Amazing selection of pastries and bread. Highly recommend the almond croissant and crème brûlée. They also have a solid cappuccino.

Nous avons été au comptoir des sandwichs et salades. Le personnel est souriant certe, toutefois il y a un manque flagrant d'organisation. L'attente a été longue (je comprends vue le jour férié), mais il n'y avait plus de clients devant nous et personne ne venait nous voir. Les 3 ou 4 employés étaient tous à la caisse qui semblait avoir un problème. Il me semble que chaque personne devrait avoir sa tâche propre à elle. Là c'était comme pas très clair et on ne savait plus qui allait venir nous voir. Aussi, pas de prix pour une baguette au steak phily, on l'a su à la caisse et si nous avions pu le savoir avant nous aurions pris autre chose vu le prix de 11.95$. Les employés n'étaient pas sûr du prix non plus, ils se sont consultés devant nous. Il faudrait que vous écriviez les prix pour que les clients les sâchent. Aussi, les employés pour savoir les prix viennent regarder dans la vitrine. Ca serait peut-être bien de leur offrir une feuille de prix en arrière. Ce n'était pas une expérience digne de votre nom disons. Un ajustement serait peut-être bien. Aussi votre spécial sandwich, salade et breuvages ce n'est pas clair. Il fait compter chaque item et enlevé le 1.50$ de rabais à la fin qui ma foi n'est pas grand chose. En tout cas, 20.95$ pour un petit sandwich, une petite salade de patates ainsi qu'un petit jus bien commun de la marque Oasis c'est disons un peu cher. Le repas était correct. J'aurais aimé dire autre chose, mais au fond c'est pour vous aider à peut-être revoir la formation de certaines personnes et réviser la présentation des choses. Vos employés sont gentils, je tiens à le dire. Ce sont des suggestions, comme ça tout le monde pourra avancer dans la bonne direction. Merci.

C'est MA boulangerie, j'y vais pour tout. Le service est rapide, les vendeurs sont gentile

Not a big fan of Première Moisson chain but this bakery has a lot of variety and is open seven days a week.

J'ai aimée l'endroit, tu peux manger sur place ou le prendre avec, les gens qui travaillent ici sont très courtois.

Voila comment ils servent leur repas? Sérieux? ! Ecrabouillé dans du papier? Où est le petit carton recyclable et recyclé qui consomme quasi autant de carbone que des papiers qui eux non sont pas recyclés?

Excellente qualité de produits et variété! Le rapport qualité-prix est justifié et tout est savoureux. C’est ma boulangerie, viennoiserie/ patisserie prefere à Montreal.

Great selection of bread and pastries! The ciabatta I got was still good even after two days. The croissant my sister got was great as well. It was super busy when we went but it could be because we went on the weekend near lunch hour.

Je fais un heure de route pour m'y rendre pour le pain. Il est frais et le prix est abordable pour la qualité. En plus bien sûr son goût est sublime

The almond croissant I had here was disappointing, it obviously was a burnt croissant on both ends that that used to make it. The burnt ends didn't taste good, the general quality of the croissant was low.

Overpriced 4,25$ wet almond croissant. It was ordered on opening but tasted like it sat there for days.

I had a strawberry eclair here and GOD it was DELICIOUS! A bit too crowded on the weekends and the line might be a little long, but its totally worth it!

Great selection of items. It was so hard to choose what to eat because we wanted to try everything. Definitely try the royal, it's great. Their coffees are also good. You can couple them with a quiche. They are delectable.

Ah que tout est bon, surtout les desserts! Le Royal est divin mais tout ce que vous prendrai ne vous laissera pas indifférent!

Have always been going to Premiere Moisson in Cote des Neiges, where the bread is never 100% fresh and you can tell by the fact that it’s already kinda hard / not super soft when buying it. Today I happened to be at Jean Talon, so got my bread there. I am amazed to finally have found bread that is fresh, soft and tastes like heaven. Sooo happy From now on it’s worth the travel to Jean Talon!

Great service and great food; cheese croissant is very good, lemon tart is perfect and the coffee just made everything even better: D

I called to have a cake made and someone took my name and number down. They said I'd receive a call the next morning for confirmation on the cake. I never received a call and once I called THEM back, they informed me that they cannot make a cake last minute. It takes the intelligence and business know-how of a flat tire to write down a number for callback but somehow Premiere Moisson messed that up.

They're great for everything else, food tastes great, I'm only commenting on my own specific interactions with them concerning a cake order. I'd honestly look elsewhere if you need to make any sort of order from them.
