Friendly staff and great products. A bit of a wait due to staff shortages but service with a smile! Love the cheese croissants!

Hi there, I enjoyed my americano coffee. The staff was nice but I was cold near windows. The establishment is too cold. Please add space heaters.

Super bon repas, pâtisseries et boulangerie. Ideal d'y arrêter pour repas rapide ou complèter votre repas avec pain, salades etc.

Place à éviter comme traiteur, ne font rien eux-mêmes et sous-traitent à une autre succursale. Après avoir confirmé avec le gérant Kevin que tout est beau avec ma commande, je recois l’appel 30 minutes avant mon ramassage m’informant que la commande ne peut être traitée. Ils ont aucun contrôle…. Demandé à parler au propriétaire qui n’a jamais rappeler.
Pas croyable en 2022 de n’avoir aucun recours contre ce genre de situation!

I always buy a croissant with ham and croissant with turkey most of the time in the morning, but they always give me left over sandwich, bad experience

If you think they’d have fresh items at 8: 10am on a Saturday you’re wrong. IGA has more fresh pastries and croissants on any given day and they’re not even a bakery. I strongly recommend the bakery across the street if you want daily baked items.

I have dealt with most of the staff members and this place is just part of a handful that has all players rowing in the same direction.

So courteous, cheerful, helpful, what a wonderful feeling it is to feel like you’re walking into a home.

Kevin is leading by example, and it shows in all the staff members.

We ordered their mille-feuille cake and had it fresh today, and it was absolutely delicious & super fresh! I highly recommend!

Endroit agréable pour prendre un café avec un vaste choix de desserts. On peut prendre un bon diner sur place. Quelques tables à l'intérieur pour s'alimenter, par contre la terrasse extérieure à fermer beaucoup trop tôt.

Held back by the prices. Quality varies. Disappointed that a lot of the cakes are frozen considering the price. Tried the yule log for Christmas and the taste wasn't anything to write home about, same for portion.
I would think again about getting birthday cakes there and instead go to Provigo.
It's best for bread and the small pastries and not much else imo.

We have ordered a chestnut cake for birthday on Sunday for 2 days later, store confirmed it’s ok. Now, a few hours before we are about to pick it up, we are told there is NO chestnut cake available.

There is no time to order another cake anywhere else.

Great selection of bread and pastry. Highly recommend Maple croissant, very sweet, better sharing with your other significant! The lady who helped us was very friendly. We also had chees croissant but i preferred the Maple croissant. It's a must-try!

Got two cookies for the kids. Was hard cookies. Kids did not like it. I am sure they have other good things but this is my experience there so far.

Excellent sandwich préparé sur place mais cela fait deux fois que j'achète du pain et /où des viennoiseries et ce n'est pas à la hauteur des Première Moisson du marchés Atwater où Jean-Talon.
Rien se semble cuit sur place et leurs pains est à peine mieux que celui de la même bannière acheté chez Métro

Service impeccable. Sans parler des produits vendus qui sont juste top. L'attention et le sourire des personnes qui s'occupaient des commandes.

Very UNFRESH croissants & muffins. Even my cheap croissants from Provigo are more fresh then this place. Very disappointing.

I love this place. Their sandwiches, croissants, and other bread types and pastries are absolutely awesome. Too bad it's all carbs and sugar

As far as good French bakeries go, they make the top 5 (the ones I have been to in the past 3 years). Large variety of items prepared daily.

I discovered this Premiere Moisson by accident as I was going to the Royal Bank. Not as complete as others but I have found most of what I need and more.

Picked up. Quinoa salad for lunch.
It was slimy to the pallet and obviously not fresh.
I called to report.was told my coworker had some for lunch and was very good?

Seriously. I wished a food inspector was present!

Inconsistent quality -
pastries deterioated but all breads are still ok. Love their ice Coffee along with good tea selection. Great place for an afternoon tea with friends

Their breads dont resemble the shape of whatever they put on their website. You expect a decent square like shaped bread but you end up with practically a baguette. I called an left a message to the DDO location where supposively the bread is shipped from NO RETURN CALL.

