Wow! They have a separate gluten free deep fryer, and gluten free gravy! It has literally been years since I've eaten a poutine outside of my own home! And this totally hit the spot! The young girl working was extremely helpful and even went to the kitchen to verify all of this.

J'ai adoré mon expérience! Franchement c'était excellent. Ma poutine "le fermier " était goûteuse, généreuse et succulente.

Bien mais sans plus. Finalement assez cher pour ce que c'était niveau goût lorsqu'on ajouté les taxes et les pourboires, et le service a été long (30 minutes) pour une commande simple et avec un restaurant pourtant presque vide. Un peu déçus finalement.

Decent poutine. Massive portions and pretty cheap as well, wouldn’t recommend anything but the Junior unless you’re very hungry. They also have pitchers here which seems to be a rare occurrence. My pulled pork poutine with red wine gravy was very good. One star off since the food was a little cold.

Food was awesome and the serving staff were very accommodating for our large group. Would definitely go back for seconds!

LOVE the home fries, the gravy had an amazing flavour, the braised beef melt in your mouth. And the curds squeaky as they should be.
I will definitely be back, thank you for a great experience and for the young lads speaking English to me. (I find it very hard to order in Quebec knowing very very little French. When somebody tries to speak English even the slightest it is a HUGE help to me. I would never judge you for poor English because it is such a game changer for me. Thank you so much)

If you want your moneys worth and want an insanely huge portion size, come here. Food was delicious and atmosphere was chill and great. You will leave with your bowl looking barely touched.

Casual place for dining in or take out. Had a couple of their sandwiches and they were very good. Went for a budget friendly dinner while in Quebec City but was positively surprised of the quality of the food. Definitely recommend

This was our first time in Canada and we wanted to try poutine. We were unsure if a chain called “Poutineville” would be the most authentic experience, but after reading great reviews we decided to give it a try. The poutine was delicious and the toppings were creative! We first visited the Rue Saint Joseph location and ordered the Poutineville house poutine and a pitcher of sangria. Both were great and our server, Bernard, was really friendly and fast! Our second night, we decided to go back. A little ashamed to be eating poutine a second day in a row, we visited the other location near Parliament (hoping to avoid running into the same staff) and, turns out, Bernard was working there that night! We had a good laugh and he ended up bringing us free drinks! We got the Hangover Cure poutine this time and it was also great. In short, good food and friendly and fast service.

The food is fantastic. My server Bernard was attentive and very nice and made the experience really great (I was dining solo).

Le serveur s’est trompé de verre et a donc donné un cocktail alcoolisé a quelqu’un qui a commandé un virgin. De plus, mon cocktail qui était sensé être une slush était totalement liquide et les modifications demandées face à mon plat n’ont pas été respectées. Nous avons quand même reçu un petit rabais dû aux nombreuses erreurs, ce qui est apprécié.

I went this weekend and the service was very fast, the place was clean and nice, the server was nice and friendly, the food was delicious, I bought the big poutine and it came in a very generous portion. (I recommend buying the small one cause the big one is a lot) and I bought a pitcher of sangria. The prices are very good for the quantity of food and alcohol that they serve, I really recommend this place if you want to eat a lot and or even get drunk with their pitchers:).

Poutine food is not good. Fries were burnt. The owners need to better lead their service team. Instead of all 6 servers doing everything all at once, they should have 1 on clearing, stocking, 1 on taking orders and filling water, 1 on bringing food, 1 making drinks, 1 seating and take out. Adopt the same model as the states. It takes 40 mins to get food and in that time I watched very hardworking staff do the best they could.

On a adoré le pichet de bière et le pichet de sangria. Nous avons goûté la poutine (à manger au moins une fois au canada) et la gentillesse et le sourire de notre serveur. Bravo

Love their new location here, it is closer to old Quebec on the corner of st Jean and the Avenue, it's an charming old building that looks as though an early '90s or late '80s atrium was added to the front of the building.so lots of exposed brick inside and cool photography/art of Quebec city for sale on the walls too.

Staff is super friendly and very diverse.everyone is totally bilingual and some servers seem to be able to speak in other languages other than english, i'm pretty sure i heard some German being spoken at least

A really neat concept of doing poutine with so many different gravys and cheeses available.

This location has a great view of everything going on at one of ville de Quebec's busiest intersections at the cross roads of the old city and the 'fauburg' (maybe spelled that wrong) but the "fauberg" how ever it's properly spelled is the area just outside the old city that is also old but not within the walls of the old city.

Wow. The food was fine and there were good vegan options. The service was awful. It was 40 mins before our server came over (we had to call them over after thwy spent ti.e sitting and chatting with co-workers). Then they appologized, gave us waters and left. We had to call them back over to place our order. 4 entrees, 2 came out at one time, the other 2 were 10 mins later. I would never return to this place. Plenty of other options. 2 hours for poor service does not make a happy customer.

Poutine was decent but the kids hamburger was a joke. First we asked if it could have just lettuce, cheese and tomato. (Apparently it doesn't come with anything). They respond we can add one of those ingredients. We offered to pay for the others but no. Just one. The hamburger itself looked disgusting and was extremely tiny covering only a fraction of the bun.

We needed a late afternoon pickup after our flights into Quebec! We were so impressed by their offerings. The menu was expansive! Had plenty of vegan and nondairy options, they even had quite a few nonalcoholic cocktails! I think everyone could find something great here. The portions are very generous, so come hungry!
