What a great service! From the appointment phonecall to the timely arrival of my nurse Frantzcia. This is a wonderful service that I am grateful for. Frantzcia was cheerful and kind and took painless blood samples. If you have insurance, I highly recommend them. Bonus for spelling my ethnic name correctly.

Je n'ai que des bons mots pour l'infirmière qui a fait ma prise de sang. J'ai une peur bleue des aiguilles et je n'aurais pas pu demander mieux (gentillesse, douceur, efficacité, compétence). Très gros merci à vous!

E-Zlab never easy!
Il a refusé de me faire un prélèvement pour lui avoir simplement répondu que la procédure demandée était correcte. Sa réponse: "Pour m'avoir parlé de la sorte je refuse de faire votre prélèvement"
Dans le milieu de la santé Monsieur, il est trop facile de n'accepter que les prélèvements dont on comprend la maladie. Cela est dangereux et discriminatoire pour les patients. Monsieur vous faites preuve de paresse mentale et de discrimination sanitaire. Changez donc de métier vous serez plus heureux.et les clients aussi!
En attendant je ne me hasarderai jamais dans votre clinique!

Barely any information on the blood test. Not worth the price. Mainly paying for them coming to you and quick results. Don't recommend for detailed results.

Première expérience avec E-Zlab concluante. Excellent service. Peggy-Ann est fantastique: je n’ai absolument rien senti! Pourtant, les infirmières ont quasi toutes du mal à trouver LA bonne veine. Aucun problème pour Peggy-Ann. Je recommande chaudement ce service.

I showed up early for a 1PM appointment and was in and out within 15 minutes. Quick and courteous concierge when booking the appointment and the nurse was very friendly and sociable. I received my results by email in less than 24 hours. I've tried other private labs in MTL and no one else comes close to this level of service. Thank you!

The service was great. The person who booked the appointment was helpful and friendly and found me an appointment for the next day. Peggy-Ann showed up on time, and was efficient and thorough. We had a nice chat and she honestly brightened my day!

Encore une fois je dois parler des services de E-Zlab. Premièrement c'est toujours un plaisir de parler à Jean-François au téléphone. Il est poli, courtois et surtout très efficace. L'infirmière (Nathalie) qui est venue chez moi prendre les prises de sang était ponctuelle, très gentille et efficace. Les résultats sont toujours disponibles très rapidement. Je fais affaire avec eux depuis des années et je n'irai jamais ailleurs.

Amazing first experience with Ezlab. From the moment I called them with my referral, booked my appointment for the next day. Everybody was nice and efficient. Peggy-Ann (I hope I wrote this correctly) came to take my blood test at home, and I was very pleasantly surprised by how efficient and quick the whole process was. Very sweet nurse, very friendly, and made sure I was comfortable:)

I was looking for a nurse to come do my blood tests at home.
JF took all my info on the phone and gave me a quote. I was offered an appointment time based on my availability.
Peggy arrived early which worked out great for me!
She was very professional, efficient and made me feel very comfortable.ok we had a few great laughs together!

Any organization should replicate the quality and high level of customer service this company offers. I have dealt with them a few times and if need be, will definitely continue.

The gentleman at the reception has always taken the time to answer any questions prior to setting up appointments. He is friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable.

The nurse's visit was possibly even better, as good as can get for an at-home lab test. I personally dealt with Isabelle coincidentally on multiple occasions. She is punctual, professional, reassuring, personable along with any other positive quality you would want as a medical staffer.