Went to grab bread and cakes for my daughter's birthday. The bread was good. However the cakes not at all. I bought a raspberry maccaron and 2 mango/almond tarts. The cream in the maccaron was NOT fresh, both people who ate that had digestive issues! The almonds on the other cake was not fresh either.tasted like old almonds. So disappointed. It's sad that you want to buy local and in around where you live but, it's a definite no go for me.

Called and ordered a cake for someone's birthday 4 days ago, everything was confirmed and my credit card was charged. When I arrived to pick up the cake, they told me there was a mistake and they didn't have it, must have sold it by accident. I had no words for how unacceptable this was. So unreliable and will NEVER be going back here.

Bonne place pour déjeuner. L'employé qui nous a servi a bien fait ça. La nourriture est bonne comme dans toutes les premières moissons. J'aime bien les spéciaux donc je m'y rends souvent pour un diner ou pour du pains.

Too limiting when making orders. Staff confused when under the pressure of the holidays. Not impressed this time.

Just before Christmas i had a very disappointing experience at the Kirkland location! I was leaving to Chicago to visit my family on Dec 18th, my pregnant sister-in-law asked me to bring her some Almond Croissants. So on Monday, December 16th i called the store, to reserve 5 croissants so i can pick them up either during my lunch or after work. I clearly told the employee that i wasn't sure if i will be able to come at lunch but i WILL DEFINITELY pass by around 5 to get my order. I showed up at the store just to find out that my order was sold! The employee for some reason put the pick up time at 10 am! Was was frustration is that they didn't even try calling! All the manager had to say to me is "Sorry". And i told her how important that order for for me! She didn't offer any other products or a discount towards future purchases (just to try to make me come back to the store). Not going back there!

Croissants not fresh? When people make the effort to visit Premiere Moisson and are willing to pay a premium price to have fresh croissants, then those croissants should be FRESH! I understand that X-Mas season makes you bake in advance, but in that case don't sell them at premium and clearly state they are from yesterday. Unless they ARE fresh from the day. In which case you should fire the baker right away!

Management of this place is saving on electricity by underbaking baguettes, service is good, but careful observer can observe high rate of rotation amongst employes.

Great bread selection, has a few seated place to eat their food too and have a coffee. Many cakes and single portion deserts. Pretty sweet!

Love this chain of bakeries delicious fresh baked goods, desserts, snacks and sandwiches. Also really like their Americano coffee. European flare Oh! And friendly staff.

Great cakes, pastries and certainly bread. Service is a bit chaotic, at times. Some cakes are pricey. Recommended.

I have to say that I have never particularly been a fan of croissants until I had these. They are so fresh, crispy and buttery. Absolutely delicious, it’s a must try. I also love their baguette. Other breads like miche are great also.

Nightmare with this première moisson specifically at St Charles. (I had positif experience with other ones) I ordered a large strawberry shortcake for Valentine’s Day at 10am. When I arrived they said it was ready, but it was on its way to the store and it will be there in 20 minutes so I decided to wait 20 and took a coffee latte. 45 minutes later, I got a call from another employee in the same store saying that we were sorry but the shortcake is not even baked yet and it will not be ready before at least 12pm, and did not explain any reason why there is confusion or why did the other employee lied in the first place.

Worst Premiere moisson experience and I wouldn’t suggest anyone to go there or order something there.

Nice ambiance and service as other première moisson; it’s nice that they give out samples. The cake was nicely packed!

I was served a cold Lasagna and when I kindly requested to have it warmed up I was told, "Let me finish with this customer first". Instead of just taking my plate and saying "okay, leave it with us and we'll bring it to you".

Hands down my favourite prmeier moisson location, the staff is super nice and helpful, the selection of goods is fresh and full of variety! The cheese croissants are to die for!

This is the west island bread hub. They also make lunches and italien coffee. Very organized service.
