Les boissons sont faites rapidement. Le goût est frais. Je ne suis jamais tombé malade depuis que j’y vais et c’est très bon signe. La variété de boisson et l’esthétique font en sorte que j’ai envie d’y retourner. Seul soucis, les prix sont onéreux. 12-13$ la boisson si on ajoute 2-3 toppings en +. J’ai arrêté d’y aller pour cette raison.

Très bon bubble tea et rien à redire sur les boissons. Par contre les employés n'ont vraiment pas l'air contents d'être là. Ils sont un peu bêtes.

Deux de mes amis et moi avons pris un bubble tea. Le goût était bon, mais nous avons tous eu extrêmement mal au ventre après les avoir bu. C’est la seule chose que nous avons mangé/bu en commun.

Le pire service possible, je commande un BUBBLE TEA, on me demande pas si je veux de la tapioca jassume quil ya dedans puisque cest du BUBBLE TEA! Sauf qu on arrivant a la maison je trouve qu’il y en a pas cest quasiment que du jus, donc je fais le chemin au presotea on me dis quils doivent me charger pour le tapioca! Alors que le jus de mon fils elle a demander si on veut du tapioca et c’était pas chargé dans la facture! Quand je leurs ai dit qu on ma pas demander si jen veux et que cest pas la première fois il demande a la fillr elle lui dit qu elle sait psd et il me dit on ta demander! Devant mes yeux! Cest JUSTE LA PIRE EXPÉRIENCE BUBBLE TEA QUE JAI JAMAIS EU!

These bubble teas are the best and the employees are so nice! Love how welcoming they are. Just gotta be careful with order but that’s everywhere:)

Severely lacking organization. 30 minutes to get a bubble tea. Orders are called in completely different order and the sealing machine didn't work. At least it was as good as the other locations flavor wise.

Fast service
I took grapefruit mango.cococut with I Strawberry.
Tasted pretty unique, I would t buy again.

The service was fast, but this bubble tea was quite mediocre tasting for 10$ so unfortunately I can not give it a good review.

J'adore cet endroit, service rapide et poli. Leur thé vert au fruit de la passion, perle de tapiocas et litchi est mon préféré.

Je recommande le frappé glacé à la mangue et thé au lait Panda.
Ça vaut le détour.

Good service, good employee. The buble teas are generous and gourmet! I was surprised by the price better than most in downtown.
Will buy again if I'm in the corner.

Je suis allée aujourd'hui pour chercher un frappé a la mangue M1.
Les mangues étaient brunes tellement qu'elles étaient pourris.
Malgré avoir parler gentiment aux employés, pour au moins echanger mon drink. Ils ont dit que ce n'est pas possible en étant hyper bete et non compréhensible.
En plus, on ma suggere de menlever les mangues pourris dmon drink a la place de le changer tout simplement.
Pour un drink à 10$, le minimum on peut attendre, cest que ce soit comestible.
Je ne recommande vraiment pas cette place. Entk plus précisément cette succursale.

The place is clean and staff are accommodating. You can order via the app and pick up too which is convenient. They have seats indoor and outdoor.

The place is beautiful and the drinks were solid. A tad expensive but it's worth it for an occasional treat

I used to be into the brown sugar milk teas, but then I discovered their mango slushes. Oh boy. Since then I pretty much exclusively order blended fruit drinks This place in particular is always clean, well kept, and the staff is really friendly. I like coming here just to hang out and study. Good music! Good vibes.

Its perfect place and fresh everything i really like strawberry chees flavour with extra sugar whenever i go there i always try in the summer mostly price is little bit look like expensive for me but i afford the price thanks presotea.

Love presto tea but this location is super slow for some reason. Waited about 25 min for 1 drink. The drink was tasty but it's not worth waiting as long as you would in a restaurant.

Tasty drinks, fresh fruits, highly customizable and a friendly staff. Was a take out order so we didn’t try sitting inside but it looked ok.

It seems they are understaffed, there was a long line for order and we had to wait so long. There were three or four person preparing the orders as if they are running, and they seemed EXHAUSTED. I felt so sorry

Great service and get product as always! Just one issue: I ordered a Mango Cheese when they were rushing to close and they forgot the cheese.
Nothing huge.

