What a disgrace for a business. I used the search tool on Canada post to find a store and it gave me this one with specific hours saying it’s open at 9pm. I show up and they put a sign saying it closes a 7pm. I come to google and it also says it’s open until 9pm then I look at all the reviewers on this business complaining for the same thing and it has been years. It’s 2023 fix your hours. What a joke.

Same issue as most people here, the falsely advertised business hours.
But in my case the ones I read weren't even on google, I received a notice by mail to go pick up an item at this Canada Post and the business hours in the letter itself were wrong! Thinking the store closed at 9pm I also went right before 7 just to find out that they were going to close. I tried speaking to the employee to explain that their own notice said they d be open and see if she could just pass me my package, but she wouldn't hear it and was extremely rude.

By far the worst post canada.
You will wait forever for anything.
No staff. Suuuuper slow service every time i have been here. Avoid. Post Canada on Park avenue is much faster service

The employee this morning told me i needed proof of address other than my delivery notice card, when it clearly say on the website that it works (dont argue with people when you dont know how to do your job)

La dame présente au comptoir nous a bien simplement expliqué que elle ne nous servirait pas aujourd'hui car il y avait 3 clients à servir devant nous et il était 16h36 et que elle finissait à 17h. Donc on ne pourra pas envoyer notre colis aujourd'hui.service client déplorable.

Single staff member made to serve the queue by themselves. One customer seemed to have a complicated case which caused a 20-deep, non-moving queue of frustration. Very poorly managed.

The mailman was rude I understand that there's a system failure and he can't do anything but you don't have to cut people off when they want to ask some questions. Also he promised that their system will be fixed the next day and call to make sure. I did call but no one answered. I went and system was still broken. I still haven't gotten my mail.

Very poor experience. They couldn't provide packaging for my return shipment to amazon so the employee told me to go to a nearby cafe and print off new packing slips because they had no way to print them for me. Thereafter I was told AFTER the fact that I would have to pay for the packaging as they had to provide bubble wrap. Took close to an extra half hour of my time.
