Arrived at 4: 56pm on Saturday, and the lady refused to offer service. Even though I said I just needed a stamp. No wonder this center has such a bad review.

Horrible service. Employees give false information and really have no idea what they’re doing. From manager to floor employees. They made so many mistakes creating a lot of issues for a simple forwarding address.
They overcharge, they truly have no clue on ehat they’re doing
If you can avoid this post office. Avoid it at all cost

They can't handle return very well I would recommend to do it in another post office if you don't want to waste 1hr like me.

Worst service ever! That Melissa (who works in canadapost) is so rude. Lack of proper training. Poor customer service.

I came there on a Sunday at 12: 45pm and there was no one to serve me. They told me that the miss that work there were coming 30 min after. Whereas the post were supposed to open at 12: 00pm. This is really unprofessional.

This is arguably the worst Canada post office in the city and the worst i have ever experienced in my life. The clerk was late 10 min today with opening and she is so slow that it takes forever to finish with one single customer. Federal Canada post should shut down this post or change the owner of the licence as soon as possible!

Consistently the Worst canada post ever, there is usually 5 to 10 people waiting and one staff member, also you cant leave your prepaid packages on the side like other canada posts, terrible experience day after day
