth bass) was well done but poorly cleaned (found many fishbones in our plate) & under seasoned. Tomahawk steak was WAY over priced for portion received, sides were well prepared but not worth the over all price vs.value. Waitress & waiters were attentive and kind, however our feedback fell on deaf ears. 4.5/10

Une expérience 5 étoiles du notre arrivée à notre départ. Nous y sommes allés ma famille et moi le Dimanche pour le brunch. Un brunch de luxe rien de moins. La nourriture était excellente et variée. Il y en a pour tout les goûts. Le personnel était prévenant, accueillant et très souriant. L'ambiance était superbe avec une petit musique de fond exotique. Bravo et merci à Costa le propriétaire qui nous a fait un petit coucou. On y retourne c'est sûr!

Excellent selection, food and service. Everything ordered by our group was delicious- fish, steak, pasta, pizza and desserts. Beautiful and spacious restaurant. Went twice in December and will definitely be going again.

$22 fried calamari, ordered on DoorDash. No bread!

je ne fait jamais de critique sur les restaurants mais cette fois oui, premierement la raison des 3 étoiles n'as pas rapport avec la nourriture
qui était parfaites, par contre le service, la serveuse qui est venue a notre table a ouvert le vin en renversant des gouttes un peu partout, ensuite elle nous demandes si on veut de l'eau normale ou pétillante un de nous 3 prends de la pétillante, mais a chaque fois que la serveuse reviens avec l'eau elle rempli le verre qui est supposé être pétillant avec de l'eau normal, ensuite ont commande, une personne commande un steak, ma femme des pates, mais étant donné son intolérance aux gluten elle demande cette option, les plats arrivent, le steak sans couteaux a steak,
mon salt est parfait et ma femme aussi, sauf que le soir et le lendemain est a mal au ventre, alors je vérifie la facture et bien sur notre chère serveuse n'avait pas fait mention en cuisine du sans gluten, je vous passe le reste de la bizarre soirée avec notre serveuse, sauf que je ne suis pas un maniaque de la langue française, mais une fois que la serveuse sait que nous sommes français je me demande bien pour quoi elle nous parlait en anglais même si son français était tres bon.pour ce qui est des autres employés, buzz boy etc ils étaient parfait.la seule raison que j'ai laisser un pourboire est pour le service reçu des autres employées.je recommande quand même a cause de la nourriture

Food was good! But the only small complaint I have to put is that I've wait an hour for a simple drink I've order! I get that it was a big night and I aint the center of the univers and the staff doing the best as they can to put the order out! Other than that it was perfect

Moi, ma femme et un couple d'amis avons eu droit a un service exceptionnel par notre serveuse (Joliane et son équipe), bien que nous étions à un peut à l'écart.
Nous avions l'impression d'être dans un VIP service.

We had a reservation for 2 at 8h30, on a saturday night.
We arrived at 8h20 and got seated right away, which was great. The waitress came to take our order at 8h30 which is good too. We took arancinis as an entrée and my boyfriend took the ''table d'hôte'', which includes an entrée also (he chose the chicken soup). We litteraly didn't have any bread on our table until 9, which is a VERY long wait for the bread that should've come way quicker. (the other table that arrived afer us got the bread 15min before us, which is really weird.)
The arancinis arrived at about 9h15 which is another long waiting time for entrée. Once we finished with the arancinis, we had to remind our waitress that my boyfriend's soup still didn't arrive, which at this time it was about 9h30. So 1h wait to get a soup.really unacceptable. Then, our mains arrived at 9h50 or even later, at that point we lost track of time.
Everything we ordered tasted super great! However the service was NOT acceptable at all and we thought many times about leaving the resto. We were really disappointed by our first experience in this resto and will consider very very carefully before going back there.

Calamary delicious! Canoli so good.

Come try it! One of the best Italian restaurant in Laval.

We had birthday party, entree was excellent. Service was fantastic. Those calamari is heavenly delicious, main course was ok but not as good as the entree I found my ravioli was too salty and steak was bit over cooked even we have ordered medium rare but taste good!

First time but was good the food.about the service to slow my latte was very cold i ask to change and still cold. I don't think that I will be back.
