Poulet Rouge CF Carrefour Laval

The food is literally always good here this poulet rouge is one of the best I know. Never had bad chicken or bad service. The team is so funny and fast too. 10/10 recommend

Great food but when it comes to getting the food from ordering online, it can be a hassle. This might have been an issue with too many customers there at that time but there should be an online order cut off section there and someone there that actually pays attention to customers who order online and prefer to pick up their food. I had to get someone's attention manually that time and he just ignored me until I got another employee's attention to just take down my food from their shelf five minutes later (so embarrassing). The service could definitely use work! I get it, it's busy but still please don't leave customers hanging there.

I enjoyed the salad with spicy chicken breast and garlic chicken breast. You have 7 choices to top your salad or rice, also you can choose half bulgur half rice and 7 choices of toppings, the toppings are: red onions, olives, tomatoes, cucumber, green peppers, cheese, feta cheese, jalapeños. The meals are served in a paper bowls! I absolutely recommend.

Myself and family have been eating from there for years and we like it a lot. The owners are very caring about quality. Wish them lots of success

Barely any chicken (very dry), seems like they cut each full piece in two so you actually only get half the chicken you should be getting. Not tasty and drenched in acidic sauce. Do not recommend.

I had a delivery to pick up for Uber, usually they gave it in 5 minutes max. But today the guy wouldn't even raise his head and say hello, and after a few minutes of waiting he asked me to wait more. But the order is right behind him and even the order was ready before I got there. I really didn't understand why he made me wait 10 more minutes. At least if it's busy, I can understand. But not this case! Nowadays, people are becoming more and more disrespectful. They are not ready to see other ethnic groups equal to them. But the reality no one is superior to anyone. I hope he will understand this one day.

Food is fresh and very tasty! Chicken is on point and well seasoned. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to visit again!

c'est vraiment excellent le rouge bol avec sauce épicé et les légumes (mais, concombre, betteraves, guacamole, raisins) il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts. En plus on a fête les 2 ans avec la mascotte Rico

Ils sont très efficaces je trouve (pour les avoir vu faire mon plat sur place. Le personnel est très serviable, et j’aime le travail d’équipe que je vois.

J'adore! Première fois que je mangeais chez la chaîne Poulet Rouge, j'espère qu'ils vont en ouvrir dans mon coin. Le personnel était courtois et souriant malgré qu'il y avait un fort achalandage.

Food: is a weird combination that doesn't work together imo. Some will find it very delicious some will find it a mix of baby food.
Each ingredient if taken apart is fresh, delicious and nicely presented, if put together in the same plate it becomes a mess.

Service: excellent, fast, and friendly.

Atmosphere: it is in the food court of the Carrefour so it is ok.

Guys make sure if your order any extra chicken to check if it’s there before you leave.
It happens TWICE, pickup and uber, i never received the extra chicken that i payed 4$ for each plate (2 plates)

This place always fulfill the cravings.
Never been disappointed.
Most importantly the food is Always fresh!
The staff is very friendly and amazing.

I found a hair in my plait and the man who people called him boss over there, told me to come and see the boss tomorrow! And he can't see the hair! Which was completely obvious!
So annoying and wont suggest to anyone as they are rude and careless.

Je suis un client habituel des poulet rouge. Je ne sais pas ce qui arrive ces temps ci mais ca fait quelques fois maintenant que celui du carrefour laval me sert du poulet trop cuit et difficile a macher. Il faut que vous arretez de précuire le poulet car une fois sur le grill vos employés les laissent trop longtemps.

Meilleur Poulet Rouge en ville! Le personnel est courtois et les commandes roulent à une vitesse incroyable malgré l’achalandage. Les portions sont généreuses, le poulet est parfaitement cuit; juteux, et les condiments sont toujours frais. Satisfaction garantie à chaque fois.

I’m a loyal customer to poulet rouge but I Just went today and ordered 2 poutines and for the first time I wasn’t able to eat it! Wasn’t good at all the chicken wasn’t cooked at all! Like I almost every day eat in Fairview it was my first experience to eat from cf carrfour Laval poulet rouge and the chicken wasn’t well cooked! Very very bad service!

Tasty, healthy compared to other fast food, very good portions the brown rice and wheat are awesome with spicy mayo on top and you can choose 7 ingredients on top as well. I have tried BBQ Chicken, it was tender and juicy. Worth a try, I will order again.

The food was delicious. I like that I can choose from four different flavours of grilled chicken. The packaging is very minimalist and convenient and I like that it is compostable. I would definitely come here again to try the different flavours.

I ordered from Poulet Rouge on Über for dinner and I was a bit disappointed. I got a custom bowl with spicy chicken, lettuce, spinach…quinoa. It was the quinoa that I didn’t enjoy as much as the rest of the ingredients. It was dry and had a slimy texture. I also ordered fries. Not good either. I don’t think I’ll order from them again.

It is a healthy and successful fast food operation. Following Canadian food guideline by serving meal with protein, vegetable and grain. There are four kinds of chicken, spice lemon, BBQ, garlic and volcano spicy, four kinds of grains and many vegetables to chose from. My volcano spicy chicken is not hot or spicy as the name suggested, but it is still an excellent meal.

Super délicieux! Avec la lime et coriandre plus Jalapeños vous aurez un plat à faire couler l’eau de la bouche.

J'ai bien aimé mon assiette de poulet et légumes, il y avait un bon goût. Le service au comptoir pourrait être améliorer. Je n'aime pas me faire demander si je veux donner du pourboire avec la machine (payer par carte de crédit).

From the person who took our order to the person who handed us our order. World class service. The food was delicious, the choices of flavor is amazing and up to 6 choices of dressings. It was tasty and warm as expected. Super healthy and portions are very generous. I usually finish my meals, but not this time. They even took the time to suggest us the dressings on some meals, since it was our first expérience. It will not be the last! Great concept and mostly fresh and tasty food. 5

FAVORITE PLACE TO HAVE THE MOST FRESH-EST FOOD! Also, I love the new paper bowls, they should continue using them. Would be great if they can also replace the plastic cap for it!

La nourriture est sublime, tellement bonne au goût. C'est la première fois que je commande et j'ai pris le bol poutine au poulet. On peut choisir les toppings/sauces et faire le plat à notre goût et tout est bon et plus santé qu'ailleurs.le poulet est le meilleur poulet que j'ai mangé depuis.trop longtemps pour que je m'en souvienne.poitrine tendre et ça fond dans la bouche, avec un petit goût fumé. J'ai fini mon assiette et j'en veux encore.
Définitivement mon resto TOP 1 à Laval, convaincu avec une seule commande!

Avoir connu ce resto, j'aurais commandé plus souvent depuis le début de la pandémie.

Ps. J'ai même gâté mon chat avec un morceau du poulet. Mon chat est difficile sur la nourriture, et il en a raffolé, il a dévoré ca plus vite que des Temptations. Ça en dit beaucoup en tout cas
