They don't help everyone, only those who understand others are sent to hell, there is no clear information to make an appointment

Delay in time, employees do not take appropriate numbers, their treatment is bad, they do not provide refugees with any of the help they have, and their affairs are complicated for those who do not know the French language.

This place help immigrants with various of informations and services that can help them survive and live comfortably in Quebec.

I arrived because the schedule says it is until 4.30 pm and they only serve 25 people a day.

No one will help you. I came here twice and each time they make me go back. It’s just a place where you don’t get any help.

I called, then they called me back, and they asked me to come the next day morning. I went there, and they told me why you're here? You're not suppose to come here. We can do nothing for you. I said an agent called me yesterday, we talked and she was so nice, and asked me to come this morning. They said maybe it's a mistake we can do nothing. I said you suppose to help people like me and I need help. No answer. No explanation. Nothing. I felt like I went to the wrong place, but it was PRAIDA in the 5th floor lol.

It is the worst institution in Montreal, they do not help at all, their information is outdated and the people at the reception are unpleasant

When I arrived in canada they helpd me survive
I didn't even have money for bus they have gave a free pass for a month so I can stand up. I had to complete so many form that I didn't know how, they were there for me big thanks to all people that care and helping people with their problems.

Awesome people the wait line was kinda long but the social workers are really nice and willing to help you whenever you need help

The officers are trying to their job. But it is awfull to come here and wait 3 hours. Women with babies and kids are waiting hours and hours. It must not be so difficult to implement an appointment system. Everyone has something to do in daily life. Please don't waste people's time. It is part of the respect to people principle. Respect must not only be on warning papers on the walls must also implemented. Both respect to officers and to people coming to Praida for service. Key words: meaning of respect and system change.