I regularly order the mango slush drinks, the cheese frappés and the brown sugar boba. I have tried giving this succursale the benefit of the doubt and ordered from them at least 5 times, hoping that it will be like the other succursales. I don't know what they do differently in the Côte-des-Neiges succursale but the mango slush drinks taste powdery and the cheese frappés taste watery. Their brown sugar drinks are okay. I never have this experience with other Presotea succursales and I have been to all Montreal and Québec City Presotea stores.

I was first attracted to Presotea when it first opened in Chinatown because their drinks were not made with powder and tasted fresh compared to their competitors. Not sure what this succursale is doing but please don't cut costs on your drinks as it hinders their taste.

They couldn’t keep up with having alot of orders, short staffed and when they told us to wait for 15-25 mins. Just for 1 slush? Prior to that we have been waiting in the store for already 30mins. Horrible experience. And people who ordered after us got their drinks first? Weird

Didn’t get what i ordered, when i told them they argued, and the drink didn’t even taste good. Below average tapioca.

It is such a cute place to go have bubble tea! They have so many choices and the staff is super friendly.

I asked for a Hong Kong milk tea and the girl at the cash had no idea what that is. What kind of bubble tea place doesn't know/serve it?

Will the owner of this franchise look at the poor service of this store? We order 2x a week, a minimum of $50 per visit. And each time we place an order, we had to wait a minimum of 25 minutes. So today, I was so excited to know that I can order in advance for pick up. I placed my order at 2pm, I was at the store at 2: 35. The cashier told me that she was in the process of entering the orders in the system, so it will take 10-15 mins of wait. I was FLABBERGASTED! My gasp probably was felt by the people around me, even if I didn’t make a sound, that the male barista behind the cashier, stared back at me as if telling me…”You better shut up and wait up! ”
If only another Presotea will open up somewhere in our borough because this store is going downhill. I see a lot of frustrated customers waiting for their orders and a pile of drinks waiting to be picked up. While I stand here and watch as people who ordered before me, claim their orders first. Aarrgghh!

Très propre. Le service est rapide. La garniture est toujours fraîche. Jamais eu de hit and miss. Il y a toujours du monde qui attend, preuve que c'est bon. On ne goûte pas les produits chimiques comme ailleurs.

C'était la dernière fois que j'y allais. Après une interminable attente en file un lundi à 11h30, j'ai dû, ensuite, attendre encore pour être servie. Je suis ressortie du commerce presque 30 minutes après mon arrivée. Lorsque c'est l'heure de lunch, c'est long.très long. De plus, le service est à 80% en anglais. Si vous ne parlez pas anglais, vous risquez d'attendre votre boisson longtemps car lorsque qu'elle est prête, on vous en informe en anglais. C'est très insultant. Je rappelle à Presotea que la langue officielle du Québec est le français. Un minimum de respect s'impose.

Bubble tea is good, multiple flavors and combinations, but the wait time may vary during the time of the day.

Waiting time is excruciating, worse than the Chinatown location lol, but service is decent at least.

If you can wait for it it's totally worth it, the location is just a bit busy sometimes but the drinks are amazing, I love the mango aloe!

Bubble tea there is always made to perfection! Whenever I get a milk tea bubble tea of any flavour, the taste is immaculate and always tastes so milky and creamy.

Something I did not know but I asked today and the gladly obliged; you can ask your beverage without added sugar! This is a game changer! Because let's be honest that mango smoothie doesn't need additional sugar!

THE BEST BUBBLE TEA! I love that they’re made with real fruits and not powder and the tea is made per cup instead of a big batch! There’s so many choices that even if I try one flavour a week, this is the only bubble tea shop I’ll ever need! The staff is so friendly and accommodating too! And on top of all that it’s right next to the Cote-des-neiges metro, perfect for a quick refresher to-go!

I asked at first if they have avocado not to waste my time in the line.she said yes we have.i. Ordered.then she called my numver apologizing saying oh we dont have avocado sorry we ran out i.got mad but didnt say anything theb told her ive been waiting for 15 min i gotta go to work so i chose something else and i had to.wait another 10 min real.bad and novice service

One of the best tea I tasted. I don’t drink a lot of bubble tea do that I’m picky. Staff are welcoming and easy to talk to. They have good suggestion and a lot of variety to choose from.

