This place is alright - the options are good and the smoothies are nice, but the tea and tapioca are really disappointing.not much flavor with the boba and the texture is too firm.probably won’t make this a regular spot

I never ordered anything from Presotea and left sad. I love all the menu everything is so tasty. The staff are friendly as well

Boba drink is good. They have lots more other drinks to enjoy. I enjoy my walk with my boba drink in downtown Montreal.

First time at a different bubble tea location, ordered the brown sugar milk tea. It was good but way too over priced for the drink. 50% was ice, so make sure to ask for less ice if you don’t want your drink to me watered down. Other than that, the flavour was good, had a bit of a wierd after taste.

Took over 15 minutes to get a simple order even though it wasnt a peak time. Messed up my order the first time. Prepared some purple drink instead of the milky mango I had ordered. The drink itself was pretty bad. Reminded me of the time I had bought some cheap mango bubble tea powder from asian store to try making bubble tea at home. Their mango tea tastes exactly like that but you pay 10 bucks for the same artificial taste.

They forgot about my order when I paid. Two employees in front were busy texting with their phone. They were like I don't care about the clients waiting in line. They seemed to be unhappy with their job. Avoid going to this location. 4 stars for their drinks.

The one in the eaton centre is really horrible, very bad service you ask for a specific instruction and they start discussed in the back with a very loud voice, I won’t be back again! Very disappointed ️

There were three women worked when we just passed by. My BF asked me after we ordered: it’s only me or they all looked unhappy. And those unhappy employees not working properly no surprise. Gave me my drink lots of ice with my order says no ice. The “NO ICE” showed clearly on the sticker. The girl told me that you could wait until the drink is not cold anymore. But I am thirsty and need a drink but not a ridiculous BS to wait it until not cold!

Frais, rafraîchissant et bon. Variété incroyable. Grand espace à l'intérieur. Un peux dispendieux.

Impossible de commander en français, on ne pouvait pas communiquer avec l’employé. Incroyable. Si au moins il avait pu apprendre le nom de ses produits….

The service was amazing and the banana coconut slush I ordered was! Definitely will get the drink again

Bubble tea succulent! Un peu cher pour le coup mais bon tout pour un bubble tea de qualité. La place est très jolie en pleins milieu de Ste-Cantherine, plusieurs variétés de choix dans leur menu!

From my point of views, Presotea is one of the top of bubble tea in MTL. My fav is brown sugar milk. However, I am worry about size. It would be nice if they can have smaller size with cheaper prices because it is so big and hard to finish. But I guess they won't. Because if they adjust the size, then, Presotea will be perfect!

The lady cashier didn't hear me correctly at first and I even went to actually clarify that all 3 BTs are 30%. When my number was called I realized she only charged me and placed my order for 2 when I ordered for 3. She made me go to the end of the line again. I thought it was inconsiderate of her. Good thing her other colleague told her and so she decided to call me back and rectified the order. I know the mask could make it hard to communicate but please show some consideration for customer service. I patiently waited here for my order the least that you can do is to offer at least just charge me for the missing order and not make me line up again. The customer service could definitely be better.

That's the best bubble tea in town! There is a long line but they really go fast! Tastes really good and have a lot of choices to chose from

I love the bubble tea here but, this location is terrible. The employees never seem to know what they are doing and they mess up mu order EVERY SINGLE TIME. I even hear the other clients around me complaining that they messed up their order. Its better to just walk a little further to another location as the other locations provide good service and good bubble tea

Wow, the variety of bubble teas they have is staggering! I've ordered from here a few times and still have a massive menu to sift through. My personal favorite would be the Brown Sugar Pearl Bobba Latte.sublime. That being said the Panda Milk Tea and Toffee Milk Tea are nothing to scoff at; try it once and it'll draw you back again and again.

I took the mango bubble tea and it was very good. It had real mangoes inside it which was nice. The wait time wasn't so long and they offer and the biggest size is huge.

Avocado Cheese Cloud bubble tea was very good.
Staff was friendly and quick with my order.

Just like the other two locations, this place is perfect. More space, a buzzer system, a points card, open on mondays (zoe dessert is closed on Mondays and that's where I usually go since I was a Concordia student), and easily located on saint catherine street replace this ugly facade for quickie burger (a burger place that never opened).

I am nothing short of pleased with this place.

I got the Matcha Black Bean Boba latte. Which was really good, better than I thought and the line was small. I made the mistake of getting a red bean mochi, when I got home excited to eat it. It was completely hard lesson learned, don't get any of their treats. I'm sure they sit there for weeks

Their bubble teas are definitely better than most places. Disappointing that two drinks ran close to $20 though.
Not sure that I can agree with other reviews about bad service. The staff was nice in my experience.

The drinks are fine just like the other presoteas but the staff is so clueless that it’s starting to get annoying.
I go to different presotea shops on a regular basis and never had a problem. I’ve ordered here twice already and both times the staff doesn’t know how to punch in my order, which is just fresh tea, and tell me I can’t order fresh tea with no fruits added.
When I try to pay with wechat both times they automatically added the 15% tip into my fee which is not how the other shops do the wechat payment. Especially after going back and forth about my order for 10 minutes to finally realize I was right, I don’t exactly want to tip 15% and not even have a choice about it.
