Got a paper to pick up and says it’s closes at 9 and here SAYS 9PM TOO! I go at 8 and closed? ! Fix your scheduled!

Bien que plusieurs commentaires disent du mauvais de ce bureau de poste, je n'ai pas eu de soucis. Je suis allée vers 11h le samedi et il n'y avait pas une longue file. La jeune femme au comptoir est aimable et gentille. Elle a rapidement trouvé mes colis. Je pense qu'il ne faut pas aller en fin de journée ou trop vers l'heure d'ouverture. Allez-y à des heures où il y a pas trop de monde, mais au milieu de la journée. Il ne devrait pas y avoir de problème.

Probablement le pire bureau de poste a Montreal!
Manque d'effectifs constants (depuis quelques années deja), à toute heure il y a une file d'attente interminable. Heures d'ouverture et de fermeture non respectées.
J'ai toujours un debut de sentiment anxieux lorsque mes colis s'y retrouvent. Svp Poste Canada! Remédiez à cette situation!

Ayant manqué la livraison de mon paquet, je suis donc allée le lundi après 13 heures et je me suis heurtée à une affiche sur la porte de la pharmacie indiquant que la poste était fermée. Un autre membre de ma famille a vécu la même chose il y a quelque temps. Cela n'est jamais arrivé lorsque le bureau était au pharmaprix du Carrefour Angrignon, le service y était excellent et plus près de chez moi, qui n'ai pas de voiture.

26 novembre2022 j envoie petit paquet de 1,5 kg en Europe. Employé un homme me dit 122$? …. Toujours même paquet me coût 50$. Dans son ordinateur il a commencé chercher le code postal de la ville. Il me dit que cette ville n existe pas et retourne mon paquet…. Cette journée peut-être lui voulait pas travailler? C est dommage. Je suis allée dans un autre Post Canada et comme d’habitude j ai payé 50$ et le paquet été envoyé.

Tracking says they attempted to deliver it at 7: 26am was at my house allday no one rang even said they left the notice went to see no notice had to call Canada Post put in a complaint and to see what happened to my package just to tell me that ill have to go next day its just weird that everyone has the same problem with this post service they dont even bother to ring or leave the notice with th right information very disappointed

Same problem that people seem to be having for months. I request for my package to be left at my door - still ends up at this post office and the driver can’t even bother to cross the wrong opening hours on the notice. Come on, stop wasting people time, they pay for that service.

Comme les autres. Arrivée à 19: 01 pour trouver que ça ferme à 19: 00. L'avis de livraison dit que le bureau de poste ferme à 21: 00 et le site web aussi. Vraiment frustrant. Au moins mettre à jour les heures d'ouverture

The mailman did not follow my request to leave the package at my front door, then I walked 40 minutes because this is not the closest Canada Post to me and I have no car, and then came up to a closed door at 7h50pm because they closed at 7pm, but it is written nowhere except on the door itself.so I had no way to know that. It is the 3rd time the mailman refuses to leave the package at my door even if requested it or even if I was there 2 times out of the 3. I did make an official complaint to Canada Post since I wasted a lot of time and still didn't get my package. Please at least update your hours online and on the paper slips!

I waited 20 minutes in line for the cashier to wrongly claim my package wasn't there. I came back 10 mins later and handed him another slip, but this rude and inconsiderate employee made me wait in line for another 20 minutes out of spite. Guess what?

My package was there the entire time.

If I can put 0 star I would. SO DISAPPOINTED. I travelled really far just to get to this post office to get my package just to say it was closed. The delivery notice paper mentions it closes at 9 like the website and it’s only until you get to the store that you see it’s closed at 7. Also, my father was home all day and not ONCE did he hear someone ringing or trying to reach out. I’m extremely frustrated because I’ve been waiting for this package for a VERY long time. There should be better communication WITH CLIENTS and UPDATE INFORMATION TO REDUCE ANY PROBLEMS. IF U CAN AVOID, PLEASE DO.

Lazy Canada Post workers do not deliver parcels anymore - just put notice to your mailbox - you have to go there to pickup your delivery to the post office and wait long time in waiting lane! Even Canada Post charging the sender for delivery at your door. Canada post doing nothing to stop cheating of postmans. Crooks!

We've had issues several times but this time was the worst! Post Canada did not try to deliver a package and only left the slip even though we were home, as usual. My girlfriend decides to pick up my package and comes back home telling me she had to pay 30$ of import fees. Curious, I look at the label on the bag, only to realize that the employee gave her a package that doesn't belong to me but someone with a completely different name and address. The employee picked the wrong package, scanned it and made her pay, and never noticed that there was a mistake! My girlfriend didn't think of checking because something like that has never happened before, there's a reason why PC leave a slip with your name and address! What a waste of time!

Sunday hours indicate that it closes at 2 pm however I showed up at1: 15 and it was already closed.

Just dont go there, worst service ever seen in my life.they just told me call to the customer service.they dont know how to deliver the post. Never use this post office

A complete joke of a post office. I have never seen such bad service, wait times and managerial incompetence in my entire life. They should just close it. 3w trying to pick up a package and I still trying.
