This the plant of Canada post in Montreal. It’s a huge facilities. Thousands of people working here. Security is really tight, which is a really good thing. Inside for the Canada post employee there is a Tim Hortons. So we can enjoy fresh coffee whenever you want and also there is a full format canteen, where you can have pretty much everything. Has a huge parking spot.

They can't track their packages, supposed to be delivered by the end of the day but it never left the warehouse. Customer service only able to apologize without giving any solution. Never experienced this level of incompetence in other delivery services.

Packa takes less time to travel half the globe. Now its stuck in Montréal and no body knows anything to tell me when I should expect delivery. Cherry on top, so I decide tongo pick it up my self, it will save them some work and ill get it faster, but NO they dont let me get it. It is stuck in a trailer somewhere they don't know wich one. Take any other carriers just not cp

Slowest mail and parcel service in North America. I have received packages from California in less time than it takes for the St Laurent sorting centre to sort and send my package that had been there for days (priority mail?). It is not all of Canada Post. Just the big facility in Montreal has terrible service. Because my package made its way across Canada in less time than it is taking them just to sort through their priority package pile. Choose anyone else except Canada post during this pandemic.

Don't pay extra for the xpresspost service because it will not result in faster delivery. You should expect delays when dealing with Canada Post and otherwise should always take the alternative whenever possible. Expect deliveries without the courtesy of verifying if you are home first.

Depuis le 4 mai mon colis est en transit j'ai une notification disant: votre colis sera livré le 6 mai en fin de journée. Nous somme le 11 mai je n'ai reçu aucun colis. Bravo pour le service.pandémie: ? J'ai commandé de l'Europe après la commande en question et je l'ai reçu il y a 5 jours.

Ils m ont donner un numero de tracking pour un colis et ca dit qu il n y a rien avec ce numero. Wow bravo!
