Service is great. Their jasmine milk tea with grass jelly is perfect. So glad they opened one in the West Island!

I had better somewhere else. The only beverage I like at this place is the fresh fruit smoothie such as avocado or mango. But I had better somewhere else too.

I had my favourite drink brown sugar latte at store, and took some of their signature bubble tea from the TOP 10 menu to share with families.
The tea were all perfectly brewed, and the tapioca pearls were chewy and flavourful, and even they provided me a choice to adjust the sugar level, but trust me the default sweetness level they put were just right.
And I see they got some bad reviews on their store atmosphere, but tbh, the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a welcome atmosphere:), and they were also very attentive and made sure I was satisfied with my order.
For me it’s worth 5 stars anyways, and I can’t wait to try their fantastic summer offerings next time!

Went today for the first time. Inside, very loud hip hop music and the AC full blast, even though outside it was 17 Celsius.
Waited 5 mins before anyone even noticed us, although there were 4 people working and nobody in line. The girl was not rude, but very cold and robotic and I couldn't hear what she said over the music and the noise of the machines.
We ordered and I was dissapointed that I couldn't do any of the mixes I usually take. No choice of mixing 2 flavors, no option of less tea/more juice in the cup. When I had to pay, it was a whopping 33$ for 3 medium drinks.
Then I waited at least 10mins while freezing my bum and having my eardrums pierced by the obnoxious music.
I was hoping the drinks would be worth this terrible experience, but when I finally tasted them, they were overly sweet and the boba lacked flavour. Also, my friend got stomach aches soon after staring to drink her bubble tea.

I will stick to L2, where I can get everything I want and for less money, without having to listen to that violent music and freezing while I wait for overpriced drinks.

Horrible customer service. Cashier was arrogant. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming & awkward. Did anyone there ever hear of a smile?
