WOW! I recently bought a phone here for one of my employees last minute because he lost his and the staff was great. They helped me set it up and even gave me a free case and temper glass. The prices are amazing and the service is even better. Don’t think twice about buying something here!

The staff is very helpful and honest. They helped me to repair my laptop very efficiently by giving me good advice! Great place would definitely recommend!

Prices were manipulated, we payed 50 dollars instead of 29 as they initially told us. The guy from the counter used my phone to type in a five star review for himself.

I went here before boarding my train because I needed a lightning to headphone dongle. The clerk brought it to the counter and I took out my card.

Before I knew it he had ripped the card out of my hand and tried to tap it before I saw the price or even had the product in my hand. I didn't have tap enabled on my card so he turned the machine to me. $29 for an off-brand piece of wire.

When I said I would not pay for it, the manager asked me how much it normally costs. I informed him that at the apple store, you can buy one for $10. He then changed the amount on the machine to $10.

This is just my personal experience, but be very alert if you decide to shop here.

ATTENTION à l’arnaque! On m’a vendu un produit qui ne fonctionnait pas et on a refusé de me rembourser. De plus, on a perdu mon temps pour finalement me dire que le problème était avec mon téléphone et non pas le produit vendu. Leur solution était de me vendre un produit plus cher! Après vérification c’est vraiment le produit vendu, et non pas mon téléphone, qui était problématique. BE AWARE of bad business practices! Sold me a product that didn’t work and then refused to reimburse me telling me the problem was with my phone. Once I got home and tested my phone with an Apple product every worked perfectly.

I went to the store to print 14 pages, tony charged me 1.75/page and 27.99 for 14 page print which is 10 times higher than other store.
Can’t image how much they sell for the electronics

And thank u for saying I am aware of the cost however no one mention the price to me. And print label is very special task for u, can’t imagine how can u manager other stuff in your store and life.

Rude service. Won’t accept a return, despite not having opened the item, and purchasing the wrong item by mistake. Go somewhere else for your needs.

I feel sorry for the people leaving good reviews, they probably don't realise they've been had. Very dishonest man, lying about stock and selling used products as new. Should be put out of business.

Put the incorrect cover on my phone just before leaving on the train so I couldn't bring it back to be fixed. Took it off and put it back on again leaving dirt / dust behind. $35 for a cover I can't use. Refused a refund. Don't use.

Furthermore, my biometric logins now don't work and I can't see the battery life because it's covered by the incorrect sized cover.

I'll send this back after I've received a refund as I don't live in Montreal so can't go back and get it fixed. Knew we were leaving immediately so did a quick and poor job.

Pained the owner to answer simple questions-didnt feel welcome- im sure the positive reviews are just his friends and family saying "great experiences"

I cant give rating 0 because it doesn't exist.i bought a battery panasonic CR1620 and the thift Tony charged me $10.99 plus tax so $12.64, i was in a hurry so i just bought it.same model sells for $2.99 at the deppaneur at la gare central and Dollarama have the same model for 1$.
please try not to buy at this place.i only wish them the worst to this people taking advantage of other.tony remember what goes around comes around.

Je me suis fait arnaquer 2 fois par le même vendeur. La 2e fois avant d’acheter je demande si c’est remboursable il me dit que j’ai une garantie de 1 an s’il ya un problème je reviens. Je me rend compte c’est un faux speaker il refuse de me rembourser. Je vais porter plainte à l’office de protection du consommateur juste par principe
