Depuis que le nouveau couple a repris l'établissement, le service est exceptionnel. Ils sont au top et toujours prêts à aider.

Very quick and nice service. The lady at the counter had a kind smile. The store was very clean and there was calming music playing.

Negative reviews are for the old owners. The new owners are fantastic and such lovely people:). My favourite post office!

Best post office! I believe the old bad reviews are from when there was a different owner, because the currents ones are an extremely kind, sweet and friendly couple and the service is always extremely fast. 10/10 would recommend

I’m convinced this lady is a witch. She has to be the meanest person I’ve encountered. Like the other reviews stated she has 0 customer service and she’s extremely rude. I asked for a little piece of scotch tape and she told me no that I had to buy an entire roll of scotch and it was my problem if I came with my package not prepared.
Post Canada should really reconsider their association with that place.

Bonne expérience dans mon cas. Apparament que c'est une nouvelle administration, mais je ne peux confirmer. Ils ont accepté d'imprimer mon label de retour sur place et le tout s'ait bien déroulé!

Call before showing up if you don't want to face the closed door. Open hours advertised here are not correct. Said here they are open on Sundays until 8 pm, and the door said closed on Sundays.

C'est mon bureau de poste préféré, j'y vais régulièrement et ils ont toujours été très gentils et courtois. Je ne comprend pas les mauvais commentaires que je lis ici, puisque la dame qui me sert parle bien français et anglais, je n'ai jamais eu de misère à me faire comprendre et elle connaît très bien les services postaux, jamais aucune erreur avec moi.

Aucune notion de service à la clientèle. Opèrent comme s’ils étaient à la tête d’un monopole. Sale, insalubre et désordonné.

Every time I've tried shipping something here, they always charge me more than in an actual Canada Post location. They blame it on the post's rates, but somehow bringing the same package to a post office cost me less.
If you don't like being overcharged, I'd recommend going to any other Canada Post.

Très hautaine la madame qui travaille dans ce bureau, on a l'impression qu'on la dérange en tant que client.

J'avais déjà eu une terrible expérience avec le propriétaire il y a quelques mois mais hier sa femme m'en a offerte une encore plus désagréable. En plus de son antipathie naturelle glaciale, elle à été méchante, désobligeante et insultante. Je déconseille fortement cet endroit et vais déposer une plainte à Poste Canada en suivant.

I don’t understand why even should I give 1 start to this worst postal service. I have never come across such a worst Cx service.

If i could leave a -10 review, i absolutely would. The lady who works there is the literal DEVIL and has, on separate occasions, yelled at me and my roommate. She is a bully. I always tell myself that I won't go there anymore, but the location is convenient. Today is the last damn time i'm walking in there. Go to hell, Devil lady

Mauvaise expérience avec la propriétaire! Elle offre un service différent des autres Poste Canada autant sur le plan de l’expérience client et et de ses services. Je ne retournerai plus jamais.

GO TO A REAL POST CANADA (or the one on Jarry) unless you like lost packages and enduring verbal attacks from people who do not care about your property. Don't be shocked if they slap on the wrong label and it returns to your doorstep a month later. However, on a good day you'll just deal with really rude people who will try everything in their power to over charge you on tracking label for instead of a stamp to increase the cost.

Je n'ai jamais eu de problème à ce bureau de poste. Je me suis toujours fait servir par la dame (par hasard), elle comprend ce que je lui dis. J'y suis allée pour poster une lettre avec un format particulier, elle m'a offert le bon type de timbre, j'y suis allée pour récupérer des colis, et j'y suis même allée sans avis, qui n'avait pas été laissé chez moi, elle a simplement demandé mon adresse et immédiatement commencé une recherche, mais comme j'avais le numéro d'avis en main, cela a accéléré le processus (la fonction libre-service avec l'assistant virtuel sur le site de Postes Canada est très efficace pour obtenir des informations sur les envois).

Je dois ajouter que je me fais accueillir une fois sur deux par leur petit chien curieux et calme, qui se laisse flatter et retourne derrière le comptoir. Ça n'a aucun rapport au service, mais moi, ça me fait sourire!

Not only the worst retail post office ever but simply the worst business ever. If could be acceptable if the only problems were the mess and dirtiness inside, including parcels literally everywhere and shelves half-falling but the lady working their is the rudest person in customer service. For all the times I went there picking up something, she never greats anyone, is rude with customers 50% of the time, she yells at her husband in front of everyone, doesn’t even try to articulate when yelling at you, and could not be less helpful.
She literally refused to hand me my parcel once, which I could see in front of me, because she was too busy sorting her stuffs. I was the only customer in the store.
I am clueless as how CanadaPost can still be working with this awful store.

Worst customer service. The lady is so rude and yelling at customers. She wouldn’t let me return a simple package with a QR code, saying it needs to be printed while it says completely the opposite on the official Canada Post email. I went to another point of service a few streets down and they proceeded the return in a few minutes without any problem. Avoid this place, unprofessional and it was also dirty. I have no idea how Canada Post would even affiliate with this place.

Seul bureau de poste à Montréal qui n'a pas d'imprimante pour les slip de retour de marchandise (ou des employés très paresseux choisissez ce qui vous convient)

J'ai voulu faire un retour avec un code QR fourni par l'expéditeur de mon paquet. La femme n'a jamais voulu scanner mon code, prétextant la possibilité de transmission du COVID, alors qu'elle prends tout autre paquet auxquels les gens touchent? ! Elle m'offrait de le faire si je payais, ce que j'ai refusé, car c'est déjà payé par l'expéditeur. Une plainte à été faite à Postes Canada, je ne retournerai jamais à ce comptoir. Encore un endroit qui fait ses propres règles, comme beaucoup de ''dépanneurs'' à Montréal.
