Potager Eardley

Fun family spot to pick pumpkins and spend some time with your kids. There's a bunch of pre picked pumpkins by the shop, a play structure, small hay maze and some animals. There are pick your own pumpkins but unfortunately there's no tractor that runs there so you have to drive to a separate lot. The pick your own field is very large with a great assortment of pumpkins and squashes!

The employees were friendly, but that's about it.

28$ for a a bag you can barely fill because most of the apples are rotten or very bruised. All people could talk about while searching for apples was what a rip off it was. Most people there seemed really dissapointed.

I overheard one lady telling her husband "on top of charging s 28$ for a bag that we can barely fill because the apples are awful, they want us to pick up the bad apples and put them in a box for them so they can probably sell them as deer apples. So they charge us AND want us to do work for them. " And although I hadn't given that much thought or really cared, I still thought it was funny, because, well, she's not wrong.

The lady said it's because they got hit with the hail storm earlier this summer, which is understandable, but maybe adjust your prices to the quality of what you're offering.

I spent 28$ on a 7.5lbs bag of barely decent apples, when at the grocery store, it was 9$ for a 4lb bag. The tractor ride included in the 28$ is definitely not worth the price difference. I would have rather just pay 5$ for a tractor ride and not get apples lol There's a small parc (part of which was broken, but overall it was ok) and some chickens.the goats stayed away, so I wouldn't consider coming here for a fun animal experience.

It's really unfortunate that they don't offer a better deal, considering we all know people will also go into their store to buy foods there.

I really want to encourage local businesses, but keeping your custumers happy is how you get them to come back. I will be trying somewhere else next time.

Amazing place to get fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables. I made a raw salad with them and it was extremely tasty. Last year’s strawberries were the best I ever had. Looking forward to this year’s berry season. And let’s not forget the delicious sugar tarts, gelato and other pastries.

Bons produits, Belles installations pour les enfants mais quand on vient juste entre adultes cueillir des pommes, je trouve que c est cher 26$ le grand sac.

Nous avons fait une cueillette de pommes. 52$ pour 2 sacs. Beaucoup trop cher. 2 adultes et 1 bébé.

Really quaint, little tucked in spot! We wandered around, checking out the goats and chickens, and were sad that there were no wagon rides. But other than that, cool place to take the family for an afternoon and lots of tasty and fresh produce/pastries inside!

Pommes en sac de 10$ vraiment pas fraiches-très insultant de payer plus cher qu à l épicerie pour de vieilles pommes que je donnerais aux animaux. Dimanche le 2 octobre, on a rempli 2 sacs de 10$ de pommes prises dans le bac Mc Intosh (1 pour ma mère et un pour moi). Les pommes étaient belles en apparence mais comme mentionné plus haut on a constaté à la maison que les pommes sont très molles et peu fraiches et nous sommes toutes les deux déçues que le bac contenait de vieilles pommes. J'ai cueilli des pommes à Orléans il y a 3 semaines et celles qui me restent sont encore dures et très bonnes.

Plus la saison avance plus la sélection s'agrandit et mieux c'est. Les fruits et légumes sont toujours délicieux.

Awesome place for strawberry picking! Lovely and cheerful people, maybe they were the owners. Lovely place to be there with family. Strawberries were big and amazing, its a very big farm.

Great place for fresh vegetables and fruits and homemade pies and buttertarts. Pure apple juice made right their. Great customer service.

Fresh stuff, directly from the field in many cases. Quite a few people today and no 'enforced' separation or masks on the part of the employees; shoppers were attentive to the separation.

26 juin 2022. Nous avons pu nous prévaloir de fraises fraîches tout à fait délicieuses dans la dernière semaine. Service avec le sourire comme d'habitude.

The bakery side is vey good as well. We rely on their butter tarts and baguettes all summer as well as emergency soups. We’re blessed that they are close.

At this time June, they have radish, gh tomatoes, asparagus, onions, rhubarb, pies, strawberries, ice cream.that all I can remember. Enjoy

Beautiful place! Great pricing of fresh fruit and vegetables. People were helpful and kind. Nice seating area outside to enjoy and some animals:)

Je vais au potager Eardley plusieurs fois par an, pour les fraises, framboises, pommes et courges et j'ai toujours reçu un service impecable. Très courtois et amicale c'est toujours une expérience que je recommande à mes proches. Bien contente d'avoir une entreprise de ce genre en Outaouais!

Prix très élevé pour la qualité. On trouve des produits moins cher set de meilleure qualité dans les vrais marchés locaux.
Œufs fermiers trop chers, alors qu'ils sont pondus sur place. Les prix affichés et les spéciaux ne sont pas respectés par les caissières, c'est en arrivant à la maison que l'on s'en aperçoit, scandaleux!

J'adore le Portage Eardley, en saison j'irais plus souvent s'il était plus proche de chez moi. Produits frais, local et délicieux. Nous venons de manger du maïs hier et wow! Délicieux. Nous avons fait nos tarte fraises, framboise avec leurs produits. La saveur est au rendez-vous. Merci pour vos produits, votre disponibilité et votre service courtois

We don't get to visit often, but whenever we are in the area, we like to stop in. Their produce is always fresh, they have lots of locally made baked goods and preserves and have friendly service. Great spot to visit for ice cream too.

Entry and exit from the highway can be tricky but it's worth it. The homemade breads and croissants, quiche, etc are lovely. It's a very busy place so patience us required.

Beau marché de légumes. Mais les framboises sont toujours trop mûres (pourriture 2h après achat), emballage approximatif (tout se mélange et les fruits délicats sont écrasés) et le pain est cher et pas très bon. Le Potager devrait vendre du pain delà boulangerie des deux frères

Love coming to Potager Eardley, the products are fresh and so good. There is a little playground for kids and a few animals to see

Fruits et légumes frais. On peut même y trouver quelques petites gâteries (croissants.yum).