I loved every boba I tried at this place! The drink is refreshing and always good quality. Plus the service is very good. I really recommend this place!

I usually order the mango with coconut and usually go to downtown one. I expected cote des neige to have the same quality but the mangos were super sour and It was just not the same like the other presos. I ordered the m2 with coconut and It just tasted like ice and sour mangos.

Service très lent. Mon bubble tea coconut étais tièdre, vrm pas froid. Une déception pour un endroit qui ne servent que Cela.

The best bubble tea in town finally arrived in Cote des Neiges! Now we don't need to go to Chinatown when cravings starts at night!:) Thanks to the owner, Eric for investing and starting up a business in our hood.

Best bubble tea in montreal hands down. I especially love the honeydew slush!

The best PrestoTea in my opinion. Customer service is always impeccable, the drinks are always perfectly made and the covid measures in place make me feel very safe every time I go. 100% recommend!

I actually love the consistency of the order but I actually paid 2$ for the toppings and when i got my order there was nothing on it. I know they’re actually busy because of tons of costumers but when i asked them to add some on it, they actually forgot about it.

Paid for tapioca bubbles and mango bubbles they put none and still charged me the items. This is thief!

Mon amie a placé une commande via UberEats. Après avoir reçu la confirmation que nos boissons étaient bel et bien prêtes, arrivé sur les lieux ils lui informent qu’elle doit attendre encore, puisque ce n’était pas prêt. Pourquoi avait-elle reçu une notification qui affirme le contraire? Bref, après avoir attendu une éternité, ils nous donnent nos boissons. C’était une déception totale. Nous avons tous les deux commandés un Bubble tea EXTRA sweet pourtant nous avons reçu une boisson qui goûtait l’eau colorée. J’ai réussi à avaler deux gorgées et j’ai décidé de jeter ma boisson vue qu’elle n’était vraiment pas buvable. Une insulte à mes papilles gustatives. J’adore Presotea, mais lui de CDN n’est pas à la hauteur du Presotea à Downtown.

I love this boba place. I am very please that they opened one in my area. I would highly recommend trying the Sakura Hakkaido Milk Tea if you likes sweet drinks or any drink form the Cheese Cloud series!

I’m a big fan of bubble tea, but i’d rather go somewhere else if going to prestotea cdn means having to wait 30 min for a drink while teenagers are all around the place, removing their masks to talk and drink. They we’re also staying inside with the 10 clients limit (there was a line at the door) and had their drink already. Very messy, they should improve on that.

I placed an order on UberEats app, when I got to the shop, I was tracking my order and it says ‘’Ready for pickup’’ so I directly went to tell an employee about my orders and she said that they’re preparing it. What’s the point of tracking your order, if it’s not even accurate? I waited for at least 10-15min for them to messed up my drink. I had the fresh lychee w/aloe, I asked regular ice and EXTRA sugar with poppings lychee. I feel like the whole drink was consisted of water and ice, no sweetness whatsoever. I love Presotea, never had any issues, especially the one in Chinatown and downtown, but this one the taste is never consistent.

Endroit chaleureux et accueillant, Le meilleur PresoTea que j’aie été. Les employées sont toujours attentionnées et font attention a ce qu’il ne manque de rien dans mes boissons. À revenir c’est sur.

Slow service. Over 40 people crammed into the place with Covid, noisy and worst than McDonald on a rush. Nice.

Great location and friendly professional staff. We loved how they handled the rush during Covid. People were waiting in line and even outside. The staffs took good care of their clients and they made sure that all clients respected the covid measurements. My drink was good, and the service was quick! I recommend this Presotea.

They have a great selection of drinks and bubble teas. However, the service is slow, so prepare to wait. It they come up with a more efficient serving system, I will be a happy customer.

Great bubble teas! Raymond personalizes every drink and I love their new selection of snacks:) If you want fast and quality service I'd definitely recommend this Presotea and its RIGHT next to Cotes-Des-Neiges metro!: D
