If the barista wants the tips, then work to earn it. For one drink, I waited for 10-15min while the place was not busy at all. She deliberately kept my drink behind the counter and chat with the other staff just because I didn’t give a tip for a take out or what I paid 10$ for a drink which is already insane, and that’s the drink and service I get? AVOIDDDD

The guy made my taro milk tea quick as hell and did the same with the rest of the line. Their taro tea was also perfect not too much sweet and not too little. Definitely come and check them out.

Good flavor but I feel like prices here are overpriced compared to other bubble tea places, had to wait like 10-15 min for my drink.

What i didn’t really liked is that at some point i was drinking it and i felt something weird on my mouth, when i took it out it looked like either a piece of wood or a mini piece of bone (Really hoping it was wood).

Not sure if i’d be back.

Got the Sakura Hokkaido Milk Tea and the tea was great, not too sweet, and the jellies were interesting. The buddies liked their drinks too, so I'd assume it was good!

Paper straws disintegrate pretty fast though and add a little bit of weird flavor to the drink.

I must say i really love this place and i love the tea but i did have bad experience today. I work very close and so i often order online and pick up my order to avoid wait times during ordering. Today i was on the way to pick up my order early and i got a text that i was cancelled.i called the sotre to inquire but no one picked up the phone. When i got there there was no line but the employé told me the order was canceled by them because they were "too busy". This made to sense to me because online orders are made to avoid lines in busy times. Also they had to make my drinks anyway because i was there so i had to order and pay again. Wasting time and energy. Definately a bad experience

Waited 20min for it to open and even at 12: 05 pm still wasn’t open we had to call for the employee to come open the front door… We were ordering but the employee said you have to wait another 20min for the tapioca… Some changes are needed here.

A guy is working alone, he told me he can't make what I ordered because he doesn't have ingredient. Why he didn't tell me before I order? So I changed my order although I already paid, I have no idea if there's a difference on the price, he doesn't seem care about it. And finally the drink I got was not delicious at all. And why their menu screens change so often? I cannot read the menu. I don't recommend this place
