Good customer service + electronic tablet to order which is convenient! The sizes are pretty big. We took 2 large and didn't eat dinner after this! They do not mention the presence of jelly bubbles alongside the tapioca though. Nice experience overall!

Too sweet. I only had the best bubble tea once in my life and compared to that, I can tell you, it was just too sugary for my taste. I got their brown sugar latte boba (regular size) and it made me feel as if i could go on about two days without any sugar after drinking it. Taste is subjective, and so this is my honest opinion.

But the ambience and the service of the store was nice.

We ordered a brown sugar pearl latte. Everything was tasty, but definitely not what I expected. The picture didn't show any ice, and in my understanding, a latte is coffee. However, it turned out there was no coffee in it, just tea with milk and bubbles. It's quite deceptive, considering that worldwide, a latte is coffee with milk.

By the way, when I asked why, either the manager or the owner came up and said that in their understanding, latte is milk. But if you use Google, elementary Wikipedia will show that latte is coffee. How can you not know this

And about the fact that there was a lot of ice in it, they should definitely inform customers. The name doesn't indicate that it comes with ice, and the picture doesn't show it either. I don't like ice and overly cold drinks. When I asked why it was like that, they didn't even offer to remake it without ice. Especially since this information wasn't mentioned anywhere in advance. A drink should bring joy, not all of this.

On the plus side, there's a good variety of bubbles and reasonable sizes. It's just a pity that in the end, there's no coffee option with proper warm milk.

Presotea makes by far the best bubble tea in Montreal! The quality and the quantity of their bubble teas are the most satisfying and tastiest I have ever tried! I’m absolutely stunned! Thank you!

I ordered frappe glass but the gave me green tea. When I complained they were laughing instead of apologizing and change it. The clerks do not have friendly and respectful manner.

I’m not coming back again. I ordered a hot beverage and the barista gave me a cold drink. Everything was okay so far, but when I politely told him that I asked for a hot tea, he rudely told me: “next time tell him hot! ”. Also, zero manners in the way he took the drink back.

One of the best boba places around Montreal! However the price keep rising up a lot recently and became a little too overpriced

Ordered brown sugar grass jelly and gave us Brown sugar panda. When we confronted the cashier they won’t admit to the error. Would not come back to this branch

Really great drinks but I have yet to be in one where the servers are even a little bit friendly.

Very slow and rude service. Bad hygiene, she tasted the drink from the same spoon she used to pore my drink. She is racist and when I expressed my discontent, she told me to take it or leave it. No apologies.

My favorite place in the city to get milk bubble tea. They have a huge variety, lots of boba options. A convenient location to get to, as well, since they are near the metro.

First time here. The place not clean, the cashier unhelpful and unprofessional staff. They even didn’t have time to answer your questions. They speak with me like machine! Also very expensive compared with other stores! Two stars only for tasty drinks!

Ils parlent avec moi comme une machine! Aussi très cher par rapport à d'autres magasins! Deux étoiles seulement pour des boissons savoureuses!

À mon goût presotea font les meilleurs bubble tea. Cette établissement est souvent sur le "rush", très achalandée, en plus des commandes uber eat, et j'ai quand même eu un bon service.

Took an hour for one drink on a Monday evening. The drinks are great here but the staff and wait times are pretty bad. I wanted a mango drink with tapioca and coconut milk instead of regular milk. The cashier told me "No. You can only substitute for soy or oat". Didn't explain to me why even when I said I'll pay extra? And didn't offer anything else similar to what I wanted. Very weird. It then took an hour to be ready, which is absolutely crazy. No warning, and I couldn't get a refund so I could just go home. I'm fine with waiting during peak hours, it's understandable, but an HOUR on a Monday night for one drink is just nuts.

Edit after store response:
There were around 8 workers, so they definitely weren't understaffed, but it was busy like they said. I still stand by the fact that 1hr for a simple drink and no warning from staff is just crazy. And I still don't get the coconut milk dilemma as it's in many other drinks.

I did go back on a calm Sunday to give it another chance and the cashier was incredibly friendly. I got a drink with coconut milk as a substitute like I wanted the last time, and it was delicious. Waited a couple minutes for the drink. Much better experience! Will go again.

I went into the store, and there was many people in the take-out line. So, I opened the app and ordered online to not bother the busy staffs (about 4 of them).

