Store reached my father last week regarding after-sale services and if we wanted them to do something, I had to take down my first 1* review. I took it down and waited for them to do something. My father reached them few days after and they said they won't do anything. So here's my first review back:

"Terrible experience, my mother and I bought a TV from there, they opened the box in store to show that TV is "OK", staff struggled getting out the TV from the box and struggled even more to place it back into the box to the point that the guy from the repair stand used excessive force by hitting it with his fist, bending the TV frame. They blaming my mother because she tried to help them to place it back into the box, and now they refuse to do anything because TV was already paid even if they damaged it in store. Case has been filed with Chateauguay police dep and Protection du Consomateur agency. "

Overall, if it was possible to review it with 0 star, it is what they deserve. That store has a rude and misogynistic staff, they are not better than crooks. Avoid this place at all cost!

Très mauvaise expérience. Employés malhonnêtes et aucun remboursement possible. Ils vendent un micro défectueux et disent me l’échanger pour un neuf mais me redonnent le même avec du tape électrique!

I purchased a TV in November.waited for 2 weeks to get the shipping information. I finally called them to see what was going on and they said this product wasnt available anymore and that i would get a refund.they sent an email to cancel the order, but 2 days later i still didnt have my money back. I emailed them and they said it could take up to 10 days. I thought it was weird but thought id give them the benefit of the doubt. Its now Mid February. I have sent multiplle emails, called them, texted info to the work cell phone. I still dont have my money back. So bottom line, dont purchase from this company because apparently they are ok with stealing from people.

Je suis allé porter mon cellulaire qui avait la vitre brisée (qui fonctionnait encore comme il faut car j'étais capable de prendre les appels). Ils étaient sensés me le rendre le lendemain. Le lendemain on m'appelle pour me dire que ce sera le surlendemain, le surlendemain que ce serait 3 jours après et ensuite un autre 3-4 jours car il y aurait ''d'autres bris'' qui couteraient évidemment plus cher. Finalement, je vais chercher le téléphone, il ne marche plus, il vibre d'une manière étrange, plus aucune couleur n'apparait sur la vitre comme avant et plus rien ne fonctionne. En gros, ils ont brisés mon téléphone. Je ne recommande à personne.

N’y aller pas y’a mal fait la job le touch pour ouvrir l’écran ne fonctionnais pas écran mal coller après 2 semaines j’ai réinstaller un nouvel écran quand j’ai ouvert le téléphone y manquais des vis toy réparer moi même et tout est ok ça se dit pro

Je me suis fait voler bin raide par ce mec méfiez vous il n'avertit pas qu'il ne fait pas de remboursement et ne vous sert pas lorsque vous retourner votre article.le mec est louche au coton et il panique lorsque qu'il voit la police

Horrible experience. Do not go here. If I was capable of rating this place with zero stars I would.the customer service there is horrendous. For your own mental health, avoid this place like the black plague.
