Très déçu par ce Presotea. J’ai l’habitude de commander au niveau de celui de Brossard et celui ci me semble ne pas respecter les dosages. J’ai eu l’impression que c’était dilué et manquant de goût.

Horrible service, workers theres have such bad attitude. The drinks were poorly made, I ordered a brown sugar latte and a Sakura slush, the brown sugar drink was made way before the slush was ready, by the time I received the slush, the brown sugar on the sides of the drink has all melted and the slush was Watery and did not have any lychee flavour. This Presotea does not live up to the standard and is absolutely horrid compared to other franchises, what a disappointment.

Edit: Found out why it’s watery and bland, when the workers don’t make enough to fill the cup, they just add ice which affects the quality of the drink. Went back to get a new one and they made it exactly the same. No flavour but thicker because they added more ice. Need to train the staff better.

The lady serving me was very sweet also by far my favorite bubble tea place

Worst service ever i thought mobile order is much faster than the line up but at this place i have to wait 30 minutes more than if i would buy my drink by standing in lineup just for one drink really disappointed with the service

Enjoyed the mango drink with mango fruits, aloes, and tapioca. Chewy and sweetened tapioca. Very fresh and sweet mangoes. Very refreshing on a hot day! The wait time is about 10 minutes.