After around 10 minutes later. I saw two drinks on the side of the table (thinking it was mine because of the colours and size), but when I saw the green drink has black pearls, I was pretty convinced it wasn't mine.

I waited another 10-15 minutes until I received a notification my order was ready. I asked the staff after the staff gave an order for a client. The staff took the two drinks from 10 minutes ago and put on the table with straws and said bye and left.

I was completely lost at that time.on the menu and on the sticker, it was well-written WHITE pearl, but it came in black. Then, the tapioca levels were also not consistent comparing with the exact same drink and same size I bought two days ago at the same place. At the end, I used to get a bag without asking, but this time no. Thinking I need to commute an hour to home with the two drinks to hand them to siblings. Fortunately, I found my running shoe bag hanging in the bottom of my school bag. Legit.

So delish recommand all the mango drinks.very cute shop with fresh fruits.staff really nice speaks english too u can see the boxes of mangos and the service is fast.located in a cute street.panda tea is sweet and original.u can choose only two sizes of cups: medium or large (basically a bucket) prices are good and they give paper straws (environnemental purposes) so many choices they also do coffee drinks like latte.only takeout there are no tables to enjoy your bubble tea in the shop.

I've tried many drinks on the menu but my new favorite is the dalgona coffee that's a season special. Store was clean and waiting lines were organized. Respectful employees

False advertising: promotional matcha milk tea with white pearls doesn't come with white pearls. It only does when I pay full price? Then how is it a promotion. This is unacceptable

In my opinion, one of the fancier bobba places in Montreal. The regular pearl milk tea here actually has an a tea taste compared to Chatime (whose milk tea i find more like sweetened milk). I like that this place encourages clients to be more environmentally friendlt because not only do they provide a reusable container for certain drinks but if you bring your own container they offer an extra topping for free! Their cheesecake edition actually taste like cheesecake which is surprising and good. For a strong tea taste, i recommmend taking 50% or less sugar because its gets really sweet if you stay at 100% sugar (unless you like that). Presotea uses real fruits for their smoothies which i appreciate a lot. You can actually see the crates of fruits sometimes and them being freshly cut.

Great for refreshing drinks. Not so much the regular bubble tea but their selection of fruity tea drinks are pretty great

Very good boba place. They have everything from mango slush to brown sugar latte. They accept reusable mug and they even give you a free topping if you do so!

They also have paper straws. Good initiative.

Amazing mango featured drinks going on (not sure but I think it’s seasonal and I saw so many caisses of bright yellow mangoes in store!). Watch out for the large size its really large. Really nice staffs, may still need some more training but they are really polite:)
This store is bright and has many seatings (comparing to the tiny one in Chinatown) and also free wifi!

Came here two nights in a row and both times they didn’t respect their closing times. Im fed up and never coming back.

Suggestion to owners. If you say you close at 11: 00pm, then you should close at 11: 00pm. If not, change your opening hours.

The quality of the drink is quite inconsistent. I always order the same thing and the taste is different everytime. The wait time improved a lot!

It was my first time trying the juice-filled popping Boba. I was concerned that it might be too sweet but it was absolutely perfect. I will be back to try something else

Just OK. It was good at times, not bad. The tapioca balls are quite inconsistent. Sometimes they're cooked the right way (enough firmness and chewiness), sometimes they're just hard and undercooked or too mushy/overcooked. Anyway, we don't go too often so we'll give it another shot next time.

I love the tea there. I ordered 3 earl grey, 1 panda, 1 brown sugar and 1 Mango FG1A and they are all delicious. I highly recommend this place. Prices are affordable too.

I love mango. My fav drink here is fresh mango slush with mango chunks and bubble. They make with fresh mango, sweet and amazing. Side note, if you bring your travel mug, they might give extra bubble without charge.

I placed an order for a drink with 30% sugar, but it was extremely sweet. I went to the cashier to tell him about the situation. After he spoke with the baristas, they immediately solved the issue by making me a new drink. Good customer service! I wish they sold smaller sizes for their drinks, though.

Mongo slush has quite a bit mongo chunks at the bottom and tastes just mongo, not added sugar. Environment is relaxing and good for a casual stop.

For the amount of milk tea and quality, price is really reasonable. Nice staff and quick service!

Their bubble teas are delicious, very large selection and theres alot of space to sit. Not much difference with the other 2 prestotea. Overall very good.
