Les horaires réels n’ont rien à voir avec ceux affichés sur Google. C’est excessivement frustrant de perdre son temps quand on se fait dire par les employés de la pharmacie à 8h du matin que le bureau de poste ouvre à 10h.

Un immense MERCI Marie-Ève pour tous les accueils chaleureux et sourires, même dans les journées les plus achalandées, tu étais toujours bienveillante. Tu vas me manquer. Il y a une étoile de plus dans le firmament. Veilles sur tous ceux qui t'aime. R. I. P.

I've been trying to pick up a package for a week, but the hours listed online are not true. The post office is only open Monday - Friday 9: 00am to 6: 00 pm. Don't waste your time trying to come outside of those times, I already did that for you. I'm sure the service is great otherwise.

I've had nothing but bad experiences here. The times they work aren't the times posted online, there's an hour break between 2-3 and they're not open on Saturday. I showed up at 1: 47 with no one behind me and the lady closed the line in front of me because she said she had a break at 2! Luckily I stayed there and complained otherwise I wouldn't be able to get my package until the next week. That was my 3rd time trying to get that package. The first time she just said she didn't have time to go through all of the packages and to come back later. When I went back the next time, I was in a long line for about 20 minutes and then she just closed the line 15 minutes before closing. There have been plenty of other times where the lady at the desk just says my package isn't there even though it was supposed to have been there from 1pm that day. This entire office needs to be audited by Postes Canada because there's so much wrong here.

I've been coming here to mail and pick up parcels for several years without issue. But this week, out of nowhere, I was turned away several times for very minor reasons.

It's as if the people working there now look for any little excuse to not help you.

I will not be going back if I can avoid it.

The Clerk who served me today is lovely. She's quite the refreshing change from the typical pandemic zombie.

Never had any issues except for one time I went and they were closed without notice. Service is efficient and they are friendly enough. But again, what kind of service do you really expect from a post office?

Absolutely terrific and welcoming place. Probably the best pharmacy and candapost experience I have ever had. Very kind and helpful staff.

Have always had great experiences here. Employees are quick, kind, and professional. If there is ever a long wait it's caused by confused and or rude people troubling the employees not the other way around from what I've seen.

Dealt with a certain clerk a few times and every time she's had an attitude and neglected to give me proper information causing me a lot of grief.

Je n’y vais plus. Mauvais service, attitude de non respect, arrogance. De plus, ne connaît pas les services offerts. Par exemple, à Noël dernier, Postes Canada offrait l’envoi des colis pour soldats à l’étranger, la commis principale voulait que je paie l’envoi, m’obstinait que ce n’était pas gratuit, etc. Je dois aller ailleurs même si c’est plus loin. Des voisins m’ont dit alle4 ailleurs également.
