L'endroit par excellence pour se gearer ils sont de un super compétent ils connaissent leurs ptoduits.ils sont super sympatique ils ont une belle variété de stock et si jamais ils ne l'ont pas ils ont une entrepôt ils reçoivent ta commande en moins de 3 jours je suis en amour avec cette place depuis 3 ans et je vais rester un client fidèle.
Ils ont également des prix compétitif.

Ordered a helmet, sent me the wrong one. Argued with me via email saying its what I ordered when it's clearly not and now I have to pay $15 to return it. Buyer beware when ordering online. Look at the other reviews here that are 1-3 star, all are online orders with issues and ZERO support.

Great products and excellent customer service! Knowledgeable staff, I received great advice to choose a rain jacket. The pricing was extremely competitive. Thanks again.

I bought a brand new pair of skis from PRFO and they arrived in the southwestern US like 3 days later. Including shipping it cost me less than half of what any store in the states was charging. I hadn't heard of this place before stumbling upon their website while looking up ski reviews last week, and I was honestly halfway worried that it was a scam because the deal was so good - now that the skis are here it almost feels like cheating.

Our family uses PRFO when we like to order clothing through their website and have it shipped to us in the United States. Great prices and quick service, thank you!

I have nothing but good things to say about these folks. I'm from Toronto so I dealt with them entirely online. Had a few questions about the product and they were very quick to respond by email (i.e, within a few hours). Item shipped within a day of ordering, and it arrived within 2 business days. Unfortunately, the fit was not right (not their fault!) and I had to return the item. Return shipping was super easy, took another 2 business days, and I was issued a refund within a day of them receiving the shipment. Of course I wish the item had fit, but PRFO is nonetheless making the ecommerce world a better place. Thanks folks!

Boutique de sport par excellence à St-Sauveur! Pas toujours un énorme inventaire sur place mais très facile de commander en ligne et de ramasser en boutique. J'ai utilisé cette méthode à quelques reprises dans la dernière année et super satisfait. Service rapide et personnel sur place compétent et pationné. Il y a régulièrement des ventes où il est possible de faire de bonnes affaires. Emplacement de choix avec stationnement sur le côté du commerce.

PRFO is awesome, fast delivery, best prices, and the customer service is always spot on! I love that the live chat is 'actual people. ' I choose PRFO over any other sporting good website, and you never have to price compare because you know you're getting a good deal.

Ordered two items online, they kept me updated every step of the way, they arrived faster than originally mentioned on the site which is great! Site was smooth for ordering, all good!

They might have a great rep for their in store services, but stay away from their online store! I ordered two items on June 17th. Received an email stating one item had been shipped and the other item was pending. To this day, almost four months later, it still has the pending status. Sent multiple emails, tried calling, no one ever got back to me. They fully charged me for an order I only received half of. Disgraceful business. You ought to warn all your friends and family to absolutely stay away from PRFO Sports.

J'ai fait l'acquisition d'un vélo chez PRFO.
Après la réception, il y avait quelques problèmes avec mon vélo et je n'étais pas satisfait du service rendu.
*** Le propriétaire m'a finalement rappelé pour s'expliquer, et vérifier avec moi comment il pouvait remédier à la situation. Cela a été fait. Il semble avoir sa buisness à coeur. Merci.

This company is really frustrating if something goes wrong with your order. Nobody picks up the phone if you call their customer service line and nobody seems to be available on their chat function on the website. The only way to speak with someone is via e-mail and responses take 2-3 business days for each and every reply despite a ticket already being opened and a conversation initiated. This issue could have been solved with a 15 minute phone call and it's been dragging out for days.

This being said the issue being resolved with a favourable outcome, I just wish it didn't take so long for responses.

Showed up 1 hour before closing to have a repair done on my bike which I needed for the following morning. The shop owner said he could have it done first thing in the morning. Two hours later he calls me to say that the bike is ready and that he’ll be waiting in the parking lot for me.

Mind blown! Unparalleled customer service right there. Super friendly and eager to help. Won’t be going elsewhere after this experience!

Ordered a snowboard bag and waited 5 days for them to tell me they had none left in stock.wasted my time and made me lose out on other snowboard bag sales from other retailers.offered me nothing in return but the upset of not getting the new bag I wanted.
