Service correct, mais on se fait répondre majoritairement en anglais. Heureusement que je suis bilingue, mais ce n'est pas pour cette raison que je donne 1/5 pour le service.
La raison du pourquoi je donne 1/5, c'est à cause de l'une des employées qui te fait l'attitude et te garroche ta commande simplement car tu n'as compris le numéro de commande qu'elle a mentionnée. C'était le 12 novembre vers 17h et elle était la seule sur la ligne à porter un masque à côté du Grill. En espérant que le problème soit réglé la prochaine fois au risque que ma commande lui finisse au visage si cela se reproduit.

Malheureusement, niveau hygiene on se pose des questions. La femme en caisse, se mouche le nez à plusieurs reprises avec son même mouchoir souillé devant tous les clients. Et ne se lave pas les mains malgré qu'on lui ai demandé. Elle touche les bowls pour mettre les étiquettes avec ses mains, touche les frittes et touche l'argent. Cela ne donne pas envie de revenir, c'est très dommage.

Plats tellement copieux que nous n'avons pas pu tout manger, bon rapport qualité prix, personnel sympathique et patient pour tout nous expliquer les plats, je recommande!

Best chicken in Montreal! Superb concept, great options. Tried the chicken salad and the chicken poutine and both are so good. Their spicy chicken flavor is to die for!

Tried Poulet Rouge on Sainte Catherine's for the first time and had their Poutine - which was superb

The service is great & turnaround fast. You can eat in or takeout.

The resto is on the ground floor and wheelchair accessible.

The chicken is halal too as confirmed by staff working there.

The poulet tastes so good. In think this is the best chicken restaurant in the downtown. The service was good. I liked the variety of options.

GO! GO! GO! This place has my heart. I love the Poulet rouge i think nothing can ever compete it. It is the best ever breakfast-lunch-dinner.

One of the best chicken plate in Montreal. We go there every week and sometimes twice in a week because its near the university.

My favourite place if I get my meal prep for the day. Chicken is grilled, veggies are fresh and carbs are varied. The middle eastern guys at the grill are hard workers, and so is the all of the staff on the chain working to fill the bowl. Always packed with orders, but never did they mess up my order and I've ordered MANY times (3-5 times a week)

We loved the food - my wife had chicken salad, and I had the chicken poutine. It was flavourful, and really enjoyable. Seating space was sufficient too. But the counter isn't placed in an ideal way to avoid covid-19 related risks, and there's too many people waiting in close proximity in two lines at a place where even one line was one too many.

I love the concept of this restaurant, you can get a healthy and quick meal at an affordable price without getting bored because you can always switch up the selection. It might be also nice to have a different veggie choice every month or so, just to keep it different

Poulet rouge makes its chicken on the grill right in front of you. It's very fresh, delicious and juicy. The portions are big, good. Their spicy mayo hits with the chicken The staff is kind and their fries are also pretty good. I would definitely come to this place again and again

J'aimerais prendre le temps de remercier l'homme qui a travaillé ce soir et qui m'a aidé avec ma commande Uber eats. Je lui ai parlé d'une intolérance au gluten de mon copain et il a été très gentil pour nous accommoder. Il est même allé plus loin en nous rappellant pour nous dire que un des ingredients que nous avions commandé dans le plat avait du gluten (oignons frits) une fois que nous avions déjà passé la commande. Gentillesse et service impeccable. J'espère qu'il pourra lire cette recommandation merci de la lui partager. Nadine et Kellen.

Sadly they decrease the bowl size! New white bowls are smaller for same price!
Though, I always loved Poulet Rouge because it's tasty and was fulfilling. Hope they would realize the issue and fix the serving size!

I give 3 stars because of the teste which is very good as usual. You maintain your quality for all kind of bowl. Just want to inform you that sometimes fried onions was not good, may be you changed the company or something, but honestly before i used to like to have fried onions in my bowl more, but this time i don’t bare even a little bit of fried onions. So please keep the first traditional one.

I am just disappointed with your bowl size which is very smaller than before. This pandemic is so difficult for all of us, somehow it’s difficult to get your old stuff-like bowl, spoons etc, but I think if you are not able to serve same quantity with old traditional bowl, than you need to decrease the price.

They changed the bowl and it’s getting smaller and smaller, they are using a white plate (half size) with the same price! What’s happening to you guys! I’m still givin 5 stars because the employees are nice and chicken is soooo delicious! But I hope they revise there decision and stop being greedy!

This place used to be good, but has gone downhill over the course of the past couple of years. The food quality is still the same but the portion size has gotten significantly smaller and the staff a lot less friendly.

This place is seriously a blessing in this neighborhood. Healthy, tasty and affordable. Most importantly, the chicken is always freshly cooked in-house. I highly doubt there are better alternatives for a fresh, protein-packed meal in this area. Thank you to all at poulet rouge, I've probably ordered over 100 times now and will continue to do so!:)

What happened guys? You were my favorite till date!
Why the portions have been reduced? As well as the bowl size? And sadly, I did purchase a bowl today with Uber eats and I was really disappointed when I saw one of the bowls half empty (when the new bowl container is already small)

The food is okay but I went there today and ordered the Rouge Bowl XL. Unfortunately, the traditional rouge bowl is now a smaller grey bowl and even though I ordered the XL, the quantity was less than what I have been used to for the past 2 years. The taste is good, but for the steep price, I would expect the quantities to remain the same especially since the bowl mostly consists of brown rice and veggies. Furthermore one would expect the bigger XL bowl to have more rice than the normal size. Finally, the name of the dish should be reconsidered and named grey bowl since the food is now served in a smaller GREY bowl and not the traditional red one.

Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement que ce soit sur place ou à emporter. Le service est long et désagréable, de plus les plats sont ignobles et provoquent des problèmes gastriques.

Services DÉ-PLO-RABLE, certains ont dû aller chercher de la nourriture dehors a 21h car les plats ne sont jamais arrivés, je ne conseille en aucun point les commandes chez eux.

I got to know about Poulet Rouge by a friend. The veggie bowl is great, you can have 9 toppings of your choice in it. It’s healthy, tasty and the price is only $9.99 (including taxes).

They even have a member card with which you can earn 1 point for every dollar you spend there. And every 100 points you can redeem 5 dollars.

Moreover you get a 10% discount if you are a student. I strongly recommend this place.

Amazing food. Fresh chicken made infront of you. Fresh fries hot poutine sauce. Customized menu for each dish as per your wish and really good in taste.had poutine liked it.

Excellent. Always fresh, fast and generous portions. I always order the vegetarian bowl or vegetarian wrap. Both are very filling and the people who work there are not stingy when you ask for extra veggies. The wrap I ordered was so massive, it really filled me up as I was so hungry! I wanted to return and thank the person who made my wrap as it was the best I ever had! I paid about $10 for it and it was worth every dollar. Food is not heavy and greasy like other fast food options. Great staff great food great place!

Good food. I didn't know they serve Halal meat. First time i ordered online and I liked it. Then i went there to see. It is a clean place and the food was delicious. But the employees seems bit cranky. Suggestable for quick bite and vegiterian meal.
