Ne commander jamais au Poutineville via UberEat. À chaque commande que nous avons fait, la commande était incorrecte. Une fois c’était le gratinée, l’autre fois c’était l’extra fromage, l’autre fois c’était le type de patate demandé et le pire… le pire c’est recevoir plus d’une fois une poutine sans sauce.
À chaque fois, on a espoir que ce sera mieux mais cette fois-ci, c’était la dernière fois. J’ai appelé avant pour préciser qu’à chaque fois, notre commande n’est pas correcte, l’homme au bout du fil me rassure que tout sera ok. Et non… Il manquait de sauce, nous n’avions pas le gratiné, la commande était tout simplement pas ce que nous avions demandé. Et lorsqu’on a appelé pour nommer l’erreur, l’homme nous dit que son patron n’est pas là donc la seule option est de nous, se présenter au restaurant pour se faire rembourser. Si nous commandons avec UberEat, c’est certainement pas pour sortir pour corriger une erreur que nous n’avons pas fait.
Quand un restaurant a la prétention de se permettre autant d’erreur, ça mérite de nous perdre comme client.

Customer service was excellent but the poutine was very disappointing. The fries were bland, cold & soggy. The gravy was cold and the curds were not melted. Was very hard to finish this meal and sad we didnt get a good poutine while passing through this town.

Delicious poutine. The shop is a mixture of snack bar and restaurant. The variety of poutine is huge. We opted for the classic poutine during our visit. Like the “Sloppy Joe”, this tasted excellent. To finish and for dessert we had “Xango” which was delicious. The Oreo milkshake was also very tasty. We just didn't like the coleslaw. The staff was also very nice and friendly. Definitely worth a visit!

We order mexian and veg poutine it was looking good. But the fries was cold and even the cheese doesn’t melt. I was really disappointed with what I thought before to taste poutine here!

Looks like different batches of fries used to make the poutine, some were not well done. Overall, it was a nice experience.recommend

Solid consistent good. Food is delicious and the variety is good. Curds could have been melted a bit more but I’m not really complaining.

There were lots of different poutine varieties to try. My Hat Trick poutine was delicious and with generous servings. As for other dishes, the grilled cheese sandwiches are AMAZING! The service was polite, friendly, and most important, fast. If you’re a tourist like me, I highly recommend eating here.

Hands down the best poutine in town! Always Julien fries, cheese curds, Jalapeños and green peppers with steak and spicy 911 piloting sauce! Bwwn eating the poutine for 7 years here, all my friends from out of town love this place. It's always fresh and delicious!

I had some questions about the poutines offered and the sizes and called on 23/09/10 around 17: 30 and spoke to a gentleman on the phone. The service was top notch and he answered all my questions, as well as being very friendly and giving me some recommendations. The food was also great, would recommend.

Énorme banger depuis 2 ans mais les gars svp n’oubliez pas les suppléments ça gâche l’expérience. J’adore le bleu et je viens en prendre chez vous mais une fois sur deux on l’oublie. J’adore vraiment vos poutines mais svp n’oubliez plus le bleu/chèvre merci

Lovely place with a ton of poutine options. And VEGETARIAN sauce! Their feta green salad was amazing too.

Wonderful poutine restaurant in a very tourist friendly part of Montreal! Our service was fast and friendly, our server Chris was very attentive and made sure our drinks were never empty, and the other staff members made sure to check in on us and make us feel very welcome one large classic poutine was definitely enough to fill two bellies, but the hotdog toasties were so good we just had to have them too! And the side deep fried cheese curds melted so well with the marinara sauce! Next time we're in Montreal we look forward to trying some of the non-traditional poutine options here! The "china" sounded fantastic to me

We Took our newcomer friends here, and they had their first putine ever.we all LOVEd the food. We ordered the classic putine (2 sample) and Montreal putine, and all were amazing.
Service was great and our waitress walked us through menu and gave great recommendations.

Service courtois. Nourriture correcte. Lorsque j'y suis allée, prêt des grandes fenêtres qui étaient ouvertes. Il y avait plusieurs hommes/femmes de la construction qui fumaient et buvaient de la bière sur la terrasse. Leurs conversations étaient inappropriés (j'étais accompagné dun enfant) et l'odeur de la cigarette désagréable.

The poutine was amazing. We specially visited this place for and it was awesome. We did ordered veggie burger and Mexican poutine and a customized poutine all of them were yum

Food was decent. Decided to add extra cheese to ours, and it was cold throwing the temperature of the whole dish off. Fried cheese curds were very good

L’avantage de Poutineville est qu’on peut créer notre propre Poutine. Je vous conseille les patates écrasées. Elles sont croustillantes et bien cuites. Les autres types de frites semblent être des frites congelées. Le format régulier est amplement suffisant pour une personne.
Pour ma part, les deux poutines étaient bonne. J’ai prit la sauce aux poivres.
Il y avait juste 1 serveur pour plusieurs clients sur l’heure du dîner. Le service était lent. Le décor est sombre comme la couleur de la sauce Poutine. Lol.

Ambiance très jovial, personnel très accueillant. Nous avons apprécié ce repas, surtout que la poutine et le repas mythique du Canada donc je recommande fortement. Venez nombreux
