Had this team help me after my basement got flooded. Impeccable service and respectful treatment.

There was a water damage from the roof in my house. They responded right away; the demolition piece was tiny and very accurate, the clean up started immediately after they put all the equipments. They even fixed the part which they cut. Thanks again for a really customer oriented approach!

Our basement was flooded last night. My brother in law was sastified of their work and recommended them. Their manager and team arrived quickly and reassured me. Great team. Merci!

Preliminary visit today was impressed with their understanding. Because of the storm causing a sewerage problem I needed a sympathetic ear and got one.

Ah these guys are unbelievable. They called me couple times to make the payment so they can schedule a date for the work. I paid my part and the rest is insurance and even choose the type of wood with their employee.
Since than no communication for over 6 months. The person responsible dont answer the phone when i call.
I contacted my insurance n they say Premiere Generale canceled the file. I called the main office but noone answers.
They took my money and now i cant get a hold of anyone.
Im so mad and so disappointed.

Victor did a wonderful job repairing ceilings and one wall after a water leak. In particular he reproduced perfectly part of a 110-years old plaster molding that had been destroyed. He was prompt, reliable, relatable and very clean, and we couldn't be happier with the result.

Extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and accountability for their actions. They were hired to move the furniture out of my condo due water damage. They brought back furniture damaged, scratched doors and walls while they were moving the furniture, left the washer/dryer disconnected and the door covering the unit disconnected.

I've been following up with them for 2 weeks now with no solution provided. Would not recommend.

ALLER AILLEUR! Le gerant du contrat et L’équipe de po bon de rénovation et peinture et bla bla bla…tellement d’erreur et tout croche et ils ont meme po terminer les renovation sur un contrat de 50 000$… qui veut dire qu’on as du terminer les travaux par nous meme donc je vous déconseille fortement

J'ai été très satisfaite de mes travaux fait avec l'équipe Première Générale Laval, le personnel étais à l'écoute de mes besoins.
