Very good, but they have "ran out" of large cups for 2 weeks now. I just want a large bubble tea!

Je suis venue durant mon heure de lunch prendre deux bubble tea. Les produits sont délicieux l’endroit est propre et neuf.
Mais le service est tellement zéro! Mauvais mauvais. Pas de bonjour pas de sourire aucun service à la clientèle de la part de la caissière.
Quand elle me remet mes drinks, pas de paille pas de sacs. Je suis supposée transporter et boire de quelle manière. Quand je lui ai fait la remarque elle etait limite outrée même si j’étais hyper respectueuse pcq ça arrive les oublis.
Quand je suis rentrée, elle a prit au moins 5 min juste pour lever les yeux sur moi. Elles étaient au moins 5 derrière la caisse.
Un bon service à la clientèle ce n’est pas un choix ni une option, on vient vous voir et on dépense notre argent chez vous, accueillez nous comme il faut! C’est la moindre des choses.

Tea was okay, but there was no bathroom in the place.
Was surprised that everything is only with syrup, and they used no real fruit or juice at all.
Can't mix your pearls, which was weird. Generally, very little customization is available. You can't even ask for half of the boba portion.

L’endroit est chaleureux avec ses nombreuses fenêtres. Il y a assez de tables et les bubbles tea sont excellents! Les gens sont souriants et la gérante est généreuse!

Went for an event and loved it! I had the Berries cheese cloud drink and it was so good, very refreshing for an extremely hot summer day! Highly recommend!

Their bubble teas are decent, and their menu is massive! Lots of blended smoothie options too.
That said, their tapioca balls can be quite tough, and the prices are very high (9$ for a medium bubble tea). There are plenty of cheaper and better quality bubble tea shops elsewhere.

I was with my baby and the owner opened the door for us even few minutes before opening time.
It was warm service and bubble tea was very good as well.

Ive been here twice since it opened and the drinks were delicious, staff was very friendly. Very happy to have a presotea in the area

The staff was friendly, but sadly, they forgot the tapioca in both of my drinks, 19$ is quite expensive two simples teas haha.i was really excited to try this place out.i will go back tho.

I ordered from here through ubereats, my bubble tea was perfect, all the instructions were followed, it was fresh! Thank you:)

New presotea in the area. Recommend everyone to come and check this out. Friendly staffs and excellent drinks here ^^
